201  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: December 01, 2015, 10:51:48 PM
Oh look what we have here:

http://blogs.wsj.com/moneybeat/2015/12/01/josh-garza-gaw-miner-charged-by-sec-in-ponzi-scheme/

Should we let our beloved WSJ bloggers know how much we appreciate their unbiased reporting?

WSJ conveniently already dispensed with Michael Casey. I think it would have been fitting to have the same guy who shilled GAW/Garza writing about the charges exactly one year later.
202  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: December 01, 2015, 10:06:57 PM
One year ago today: http://blogs.wsj.com/moneybeat/2014/12/01/bitbeat-under-fire-gaw-miners-ceo-garza-takes-on-his-critics/
https://archive.is/BzQ1P

"Why would a guy that already has a ton of money, and would get thrown in jail if he was involved in anything sketchy, be involved in a scam?"

You tell us, Josh. Why?

Mr. Garza said GAW follows meticulous compliance and record-keeping to ensure it can’t be charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission with selling unregistered securities. “If one cent of our payout (to customers) comes from anything other than mining, it is a security,”

HA! $19 Million is not one cent!! Hoin! Eat that, SEC!  Grin

P.S: Your ace shill job did not placate the highly vocal critics, Michael.

203  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How many people were scammed on Bitcoin Black Friday? on: November 28, 2015, 04:10:05 PM
..... Badbitcoin.org is actually a scam support site in itself. They list scams, sure, but they also promote others like GAW / Paycoin. It is a Payola type of filthy scam operation. Pay and you get a good review. Don't pay and you get blacklisted. Please do not support this fucking scam artist (Vic of Badbitcoin).

Interesting claim, do you have anything to back it up?
E.g. where, when and how did they promote GAW/Paycoin? Any actual examples of the pay/not pay blackmail?
Thanks.

ViK/Badbitcoin being Garza's bitch is quite well documented. Exactly what payment (quantity) was made to Vik for supporting that blatant and obvious fraud scheme along with others like Scryptcc is not known to me. In the case of Paycoin, it seems that he was in fact paid with the same, which is why he became such a rabid cheerleader for Garza and his fraud scheme, including being involved in the criminal targeting and harassment of Coinfire and Mike Johnson- which is rumored to be having some criminal action from the Feds soon. Here is some reading material for you to learn about Badbitcoin. Believe whatever you want, of course. Somewhere in the GAW/Garza thread are all of Vics ridiculous cheerleader posts promoting Paycoin if you want some laughs.

Here is one of his posts about Coinfire, that I took the liberty of correcting for the chump:

It's scamception. Scams within scams within "scambusters". Sad but true.
204  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How many people were scammed on Bitcoin Black Friday? on: November 28, 2015, 01:19:05 PM
Bummer, Kprawn. I hate to break it to you, but you are being doubly played for a fool, as Badbitcoin.org is actually a scam support site in itself. They list scams, sure, but they also promote others like GAW / Paycoin. It is a Payola type of filthy scam operation. Pay and you get a good review. Don't pay and you get blacklisted. Please do not support this fucking scam artist (Vic of Badbitcoin).

Does it count for josh? He spent everyone elses rent on a tesla Smiley.

O wait didn't he receive his as a gift from Elon Musk as a personal present?

He regifted it to Uncle Stu. So it must be the Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald having his lunch in that car.

Or perhaps ex Vice Chairman?

Because if you try to find any mention of Stuart Fraser on cantor.com... it's as if he never existed.

http://www.cantor.com/public/aboutus/sfraser.html - 404
https://archive.is/wPZxs - still there a couple of months ago

http://www.cantor.com/public/aboutus - no Stu
https://archive.is/bnjaS - still Vice Chairman a couple of months ago

His LinkedIn page seems to be gone too. Can't be an accident, some cleanup going on.

https://www.linkedin.com/in/stuartafraser - Profile Not Found
https://archive.is/Uc0Gx - old copy

"Stuart Fraser, the Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald, was a partial owner of the company GAW Miners.[19] In September, 2014, the company raised approximately $48,000 by selling a special edition of their Hashlet product (Remember Hashlets) that was to have all income donated to the 9/11 Memorial Fund.[20] Only $10,000 was donated to America's 9/11 Foundation, with GAW Miners claiming the rest was given to unnamed charities.[21][22]"

And poof.. all mention of him on the interwebz is now gone.  Tongue

WOW.  This is a major development.

