So they just burned 125k XPY but not the key (impossible really to burn it and meaningless now that we have the leaked ones) and did not forfeit the vote. Kinda pointless.
"Prime controller" is becoming ambiguous because it can refer to the magic key, the 125k coins, or both.
Good Point! That controller should be automatically out a regardless since it doesn't meet the requirements. I have 13 keys, so I think I should get 13 votes. Everybody else that has these keys should also get 13 votes. The People's Coin at long last!
