541  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Nefario on: November 17, 2012, 06:34:45 AM
To James McCarthy (a.k.a) Nefario (a.k.a) Satoshi Nakamoto

This is such a huge insult to Satoshi, it's not even funny.

No one knows what was in Satoshi's mind.
He created Bitcoin out of thin air, then used electricity power to give back support.

To James McCarthy (a.k.a) Nefario (a.k.a) Satoshi Nakamoto

I don't understand what plan you have to gain reputation again or believe that everyone will treat you same.
Many scammed in Bitcoin & still scamming in Bitcoin.

But you not like them, You wanted Bitcoin to succeed & you created GLBSE.
Now GLBSE is completely screwed & no one will want to do business with 100% confident on you.

Your friends & share holders can't block you or throw you away from GLBSE, coz they know that you created Bitcoin with a nick name Satoshi Nakamoto, but went anonymous for the many reasons including attack from government.
Even though you created Bitcoin, you can't tell publicly that you are the one who created it & get fame.
After seeing success of Bitcoin, you wanted to get the fame for creating Bitcoin & created GLBSE & trying to get fame from it, which gone very bad.

Keep on in silent, which making fear & frustration to those who invested in various shares & also the asset issuers who cant send dividend & don't know what to do without account details, is not at all good.

You didn't wanted to scam people like others.
But not releasing assets info, makes you a scammer.

You can regain reputation & confidence, if you prove that you are Satoshi Nakamotoi and also the fame, which you wanted most, but doing insane things to get that with the name Nefario.

Now its your choice to decide, whether you want good future or bad future. Satoshi Nakamotoi may give good future, but Nefario will give bad future.

I know its not solid evidence, but still has some points.
The share holders with out any reason or logic doing what nefario says.
Nefario is not fearing government or SEC.
He wants fame for creating Bitcoin.

The share holders always in dilemma, so can't able to make decisions against Nefario.

@aadje93: Hiding last 11 characters in address has no use.
Coz just by typing 1Es9aGi in search field of blockchain.info, will show full address & bitcoins.
https://blockchain.info/address/1Es9aGimor2fuHM1xMX4gA7w6t14PQ7NP3

Next time, hide first 11 characters.
544  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Trendon Shavers - Pirate Pass Through - Crowdsource list on: November 08, 2012, 05:58:12 PM
Trolling too has limits.
Questioning Coblee for repaying & scolding his lenders for accepting bitcoins.
545  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Nefario on: November 08, 2012, 05:18:29 PM
I got a hunch which is very different & strange.

In privateat40 scam time, a address had half million(500000) bitcoins at a time, which was increased in a count of 0.1 million (100000) & it looked very cool , like a stairs case in graph.
Then it declined by different rates & gone down.
What if some one playing game with govt or any other to prove that he has power to control?
pirateat40 raised half million bitcoins, while nefario doing some other different thing.

Nefario wants to prove or force to prove or want to win a bet or whatever it was that even after closing GLBSE, nothing changed the Bitcoin market.
Its not, GLBSE was back bone of Bitcoins, which once shut, may kill Bitcoin.
Its shutdown made, many to shout, fight, debate, threaten, loose hope, get hope, whatever the hell is, but can't kill Bitcoin.

Closing GLBSE WILL NOT KILL BITCOIN.

Hey XYZ, look at GLBSE, Its closed for more than 45 days, still nothing bad happened to Bitcoin, what you say now?

http://bitcoinarmory.com/

Please avoid the standard client unless you want to have it download blocks for a day  Smiley

Somewhat of a contradiction as one needs the standard client to use Armory apparently?

I installed Bitcoin-QT (being a rank newbie) and after a day and a half closed it and stripped it off my computer because it had still not downloaded the blockchain and due to memory usage I imagine, had rendered my computer crippled at that point.