You have already been ignored and reported by a just plain useless comment.  Continue to post all you want, some of us do not have our self worth based on the opinions of trolls, but you will be the first to know when that happens.

Report away. My posts are on the topic of this thread. If you do not like my style, too bad. If you want to keep using Cryptsy, by all means, do. I am simply trying to use some common sense regarding their operation to make people think about what they are doing regarding them, and you are spouting naive advice that could cause people to get taken by what is an obvious meltdown of a shady Crypto Exchange.
207  Economy / Exchanges / Re: cryptsy pending withdrawal on: November 27, 2015, 03:56:48 PM
Although I am not a fan of online holdings, these things do happen.  Contact them and follow the TX.  It may just be a sluggish TX.

I mention blithering morons and someone literally named Mor(a)on replies with a blurb of pure naive idiocy. Coincidence?

Try learning a little Latin...lol.

Scio parum Latine sed propter insinuationem .

Perhaps you should try learning about Crypto scams and what Cryptsy is doing right now.

Salinism posts his reply from Cryptsy support and Linuld responds with "Duuuhhhh. Uh, maybe you should contact Cryptsy support. Duhhhhhhh."  The number of absolute blithering morons on this rock is truly disturbing.

I thank you all for listening and yeah, I have been massively bummed like many many others, I wish I had saved the chats with Garza too. What a liar he turned out to be, perpetrating to be a good honest Christian, hmmn. Still, that's where I am at. It's true I could have sold out at $14, now my coins are worth... pennies, there is still hope and a community in the beast yet.. I have read this thread from day one and just wanted to say hi, I believe in the truth and helping others, whatever the capacity. If you rise above and hide nothing then what can go wrong? We all have values and that's what makes us... us  Grin

There's as much hope as in any other shit coin. Sell now and get some pennies, and look for better investments or keep on wasting your time and money.

and here lies the problem in crypto..

Scam goes down all hell breaks loose.
Victims are left sitting there with worthless crap ponzi tokens.

i smell community take over  Roll Eyes

And with Paycoin they actually planned and announced ahead of time the "community takeover" designed to deflect blame from the fraudsters and that it would be Garza's old BBFL, highschool buddy Adam Matlack, who- by sheer coincidence mind you-  after not being in collusion with Garza to implement the exit plan for this fraud scheme- had somehow decided to convince a group of family and friends to invest $1,000,000 in Paycoin. No deal what so ever. Seriously. If you are so naive as to believe that ridiculous bullshit story/narrative put forth by the fraudsters, that is. I personally think that Garza employed Matlack to play the part of the savior for after the marks started to wake up to the fact that Garza was just ripping them off, and payed him in advance with the "Prime Controllers". See? No Garza? "Totally Legit Shitcoin Now". Right. More like the shittiest, in your face , rob you fucking blind and kick you in the balls and laugh about it shitcoin fraud scheme EVER.

* And then of course, to have the audacity to pre-plan a fake lawsuit to fuck most of the lawsuits heading the fraudsters way through total skullduggery and betrayal of trust by the "moral compass of the Paycoiners", D, Allen Shinners. When I think about what these scumbags are pulling, it really makes me want to fucking puke. Q: Are we not men? A: We are DEVO (De-evolution).

You give garza far too much credit for intelligence. I dont think he had layers of prepared people and exit plans. He just had a scam designed from the start and thought he could run away and nobody would pursue him. Garza isnt smart enough....

