So this week the last? but what will you do next plan for this twitter campaign next month? Like I've said previously, the March Twitter campaign ends this sunday, 3/29, at 11:59pm EST. A new campaign will begin on Monday, 3/30 and run through the month of April. There is no rollover into the April campaign. No, you will receive your payout on Monday. Sunday night = tweet counts Monday = payday Keep in mind that that is Sunday and Monday in MY timezone. If you aren't sure what that is, or how it correlates to your own timezone, I have posted links to a converter several times in this thread. |

I read through CL's TOS and their list of what is prohibited to post on their site. There is nothing in either document that suggests that what he is doing with the site is a violation. The closest applicable section is this: USE. You agree not to use or provide software (except for general purpose web browsers and email
clients, or software expressly licensed by us) or services that interact or interoperate with CL, e.g. for downloading,
uploading, posting, flagging, emailing, search, or mobile use. Robots, spiders, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, etc. are
prohibited, as are misleading, unsolicited, unlawful, and/or spam postings/email. You agree not to collect users'
personal and/or contact information ("PI"). His site does not apply under this section because it does not interact / interoperate with the site in such a way as to automate posting, ul / dl, flagging, etc... The only thing his site does is provide a link to a section on CL. From there on out, everything is done manually by an individual. Also, the posts are not misleading, unsolicited, unlawful or spam. The ads are about hiring people to post on CL and those ads are ONLY being posted in the Computer gigs section - precisely where they ought to be posted. |

This is clearly a violation of Craigslist Terms, so you should stop doing this.
Since I doubt that you will, I will try to advise people against putting their Craigslist accounts at risk of being banned.
How is it any different than hiring a freelancer to handle one's company's CL postings? |
