1182  Other / Off-topic / Lowest fuel consumption cars on: March 30, 2018, 10:47:24 AM
I'm currently driving an old Vectra B 1.6i 16V which spends around 8L/100 km.

I started thinking of going home from college more often where I drive 600 km home and 600 back to campus so I started searching for cars with low fuel consumption.

One of the best cars I found was Ford Focus 1.5 TDCi which spends around 3L/100 km (declared) but in reality (reported by people) 4.5L or so which is quite decent.

Do you know some cars that spend under 5L/100 km in reality (not the declared consumption)?

Ako se ovako nastavi pad cena bice ovo pustinja  Grin

No.

Gledaj, do nedavno je BTC bio 20 000$.
Nisi li onda mislio zašto nisam kupio više BTC?

Dobio si još jednu priliku.

1184  Other / Meta / Re: Croatian local - new child board request on: March 30, 2018, 10:34:34 AM
I agree we need this.
The board is filled with ICO threads that spam the board so we can't see other threads.

A moderator is probably needed as well.
I just started a thread so people can say if they'd be willing to be our moderators
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3221724.msg33512118#msg33512118

After which I'll make a poll to see who the community sees fit to run this.
1185  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Kandidature za moderatora on: March 30, 2018, 10:29:50 AM

Trying to resolve the b1 debts doesn't look possible now, the only option to do that would be confiscating Risto's CK assets and distributing them to b1 creditors, but without Risto involved this won't be cool with  many people, and IMO it's worse than putting the b1 debts in the too hard basket. Who has authority to do this? Some people have already made a good profit from CK, if they also hold b1 debts and would get more, some people will obviously complain that isn't fair because they haven't experienced any CK losses, and didn't feel the CK  'burn'.

Are you saying that distributing Ristos assets to people he ows money to won't be cool with many people but distributing his assets to the game will?

 Huh

---------------

It's so easy to get unanimous support for the "fork".
Just pay the debtors what they're owed.

And don't spin this again on muh 1000BTC
It's not a 1000BTC
When the debtor refuses to repay what he ows, you seize what he has.
This has never been the games debt but the game wants to steal Ristos funds, the assets that belong to his debtors.

The fork will be started on immoral behaviour and I gotta agree with moneromoo, a bit scammy too.
Especially considering CrazyLoaf used to be the most vocal Ristos shill throughout the existance of the game and he constantly tries to avoid his assets being distributed to people he ows money to.

-------------------

A lot of missinformation is constantly being recycled throughout this thread

People are not going to invest in the game because there's a debt?
There is no debt if you pay the debtors

However, you can choose not to pay them and seize the funds for yourself and start the game on a foundation of immorality
What's better for the game?

That people know we honor our agreements?
Or that we act upon them as we see fit?
1187  Economy / Gambling / Re: 0% house edge, rake and comission on: March 30, 2018, 09:49:37 AM
But the thing is there are gamblers that can't stop playing even if they have won a lot already and think they can make more out of their winnings but end up losing in the end.
You are assuming that they are losing to prove that they lose.

Just because they are wagering does not mean that they are going to lose. Just because they are greedy and continue to bet does not mean that they will lose. And if you are considering only one player, then the variance is high and you will deviate from the mean of 0.

Basically, your argument boils down to this: human emotions cause greed, which means a higher wagered amount, resulting in the loss of money.

This may be true with games that have house edge, but it's not true in the case of zero-edge games. And not only that, but you are also assuming that the casino has enough bankroll to cover that of the player.

From my cursory reading of your conversations, I would agree with actmyname. The fact is that indeed there are those that will get greedy but probably there would equally be those that win and takes home the money thus resulting to probably an equal gain and losses for the casino. Mathematically speaking, this is indeed a 0 end game since we are rolling an infinite number of games and this means that the closer we reach infinity the more likely the results will be 0 in this case. Hence, indeed a casino with 0% house edge is just wasting their time and server hosting.

It's possible to obtain the hosting fees through donations from happy customers Cheesy
Probably by displaying a messege asking for a donation to people that won significant amounts of money and placed a withdrawal.

Who need math when he had fun? Smiley
And now really, gambling is about having some fun, not about getting rich.

Fully agree, I see it same.
This topic started as quite innocent experiment (though it's proven this is not working I accept OP want's to explore it personaly) but later turned into "c'mon guys I have working solution, try it as well ..." This is how I see it now and what bugs me.
He could lure some members to try it and lose their funds. I don't like that.

I don't lure any member to try it but my statistic and my own experiment show that this strategy really works.
Also 0.0001..0.005BCH is not big amount for lose because you can't be reach max bet.. This is fact

Very well that you said that OP, its your own position that your experiment works for you and we can't really say that it will also work for everyone,
the fact that the system itself have different result from each game that we have, just let it that way and enjoy your game OP, more luck and success
to your strategy.

In the anyway we can't really say that it will be don't work for everyone.
Thanks for wishing luck to me Smiley
Ok, I think need create video clip with my experience and you can see it.

what software need use for record screen video?