Oh, i have no doubt that Garza is not the mastermind behind the exit plan. No, I think all Garza is good at is bullshitting people and taking their money.  I am, however, certain that Garza and the GAWGang did actually hire a lawyer at some point. BUT, instead of being a crack legal firm to attack Coinfire and Mike Johnson, Homero actually took Jesse Pinkman's advice and hired a Criminal lawyer (Tough Love time- You guys SUCK at peddling Meth Roll Eyes), who whipped their fraud operation into shape sometime around  ~ March- right when Homero was on Hashtalk bragging about hiring some high priced attornies to go after the detractors- primarily Mike Johnson.  A lie rolls off of the tongue and is more convincing when there is a tiny grain of truth in the middle of a big puss filled pearl of lies. This Criminal lawyer advised these fucking clowns on how to clean up this fraud operation so that they have a chance of actually keeping the loot and staying out of prison. The GAWsuit is a HUGE part of this plan. Think about it- the GAW/ Paycoin fraudsters went from fucking morons using Google Email to run their criminal scheme to something close to a face to face criminal operation pretty much overnight.

This just in from Creeps, See world headquarters in sunny Del Ray Beach, Florida, where they are totally not under siege by Federal Investigators.

Big Vern has issued this press release to reassure depositors:

OK....so I'm reading this super-goofy article https://news.bitcoin.com/how-to-explain-bitcoin-to-your-family-this-thanksgiving/

and there pops up Scott Fargo, with a short bio about what an accomplished writer/editor he is ---  chock full of typos & grammatical errors!

WTF is he doing on that page, anyway?

Here's the blurby blurb:

" I am a disabled former Systems Admin, computer tech, business manager enjoying crytpocurrencies. I am the Editor in Chief of Bitcoin.com and Bitcoinist.net. Being able to help others has allowed me to an outlet to the world and to share my passion that is Bitcoin. I am deeply involved in the mining ecosystem and physical coins, It fascinates me how it has brought people from all over the world together into a tight knit supportive community with commerce and tech. "

@TalonTech1 on twitter.

Nice word salad there , Scott. U R qwite tha wrighter.  Roll Eyes

Speaking of Thanksgiving, I was just thinking about that in relation to this saga yesterday. Specifically, I was trying to picture the Matlack thanksgiving. *Voice acting for Adam's part today provided by Ned Flanders:

Happy Family (voice provided by Matlock)"Soooo, Adam, where is all of our life savings? Is the "GAWsuit" coming to court soon, or what? We would kind of like our million dollars back."

Adam: "Ahhhh, gee , no, gais. Thus far we have tentatively set the "lawsuit" up here in Texas, to make sure that if we were to win a judgement , we would not be able to collect. Then, by golly, we had around 475+ GAW fraud victims sign a document stating that they give up their right to sue GAW/Garza on their own. Next, D. Allen Shinners hired myself and the star witness for us, Joe Mordica, thereby calling into question Joe's motives about any testimony he may give and pretty much destroying any credibility it would have. We are now thinking about hiring us one of these "lawyers" because people are getting suspicious about what the Fudge™ is going on. Not sure if waiting 8 months to actually hire a lawyer is long enough though, we are going to just pencil that one in and maybe talk to one Soon™. OK everyone. Let's eat! I don't have much time, I am heading over to Garza's for my second dinner and some football and beerskis after"  Cool

Happy Family: "So no lawsuit. Perfect. That's just perfect as all get out."

If this were my family there would likely be some words in that exchange that would offend the precious delicate little ears of Paycoiners like Krumz.  Wink

Ya, right. As if the whole "Family and friends" put up $500,000 ~ $1,000,000+ (I have heard different numbers bandied about- correct me if I am wrong) to get the  (3?) Prime Controllers and hundreds of thousands of XPY to fill them that Adam originally had has a shred of believability. SUUUUUURE, buddy. Let's see you put your hand on a Bible and swear to that. Preferably, in a courtroom. Adam, have your "Family and friends" asked you if you have even bothered to file a police report alleging this huge crime yet? No? Where I come from (Earth), people would call the police and ask to file criminal fraud charges when such a massive fraud crime was committed against them. It lends weight to the civil case, if nothing else. I can assure you that all of my friends and family would DEMAND that it be done as well. If I tarried or refused, they would do it themselves, and most likely they would name you as probably being involved somehow.

