I don't know if this has already been brought up or not, but.. Pyramid scheme
Since the aforementioned reasons mean Litecoin has no future potential, it effectively functions as a pyramid scheme, rewarding those who get in sooner at the expense of those who adopt it just before it finally fails (and are left with nothing). This is not the case for Bitcoin, since it has significant potential to become a long-term currency and continually be beneficial to adopters no matter when they begin using it. https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Litecoin Yeah, I talked to genjix about it, he dodged my question conveniently. Without proper citation, a statement like "a malicious entity needs only produce a single piece of specialized/custom hardware to overtake all the commodity mining systems combined" has absolutely no place in a wiki. [/quote] Bleh, that wiki page is garbage. It's written worse than a tabloid article.

This is the shit. I can only test at work on my work laptop, but my mobile i7 @ 1.6ghz went from .7kh/s per thread to 1.68kh/s per thread. That's around %130 increase. I can't wait to try out my i7 at home (running at 4.8ghz with HT.)

Not all that insane. Tigerdirect had a Buy an 2600k, get a free copy of BF3 deal for a while. I sold that bf3 copy for 50. Payed ~$260 or so then for the i7. When they hit 200.. I might have to buy a third

60MB/s theoretical. 31MB/s maximum from my Sata 6gb/s in a USB 2.0 dock. My generic thumb drives get 4-8mb depending on file size.
I was saying USB 2.0 supports up to 60MB/s in its designed specifications. I didn't see any specifications on what the drive supports. I thought I was clear in saying I did not know how fast the actual device will operate at. Didn't mean to sound harsh, just the one person asked about speeds and you mentioned USB2.0 in the original post.

They are 7200 and about 4-5 years. Used in My Book Premium I think. Also, I know the guy who purchased the My Book originally, he just used the drives for a weekly backup on his Mac each week at work. I didn't want the enclosure so I just took the drives out. They are Caviar 16mb versions I believe. Before the Blue/Green/Black labels. If there is any specific test you would like me to do to them, I'll be happy to run it. I ran the Western Digital Datalifeguard-thingy-kabober (which I do on all the drives when I aqcuire them) and these passed the extended test without problems.

Cheers to this! While I'm not a fan of smoking, in my state the tobacco tax is stupid high. I'll let the guys at work know about this for sure!

For future notice: You should NEVER buy anything from Best Buy. It's literally cheaper to get stuff shipped to you overnight.

I have far too many computer parts. I also want to keep the BTC spirit going. I test each and every item before it leaves my house. Buyer pays shipping. Stuff is leaving from WI, you can figure shipping transit times from there. I won't ship across US borders unless you are buying a few hundred worth of something and know the responsibilities involved. I take BTC, LTC!!!(at .008usd/ltc), Dwolla, and will throw something on ebay so you can pay via paypal (with %5 extra to cover fee's). I'm a SELLER! Throw me (reasonable) offers. If I wanted to start a Museum, I'd keep the stuff. Pictures here: http://imgur.com/a/W9aFF#13 THESE ARE HUGE images to imbed into the posts. I will keep the post as up to date as possible, and adding stuff as I get through my piles. guys almost all the information is in the DXdiag like he said just look up the number that system model corresponds to an EVGA built 680i nforce motherboard although a picture of the system and listing of the optical drives wouldnt hurt for 130 that looks like a steal to get a decent c2 and a 8800 gpu Never knew dxdiag gave mobo information, otherwise I would not have pestered him. It gives "system model" and since this isn't a big box system it displays the motherboard number otherwise you would see "Dell xxxx" or "HP xxxxx" ect. Still, if I REALLY want to sell something, a list of what's in the computer and a picture of it goes a LONG way. I've sent him a pm about buying it. Sure, people don't have camera's. I can understand that. But everyone has a philips screwdriver and can find out what brand of ram, psu, case, HDD, mobo, video card, etc. It's like saying "I'm selling a 4 cylinder car with 4 doors" and not listing any more info about it.

Thank you Reckman! I appreciate the feedback so much.
Does anyone see a pattern forming here? I am a reliable source and I am working hard to earn trust and more business. If you need anything please get in touch with me. I will take good care of you- my business depends on it.
I am not able to supply stimulants, except clenbuterol- the "size zero" pill. I get a lot of requests for Adderall and the like but no luck on sourcing these. As a general rule, if a drug is a WHOLE LOT of fun, I won't be able to supply it. Oxycontin is a good example. Same for codeine. These are too tightly controlled in Asia.
Please send me a PM or e-mail if you want to check stock or pricing on anything!
Darn! I was just about to ask for adderall.

Motherboard make? Use speccy to get if you don't want to crack open the PC. It would also give us exact specs about everything. Ram speed, type of hdd, etc.

Well, $14 or so per month. Each month will net you around 1m SP. We start with about a couple hundred thousand SP. Also, it depends if you allocated your Learning Skill points.
So $14x20/3 = 93.4 bitcoins.
But, prices have dropped recently it seems with all the crap going on in eve. You might get $100 for it.

I'll sell you a 160gb Fujitsu for $23 shipped. Seems to be a fair price based on ebay. Send an email to xurious.at.gmail.com and I will whip up a diagnostic test screen shot.

Gigabyte is made by MSI? But I'll attest to the 5870 with the yellow sticker as the one I got back from RMA. Immuzikation is a great guy! Had no problems dealing with him!

I won't be requiring her services any time soon, but a way to get it anonymously is just have a random webpage that you'd be given the link to. Say your show starts at 12:15. Just have her throw out a link such as " http://girls.cam-a-lot.com/P43LHJ9203OLOCL714HGH2907234CLHQW" If it's long enough it's not worth trying to figure out because you would only have say 30 minutes to figure it out. On her side she could just hit a "generate new link" button. But I'm not sure how the whole backend of this is working. Skype is quick and simple. AIM is anonymous enough and I think it supports webcam.
