261  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake - The Official UFC Sponsor - Doesn't accept bets on the UFC on: October 30, 2022, 12:38:51 PM
But in a case where you are the only one who experienced this, then it simply means you have some limits on your account.

It happens now with all other UFC bets, $1000 is not accepted at all, even on events that are far away....
Yes, the account is limited for winning too many UFC bets.
262  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake - The Official UFC Sponsor - Doesn't accept bets on the UFC on: October 30, 2022, 11:13:33 AM

Perhaps it has to do with his account, he might need to level up to a higher VIP level, so that the restrictions could be removed.

The account is verified and Level 3 VIP.
NBA bets are limited to $100 max on totals.
Now it seems UFC bets would be limited to $300 or so.

It's because of winning too much, nothing else. i.e. placing bets on Soccer can take a larger amount for example.
263  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake - The Official UFC Sponsor - Doesn't accept bets on the UFC on: October 30, 2022, 10:30:02 AM
Your account has a bet retriction due to a certain rule. You should clarify this to the support and not here because this limits is already been discussed many times and the Stake doesn't control the max bet limit but rather the bookmaker sets it on each account. Probably you win too much on your game history that’s why they lower your bet limit.

Contacting there live support is the best way to settle this matter. The title is misleading too, they accept bets but with only limited amount as seen on the screenshot.

I am not asking them to resolve the matter, I already know how it works.
All I'm saying is that on Twitter and on the "High Rollers" screen you see people posting bets of 5-6 digits easily, on the same event, risking supposedly $100k or more - and here even $70 is not being accepted.

The purpose of this topic is to show this extreme difference between the two, and not to look for a resolution for a $70 unplaced bet.
264  Economy / Gambling / Stake - The Official UFC Sponsor - Doesn't accept bets on the UFC on: October 30, 2022, 08:52:17 AM
This video with the screenshot below show that betting on the UFC with $80 is impossible:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1NMM3wc0kU&t=1s

Now compare it to this tweet:

https://twitter.com/KyleForgeard/status/1586411041361051649

This tweet shows a $100,000 bet on the same match (+Jake Paul).

Now why Stake isn't taking these extremely small bets?

 Huh

Here's a screenshot of all the bets that did go through - Initially tried $1000 but since it was rejected had to attempt smaller amounts:

The $70 bet was one that could be placed on the 3-way betting but for lower odds (1.43) as shown in the screenshot as well.

What's your feedback on this?

Huh
265  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crash Game Reseeding Event @ BC.Game on: October 13, 2022, 03:40:07 AM
JB To The Moon!

We are keeping the JB limits as they are for now. We are considering raising the max profit for JB though because we do get asked about this quite often.

Good to hear. Got a completely different question.

Will you consider in the future to have a betting exchange like Betfair? Seems like no major gambling site has gone in this direction.
Is this something you might consider for the very long run?
266  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crash Game Reseeding Event @ BC.Game on: October 12, 2022, 05:29:21 PM
Hello world,

It’s been over 2 years since we updated our Crash algorithm with salting (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5256606). In our endeavor to constantly improve seed safety and provable fairness of our games, we will shortly be updating our Crash game with a new salted hash. The purpose of this post is for full transparency of this process.

Good news! It's great to see it! Wishing you lots of success moving onward!

What about my issue, ?

You've been advised to use the Scam Accusation forum - why are you not creating, properly, a new thread there, telling everyone what happened to you, and then it can be taken from there?

Going against a simple request is not ideal, I see lots of threads like this one - the OP ended up with lots of negative trust from other forum members.

If you want to earn trust (our trust as well) - do as you've been told, open/create a proper thread and then let's see what happened, but spamming this thread is definitely not the right way to get your issues resolved!

We have corrected many blog articles where the videos were not posted by replacing these with Vimeo.
Looks like Youtube is not so friendly towards content creators, it might be a matter of time before someone giant would decide to sue Youtube if they keep on doing what they do.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: October 03, 2022, 07:28:07 AM
The difference is that when you hold bitcoin today, you are sure that years to come, you will wake and still meet your bitcoin in whatever value it might be. But this cannot be said about casino tokens which may not be here by tomorrow. That is the great difference between holding BFG and holding bitcoin.

Correct, but Bitcoin doesn't pay you interest unless if you use a 3rd party and then you rely on that 3rd party, and still the interest won't be high - and here tokens like BFG pay you over 50% annually (as of now) which is quite massive.

