Please, don't touch the reward and the block time. That's something you do with scam coins, not guldencoin (and are, for me, in a way important determinants for trust in this coin).

I don't think the update would need a coordinated fork. You could put the new algo in effect at a specific future block. Previous updates should give an indication on how quick updates are picked up by the users, based on that you could pick a block on when the algo change hits the network.

I also would like to have a bit more news from the dev team (on a weekly basis would be nice). If they can't spend 30 minutes of their time to inform the community, I'm all for the change proposed by Fuse (I thought he could put in a pull request with a fix right now). To be honest, this should be solved anytime soon now. Would mid-January be a reasonable time to have something that puts Clever back? (I have still plenty of funds to keep the hashing baseline up, but the recent price increase hasn't been helpful. So, I'd rather have this solved sooner than later).

Voor volgend jaar zou een litebit integratie super zijn..Het lukt vandaag niet meer om adressen op de Site te zetten. Het loopt nu via bovenstaand adres. Dit omdat het spontaan ontstaan is.

Ik zag eerst een link naar een pagina op de site om met paypal te betalen (zie die nu ook niet meer). Als het adres daaronder gezet kan worden (5 minuten werk), ben ik tevreden. Ik heb op het andere forum al gezegd dat ik het bedrag dat dan opgehaald wordt zal verdubbelen (tot half miljoen NLG max), maar wel met een adres op de site (vaak genoeg fraude met dat soort dingen gezien). Het is te kort dag om het nog goed te omschrijven op de site, je ziet dat er negatieve reacties bij zijn. Het lijkt mij beter om het volgend jaar opnieuw te proberen. The answer is an algorithm change to something that increases difficulty faster than what DGW3 does currently. A much faster reaction time so that clever only gets 1 or 2 blocks before the difficulty/price ratio isn't profitable anymore for them. DIGI does this. I personally want to see clever under 5%-10% of the total blocks mined in a day.
Clever seems to jump in when the lower diff is too low (as we saw in Markanth's charts). How does this prevent from the diff getting too low? What are the effects on the block gap when Clever leaves again after mining two blocks? Does that stay in the hours range, like it does now when there are not enough dedicated miners? |

(Wow.. your 485 sell wall has left the building. Somebody wants lots of Guldencoins on Bittrex.) In my opinion Clevermining can't compete with the higher hashrate. Too much trouble to get their daily stack of Guldencoins. Yep, I saw it disappearing while looking at it. For some reason my first thoughts when I see this is "glitch in the software". Well, extra funds for mining next week. |

I just want to let people know that while I normally don't want more than 50% of the network on my pool, I understand the circumstances right now. While I do recommend that people spread the hashes, I assure you that the above average hashes are safe on Criptoe.
Also, I am working on some pool relief. I'll update when I have more info.

I have added a 8192 difficulty port on Criptoe. It's port 3401. If you're getting a lot of rejects(more than 1%) with large GH hashrates, give this port a shot and see if it helps.

Great! I will point Titan rigs to that. Is that a vardiff port? Static 8192. Do the titans do well with vardiff? I can try to set a higher level vardiff port if you want. -Fuse No, just asking. I'm currently pointing then to the 4096 port and that is already working fine. This will work better, hopefully.  |
