I called it stealing,it's such a huge amount for such a lame excuse no bettors would want to lose his winnings and his money this way,they should have a good reason why they cannot return the money or this is the end of their business,this case will haunt their business until it is resolve.
Yes you're right they are scammers hopefully more redtrust so we are aware. I've withdraw all my winnings their, he guy send all the documents. I am longtime fan of them but i don't trust the site anymore Really sad to read that. Has sportsbet replied to the accusation yet ? I hate to see that sportsbet asks for such documents only after they have the money in hand, and never before a player deposits. |

This is really sad. I have been playing on the site for long and will stop on doing so. This is the case of bitcoin sites doing what they feel is right because of no legal consequences. I hope they get boycotted.

Haha, was just reading this on the reddit front page a couple hours ago. It is amazing how he came back to win that much money. But it isn't a lesson that you should gamble in such situations. He had a lot of money to start with, and would probably would have lost it all if he had continued.
Gambling is not a way out of such situations.

When I consider the lower limit for my betting, I just set an intuitive number which I feel won't hurt me much if I happen to lose it. I ahree with the fact that its somewhat stupid to set lower limit.
However, upper limit is a whole different story. You can set one, and stop after you get there. But again, doesn't mean you keep betting till you lose everything.

While I don't appreciate the fact that they ask proof but that been said if they ask proofs and run in a more legit way then that's actually good for users as less scams would hapen.
How would asking for proofs make it less scam proof ? First of all, asking for proofs doesn't necessarily mean they are regulated unlike they show their KYC. And secondly, they can claim to be hacked and run with the bitcoin even if they are actually regulated.. |

Hi erpbridge, Regarding this topic, please note that we do not manually process large bets, all bets are confirmed automatically by our system regardless of the height of the stake. In case of a Livebet it can take a couple seconds more as the odds are changing in real-time and in some cases the bet can be rejected as a result of that. To have the highest chance to have your Livebets accepted you can put a checkmark in the 'Accept all odds changes' box, this does mean you accept any odds change. I have noticed that the site is much faster today.  I hope it is due to some improvements they made. It feels like it is. And I am not using Incognito Mode, but I will keep that in mind the next time it is slow. I was just going to say this. The site is super fast today. I disagree with you on that 'they have every right to do so'
If a bet is in a status where it can be rejected by the oddsmaker, then it is only fair that the person placing the bet has the option to cancel it as well, especially over a long period of time.
That is not the case with sportsbet.io. Once I hit submit, I am at their mercy for the next few minutes and have no option to cancel, while they can hold and hold and hold and hold and decide what to do.
I think its their way to reject a bet. Not a good way agreed, but its not as good as sites like directbet which show you the max bet and usually don't reject bets. They can certainly be doing what you say they are. |

Poloniex and Bittrex have been my go to option, back in the days when I traded. They are reliable and almost always have a support staff in chat. However polyniex, recently started asking about ID cards and blocking accounts with the excuse to ask for one. But otherwise it is solid, and has a large volume of altcoins.

Are you being serious ? Do you think they have the time to manually filter bets which look good or bet ? I have seen similar complaints on a lot of other websites without any basis. So let's do a hypothetical here. Let's say I bet under 200.5 in basketball... I place the bet at 1:00, hit the submit button... it'll hold in a processing state for 1-2 minutes where your funds are out of your account, but your bet is not officially placed... in that 1-2 minutes of live game action, obviously a ton can happen to your wager... let's say the teams hit back to back to back to back 3's, it'll process your wager at the now horrible line at under 200.5. If there were 0 points in that 2 minutes, it'll reject your wager and ask you if you want to now wager on under 193.5.. I have had this happen to me dozens of times, and they have admitted they confiscate your funds out of the account when a wager is placed, but then it is manually processed or rejected SEVERAL minutes later at times. They've admitted it in this thread way back when I had a similar issue. Honestly, at this point, if you bet with these fraudulent pieces of donkey shit you deserve to lose your money. They've ripped me off for the last time. If you've noticed, the guy handling the account in this thread has completely ignored all of these issues because they know for a fact it is exactly what they do. Just another way to get an edge. Like the juice 10 times higher than competitors isn't enough... fucking scam artists. This website really needs to label this book as a scam book. Maybe they manually process large bets, but they are a sportsbook and probably have every right to do so. As for holding a bet for 1-2 minutes, that has never happened with me. If it did for you, then I would agree and never place a live bet with them. |

Any idea why a lot of the soccer games are simply not available to bet on ? My home country Argentina had none of the games available for betting yesterday, and is only open during the live betting option.
I was experiencing the same thing and asked for support's help about this problem. Sportbet's support provided me a seperate link that will allow me to see the market option. Could you send me that link as well ? Or is is a specific user link that only you can access. I have asked the support in the past, but they have never sent me any such links. I can't because the link is only available for a specific match that I requested and the match that I bet on was finished days ago. Tell them that you can't see any options for that match and i'm sure they'll help you. Thanks, I can imagine that being helpful for one or two games but not the best solution in the long run. Can't see why they can't just allow betting on all games than having us click on such a link to make those bets. |