Over time it's hard to tell, but if you pull out on time you can make nice gains.

With Bitcoin no one knows if 5-10 years from now it would be worth $20k or $100k, you can bet on it but there are no guarantees it would happen. Look at Litecoin, used to be $250 and more and now it's 5 times less than that.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: October 03, 2022, 06:44:09 AM
A good understanding and an established trust will allow you to wait and patiently hold either you choose casino tokens or another alternative assets to invest your money.
Patient and holding always never be profitable . Because if we make a wrong decision without understanding and wait by investing in a scam token then it will not be good for us rather we will lose all our money. So we always need a proper analysis and proper decision to invest .

There are Bitcoin holders who are holding Bitcoin for years with tons of patience. How is it different than holding BFG for example that pays you interest as well?

We have added a new Guide - How to place lay bets on horse races in 2023

As of today it's quite difficult to find betting agents that allow you to place lay bets on horse racings.
This guide explains how this can still be done, and how you can access not only BetFair but also BetDAQ using proper agents that provide you options that many others don't:

271  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: October 01, 2022, 08:01:07 PM
The new design doesn't allow you to scroll down a window, for example:

Similarly, if someone messages you - you cannot reply:

It's with Google Chrome / Edge / other browsers.

Can you please fix it?

Update from their chat: Thank you so much for reporting this. Our team is already working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Top notch support!  Smiley
Hopefully it will be fixed ASAP.
272  Economy / Gambling / Re: The new design for BC.game - the worst mistake ever! Please change it back on: October 01, 2022, 07:23:30 PM
BC.game was unique, looked so great until now, why have you changed the design?

Tell me you are joking, I visited the site now and I must say that the new design is superb and elegant, I absolutely love it, how come you think the previous design (which to me, looks like a thing done in a hurry) is better than this latest design?

By the way, why make a new thread for this? Why not submit your feedback on their official Ann thread.

You're right. Locking this one.
273  Economy / Gambling / Re: The new design for BC.game - the worst mistake ever! Please change it back on: October 01, 2022, 06:04:12 PM
wdym its much better and more modern now, u absolute moron

Glad to hear you like it.
We are not against each other here.

Just an opinion that letting users vote for it is the best thing moving forward.
274  Economy / Gambling / The new design for BC.game - the worst mistake ever! Please change it back on: October 01, 2022, 05:53:10 PM
BC.game was unique, looked so great until now, why have you changed the design?

As a long term affiliate this is terrible, users would have less trust in the site, who came up with this brilliant idea to change the design? Why? Why not let your users vote for it?

Games shouldn't only be provably fair, the users should be involved with such important decisions.
275  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betting Exchanges Like Betfair, exbit etc on: September 30, 2022, 12:38:35 AM

You can also use a betting agent to access Betfair, the largest betting exchange in the world, see a full guide how to do it here:

276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: September 27, 2022, 10:06:54 PM
Features are the most important aspect of casinos' tokens.

What's more important for you? features or the price itself?
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Ripple (XRP) goes up, Bitcoin stays flat or even lose value on: September 23, 2022, 04:05:05 AM
Ripple has success in court and that is why the currency is flying high.
Take into consideration the 3rd and 4th largest Cryptos as of today are USDT and USDC and Ripple can soon go to the moon.

Would you consider investing now in Ripple instead of Bitcoin?!

 Huh
278  Other / Archival / Re: Don't worry, bitcoin is cyclical on: September 23, 2022, 04:02:39 AM
Bitcoin will be back, of course.  I mean.... it's still $19,000 ffs.  That's incredible.   New "ATH's" ahead, especially if you're measuring in inflationary fiat.

The fed hasn't raised rates since 2008 - it has been 14 years since we've been in this mess of "cheap money".
This "cheap money" pumped Bitcoin to all time high during the coronavirus since investors were looking for risky assets.

Now people don't even want to hold stocks, they'd rather go for bonds, enjoy the yields instead of watching their investment crashing to pieces.

Bitcoin cannot go up if the rates keep on going up - the dollar is the best bet here.

Yes, we opened a Telegram group about a week ago and already have 2600 followers, so it's definitely a good source for business as well:

surprising to know they are owned by amazon.

ESPN is owend by Disney, and Disney owners said they need ESPN for gambling purposes. Yes, that's right.

So here you have it - the entire industry is corrupt, starting from a company with movies/toys for kids!!
