Bitcoin (and everything related to bitcoin) is banned from all alibaba group sites (taobao, alibaba, aliexpress, alipay) and they are the way the vouchers are sold. There is the possibility of a cat and mouse game there with smaller competitive sites to get vouchers from.
I don't see any difference in the legal status between the two exchanges, I think it's both open to interpretation or if you will a legal gray area.

I closed it when I saw the advertisement for the "survival yeti solar kit". I'm not not the kind of person this podcast is supposed to address I guess. And if you aren't interested in this kind of product either, I would suggest not paying any attention to what this guy has to say either. If you are don't bother either, just watch this instead. |

So somebody owns about 180,000 coins = $145,800,000
Probably ArtForz, that dirty bugger. Or not, don't generated unspent blocks all have their own address and are untraceable as long as they aren't spent? |