Fraps is good but the video size is too big
Try CamStudio, it's pretty straightforward and easy to use

You can use Microsoft Expression Encoder later on to compress the file so your upload doesn't take forever
1190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tipster picks service discussion on: March 30, 2018, 09:04:07 AM
I dont know how i missed this thread before, nice idea on the thread

it would be nice if you can add all active members that post picks to the OP so people can see in total how many tipsters are there, maybe even to add a pool too see who they like the most Smiley

hey Joca , glad you passed by
the thing about this thread is that I place bets on all the picks in the op so I'm also betting my money not only tracking
if I started tracking everyone that means I have to risk more money but in the future I may add a watch list where I only watch how the tipsters are doing without betting my money until they provide a profit on like 200 matches count

if your premium betting site is ready I will gladly track your premium picks if the price isn't high
so far I'm paying 100 euro a month for betting analyst racing and around 60 euros for bookieinsiders thats why I'm only tracking what I'm betting on since the picks are costing me my money and I'm placing bets with my capital too

My site took a set back because some people scamed me,but im giving away vip picks through telegram so if you buy the picks you will get pm`ed every day with a few of them
i sell 30 picks for 120$

you can even add my telegram username to your list where people can contact me about the picks Smiley

120$ for 30 picks is so damn high
It's not only that it makes the ROI harder, but if you want to ROI at all you need to have huge bets

4$ a pick means each pick has to be at least a 100$ and you need a ROI with over 4% just to break even
1191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What You Need to Do Before Choosing a Tipster on: March 30, 2018, 08:43:22 AM
@SyGambler. Good advice, thank you. Can you also give us a tip of who you reckon are the best tipsters to follow in the forum? There are so many of them, and it's so hard to choose because they are all winners like the traders in the speculation subforum hehehe.

Well, to be fair, BTC prices are constantly growing so on average it's extremely easy to be profitable.
It's different with betting since there isn't an asset constantly growing in value.
Many tipsters that have a positive track for a long period have some good skills.
1192  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io - Bet on Sunday, free spins on Monday!💰 March Madness Boosts! 🏀 on: March 30, 2018, 08:33:14 AM
Is there a deposit and withdraw history when logged in to the account?
There is, you can check your deposit history by clicking your balance on the upper left then click deposit option to find "view deposit history" same goes for withdrawal history.
Thanks for the response.

Can you download or request your deposit and withdraw history as a file from the support?

Why don't you make a deposit and try it yourself?
With current transaction fees, it won't cost you much.

I tried searching the forum for Kekistan, but seems there aren't any threads about it.

Are there any proud citizens of Kekistan on this forum?

If you're not a citizen, have you heard of Kekistan?
What is your opinion on it?

Please answer without googling Smiley

Never heard of it.
I am not googling, I don't read the posts below this. honestly think it is a country because you said "citizen", but I doubt it. I know many name of countries with "...tan" sound, but I'm sure Kekistan is not a country. so what is it ??

It's a country, believe me.

WTG BetcoinPoker.ag Making some players very happy indeed!

Congratulations players what a nice payout! Crazy cool hand when the river came lightning, for both hands! Very exciting!

Many expressed great concern how the separation of Betcoin.ag and BetcoinPoker.ag would turn out.  The goal has been to provide two better sites, and we feel this is happening and will only continue to get better, we hope you will agree!
I admire the consistency of the admin of Betcoin in updating this thread and ignoring all the feedback post on this thread. I wonder if you have thoughts in your mind to clear your reputation here and have a fresh start. Betcoin has a lot of good games and your poker game is good. The only thing I avoid your casino is because the person running it has a shady behavior.

What questions do you have BlockEye? We have answered most of the questions on the thread and are happy to answer others that people have. Even though our player satisfaction rate is at an all time high, we are always looking to improve!

Why do you have a 50BTC jackpot without actually having 50BTC
Why did you say you have the funds to repay  BBJ and then didn't want to sign an address?

1196  Economy / Gambling / Re: Add DICE to your website on: March 30, 2018, 08:20:38 AM
I see. Well looks like there is still a lot more to develop before it can be implemented easier. Probably this would be best suited for those sites that has some sort of balance or credits they are holding for their clients. Something like exchanges, wallets, and e-commerce, where people need to deposit something. I think probably in the future something like this will be quite normal to see in sites.

It is true. For now our integration service most suited for websites with crypto balance.
We see that the theme is interesting, so now we think about white label decision and make easier for major websites.

Maybe you can create something that would allow the website owners to integrate the system without having a cryto balance in their website. Something like a reward system for their users but with the end goal of encouraging the users to deposit money into the system so they can gamble. Something like what bitkong has done. They are actually free to play, but generally it would be much more fun to play with deposits.

You mean a faucet?
It's essentially a demo, since you really can't win anything with the faucet giveaways, you're just going to gamble them

1199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does becoming a parent changes the gambler? on: March 23, 2018, 11:30:22 AM
Genes have nothing to do with gambling or addiction. It is all related to the psychological nature of the human being. There are many sons who are not like their fathers. Their fathers are addicted to smoking, their sons do not smoke at all. It is their own will and choice whether or not to follow their fathers' path. And if his dad does not want him to fall into gambling addiction, then he should raise him in the right way and teach him the bad effects of gambling, and eventually, it will be his decision.

It could have a small part in it, there are certain genes that can make you more prone to taking risks
However, the kid should see gambling differently then his father.
It's a matter of upbringing..
But yeah, some things can make you more prone to doing something.
1200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: March 23, 2018, 11:26:59 AM
Gambling is not appropriate  in a long term, what if your not responsible in your finances. It depends on your fortune and lucky for a long term profit in playing gambling.Gambling is not like investing or trading that we have assurance in gambling if it will last longer.

Gambling is just for fun and to relax from your life. People want free money and want to earn from gambling thinking they will win big rather than thinking that it is a business for casino owner who is going to make money and cannot make other winners else he will have to wind up his business.

Well, the point of the game is to have some winners and some losers so there are some people to advertise the game, otherwise no one will want to play at your casino since everyone is losing

The point is to have winners and losers but to have slightly more losers in order to have profit
The standard 1% edge isn't that much if you're gambling for a short period