As one who has spent tens of hours trying to get started with Bitcoin and have still not gotten to the point of getting a usable bloody client on my machine, let alone taking the plunge and buying a few bitcoin, I'm finding quite a lot of bad advice and inaccurate information about Bitcoin.  Bitcoin is still more virtual digital voodoo than a usable currency for the average person.

I some where saw links to download block chains using browser.
Can't able to remember it.
If some one know it please post.
547  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: GUI mining - updated Feb 19 with poclbm bugfix on: November 06, 2012, 06:08:40 PM
why not just run cgminer? Is pushing a key really that different from clicking a button with your mouse?
I run CGminer by GUIminer normaly(3 GPUs) for several months, but if run 3 CGminers(one GPU corresponds to one worker), it will dead in several days.

Why would you run more than one instance of cgminer? That makes no sense to me.
Some GPUs are mine, some GPUs belong to others, each GPU corresponds to its worker, thus the workers' shares are the BTC's share that would be rewarded to GPU owner.

Group mining, thats good.
Join 3-4 guys, buy hardware, mine & share the profit.

Why PPT operators have to go SEC?
They from start said they just acting as pass-through only & if pirateat40 defaults, they also default.
Pirateat40 defaulted, so all other PPT's defaulted.
Game over PERIOD.

No one has to go to the SEC.  However if this was an option to recover funds, which the PPT's said they too lost, why would they not go to the SEC is the Bigger question.

@PPT operators: what you going to do now?

Anyone open to discuss Bitcoin stores in India? 1 or 2 in each major city, that will trade Bitcoin over a counter.

While not over-the-counter, there are two businesses - online pharmacy ecommerce sites, which are located in India:

First international online pharmacy accepting Bitcoin!

Also:

I don't understand what is the use of companies website which not allowed & can't ship to India?

Also the WOT rating of http://www.eupillz.com is poor.

While coinbase is also in Beta, It has my vote for a cloud based wallet that doesn't need the large download and is secure.

Hope they add India in their list.

I want this thread or any better thread which clearly says in bold letters, forcing users to read more than 1-2 times, that a lot of scams can happen in Bitcoin, so BE CAREFUL.................

This must be the 1st post, a member MUST read once they register this forum.
It may affect Bitcoin reputation or future or what ever it is, but it will at least help newbies not to get scammed instantly.
555  Local / India / Re: Bitcoin Stores In India on: October 26, 2012, 06:42:20 PM
The very first thing which will make some one to stop using bitcoin in India is downloading full block chain, which is in gigabytes.
Many ISP's give only 1-5 GB per month.
The time it takes to download block chain alone will upset users.
Use the Electrum wallet to avoid blockchain downloads. It's not very fancy, but it's very fast to get started.
http://electrum-desktop.com/

Its in alpha stage.
No one wants to try on beta software, & also that's the problem in original Bitcoin client. Its still in beta.

A money handling software, which can store, send, receive, safe...........which is beta, can be acceptable by common public?

It's been long since we heared from our issuer @amazingrando. I PM'ed him but he keeps silence... I wonder is there any progress in claiming assets from GLBSE, anyone? Any chance to get dividents paid in the near future?
Nefario asked to resend double payment & no word after it.
maybe due to this, amazingrando is silence.
559  Economy / Securities / Re: Banyan Investments NOW OPEN!! (Upto 7%/week) on: October 22, 2012, 07:52:08 PM
What is the use of personal id & details.
In Bitcoinica case they have ids & everything, not much good result.
Pirateat40 is well known, & no action against him so far.
Nefario- same again

See the post I quoted.... like wtf... who gives a damn. Bit coin.me would be a happy camper if he had a lawyers signature on paper? No... just anything and everything to attack someone. Attack him for what he did, not for what he didn't do or what PEOPLE WOULD HAVE DONE THEMSELVES.

All this happening in this forum is due to the reason this forum directly deals with money.
And that money is not all earned, but mined & no one to control.
So from a 10 year old innocent child to 70+ years experienced business man telling their points & views, which will create attacks.
