Yeah, I guess so. I personally don't like them, they disturb the market too much. I wonder if this pump is related to this, although I doubt these groups have this much funds to push the price up this much. Could be a whale anticipating in them in trying to pump it |

Wachten is het enige wat je nu nog kan doen, als je transactie in blockchain.info staat, is hij goed doorgekomen (die transactieversneller zou ik niet teveel in geloven). Ik heb afgelopen jaar ook wel eens wat transacties gedaan die enkele dagen nodig hadden om door te komen.
Die transactieversneller werkt echt wel, wanneer hij geaccepteerd is door ViaBTC proberen zij hem in een van hun eerstvolgende blokken te plaatsen. Wanneer het echter lang duurt voordat zij een blok gevonden hebben, dan duurt het nog steeds lang voordat de transactie bevestigd wordt. In dit geval staat de transactie inderdaad in een blok van ViaBTC dus heeft de versneller vrijwel zeker geholpen (naar verwachting was hij anders nu nog niet bevestigd geweest). Ja, maar je blijft afhankelijk van dat zij een blok vinden. |

we will need a refill soon, pay day is coming We'll keep an eye on it and refill as needed. There are currently still 10 sell orders to 22 ISK, purchasing now on other exchanges for selling on ISX, would have more expensive orders than that and would be an unnecessary pumping of the price. |

why 3540?
What's 3540? -Fuse Standard ordersize on isx and bittrex 3600sec / 61sec = 59blocks 59blocks x 2.5aur = 147.5 aur 147.5 aur x 24hours = 3540 aur wow it's one mining day of coins Bingo I was the one who started that, but I noticed a few times that people are copying it, which is IMHO not a problem. I chose a value that I could use as a measure in how much dumping would occur, that could support the price (and keep it stable) and generate enough order size for merchants to convert back to ISK (although it is now also used for bag holders to cash out). Part of the dumped out AUR are transferred to ISX, initially as a way to transfer AUR back into Iceland, to provide a similar support of the price and again to actually build the support for merchants. It's all part of building a system to economically support AUR to become a good alternative to ISK. |

Still here... don't know for others, but my view is limited to the very few coins that actually have long term potential instead of the quick PnD coins that don't really offer anything new.

I had a look at the tool, but it requires some adjustments before it can be used for Auroracoin wallets. Development was performed on the Bitcoin version of the schildbach wallet, so it needs some adjustments for making it Auroracoin compatible.

A second Android wallet is just about to be released. Development on qr code scanning for our webwallet (iphone) is close to finish. Isx.is is the only crypto exchange in Iceland for auroracoin, has now been in operation for a year. Development on a merchant solution is close to be finished and we just signed up our first merchant a few weeks ago.
We are just starting i think.
Any news about android wallet? Is it going to be compatible with old android version? I mean easy update and recovering coins from old wallet, as at the moment many people are stuck with their coins on old version. I guess you mean the Schildbach wallet. Yes, that one has been a problem for us as well (don't get me started on that). We had someone write a tool for it to recover the private keys and to import them into the core wallet (if I remember correctly). But we have not yet had the time to really look at it, or write a tutorial for people to follow on how to actually do that. I'll try to have an initial look at it soon and keep the thread updated regarding it. |

Mostly dead coins gets relisted due to new developments... relist happens at 1 sat.
I know some people who said to watch out for this, so I bought a few between 320 and 350 sat... and placed some buy orders on lower positions.

But, my question/suggestion is : What if we could change algo for equihash? Or something similar to Z coins idea - full privacy with access to transaction details only for participant's of some, not to third parties.

Everything is possible, but for our goal it is not needed. The chain runs stable and full anonymity is not a goal for us. It only adds extra overhead to the code, which we want to keep as clean as possible... which isn't a luxury if we want to keep this going beyond 2140. |

Andere opties zijn een dode coin reviven... of meehelpen met een andere coin (met actief dev team). Vooral bij die laatste hoef je niet actief met de coin ontwikkeling bezig te houden.
Zoals hierboven al gezegt, een coin starten is makkelijk... het onderhouden een stuk uitdagender.

Yeah, there was a pretty massive dump on ISX yesterday. I think this is because of the drop in price of BTC. Could be someone doing arbitrage between Bittrex and ISX. All in all the differences between Bittex and ISX is now smaller.