To my knowledge,  Adam Matlack has not filed a criminal complaint against GAW or his BBFL, Josh Garza. Gee, I wonder why? Cost? Zero dollars is such a huge sum to pick up the phone and put your tax dollars to work and at least put some heat on Garza, right? And time. What , with all of those important Paycoiner scams projects he is involved in it would be hard to find 15 minutes to fill out a formal complaint, for sure.  Roll Eyes I suspect the actual reason has to do with there not being investors at all and Adam would have to file a false police report if he were to state that there were. A felony. These police fellas also have a habit of asking those darned pesky questions, you know. They just "might" ask for the names of the investors and such so they could fill in the report and file it. No, no police report, because Adam had no mystery investors and did not lose anything. Quite the contrary.
216  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Cryptsy safe again? on: November 24, 2015, 08:51:13 PM
We all need Cryptsy fully working and secure.
Stop spreading gossips  please , let them sort out their problems.

I sure don't need CrEEps,See?, so you can feel free to revise your sweeping statement.
217  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: November 24, 2015, 03:57:06 PM
the worst thing is that Homero Joshua Garza is still free, when he should be in jail...

I know the wheels of justice turn slowly, but Goddamn this should be an open-and-shut case for the authorities...

Our tax dollars at work I suppose Sad

I suspect that the main reason that nothing real bad is happening to these criminals yet is that (as far as I know) not a single person bothered to pick up the telephone and file a criminal complaint against them with their local PD. Fraud actually is illegal, folks. Seriously. Instead, they all listened to Shinners and Matlack (and the third GAWsuit asshole- forget his name atm) who conned most of the victims into signing away their right to sue and then made sure that the  "GAWsuit" would never move forward, and if it did, it would be in Texas, and the suckers would likely not get a fucking nickle out of Garza if by some miracle they ever received a judgement against him.
218  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: November 24, 2015, 03:53:01 PM
Krumz: Not even going to bother to post your promised rebuttal to my assertion that Adam Matlack was and still is partners with his BBFL Homero Garza in the Paycoin fraud operation? Come on now, my good man, you have had a whole nights sleep to craft your response. PLEASE, enlighten all of us with anything proving otherwise.

Also: You failed to answer whether you were involved in targeting and/or harassing anyone who was pointing out that the GAW/Paycoin operation was pure fraud. Why? Something to hide?
219  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: November 24, 2015, 03:46:30 PM
I think krumz has testnet coins, he's just trolling here

I have seen plenty of mention that he is holding quite a large bag of XPY, so I am sure he really thought that he might be attracting some new meat to be fleeced by coming here. Didn't quite work out that way though. Cheesy

Edit to add: Krumz seems to be what HA would call a "hangaround", i.e: Some dork who thinks it is cool to hang out with a pack of criminals. They even let him play on the slack chats and such and play tough guy on the forum. Pathetic. The stupid fuck can't figure out that he is being played for a fucking fool by his "Family".

Slack, what is that?  Roll Eyes

Can I just add I am really happy and proud to be a part of the new Paycoin 2.0 family, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PAYCOIN !

Thanks for thinking about me tho, makes me feel well spesh - this thread does not need to know how well I am treated and what has been done for me with my Paycoin family - sometimes you just need to open your heart, and your eyes too - it does not really take a lot of effort.

And actually, I think it is you (four) who look like silly billies now.

My pleasure. If I may ask, what was your level of involvement back in the Hashtalk days? Were you part of targeting anyone like Mike Johnson or any of the "detractors" (i.e: People who point out brazen fraud) such as myself?  Who knows, maybe you will get lucky and be named in one of the indictments slowly churning forward right now. Then you will be a full fledged "Pledge" to the GAW Gang you admire so much.

I edited my message, you may want to read it again.

MOAR finger pointing huh. Well, there are archives of the old HT forum, you have Garzas emails, so, do a little searching. Shall I help you some? I was no one but myself. That was episode one, you need to catch up to episode two. This is the second act, the most important.

Oh, did I say before I like it here, I am having a lot of fun and love the interaction.

I am not surprised that you enjoy being a total and absolute fool and laughing stock. I am simply unsure whether you were one of the HT "moderators" or not, so I asked. Not surprisingly, you replied with a non-answer. I am quite aware of what act we are in. This is the exit phase where the criminals you admire so much and gleefully choose to help are doing everything they can to absolve financial liability for the fraud they have committed. Shinners and Matlack with the fake "GAWsuit" are the chief players for that aspect, of course.
