381  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Urgent Warning: Gamdom fake unlicensed copy of games/ false Terms and Services on: May 19, 2022, 12:17:10 PM
Dumbmotherf,

From what it seems to me your best approach here to get your money back - would be via legal channels.
This is a huge amount and I personally wouldn't just "forget it".

I can tell you, based on my own personal experience, that I was self-excluded with a website (which I cannot name as part of the settlement) - and the website opened the very self-excluded account and I lost some more afterwards - long story short - via a local lawyer based in Curacao I was able to get $7,000 in compensation. That's a small amount in comparison to yours.

What a good lawyer who is experienced in this field can do is to threat the license holder (Gamdom's license) or even the master license holder (where lots of money is held) to revoke their license unless they resolve the issue - they would have to show up in court in Curacao if they don't cooperate or don't respond i.e. the burden of proving they are not wrong here would have to be presented in court - or they would lose their license.

In Curacao emails or forum posts mean nothing unfortunately, Curacao is notorious for being a place that hands over licenses without proper due diligence, however still, if Gamdom would lose their Curacao license they would be in a much worse position, or if you would pursue the master license holder then they can be fined and would have to pay heavy fines for what happened here - and Curacao can also sue them for damages such as reputation damages and more - it's not worth it for them to lose their license over this case.

This what you need to do, I mean that should be your proper channel moving forward.

Read about another case and see how many fines were levied against 1XBet for example:
https://www.curacaochronicle.com/post/main/complaint-filed-against-cyberluck-for-fraudulent-online-gambling/

Please contact a local based lawyer and check your best way moving forward, perhaps some of them for the amounts you're claiming would be happy to work on a no-win-no-fee basis.

It's not 100% gambling related (maybe trading related though) -

We have posted a new article explaining why Polygon (MATIC) is better than Cardano (ADA).

383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk won't save Doge or Bitcoin this time on: May 18, 2022, 09:01:12 AM
As I read out there, what does Elon Musk matter? He ruined said currency, however not everything was bad, since he promoted certain things. But we have to be honest, Elon Musk is not the best asset for cryptocurrencies, one day he supports and the next not? Too unstable.

He has his own interest just like everyone else.

We are back to the 90s, the Fed raised the rates by 0.50% - nothing is going to stop the trend of further rate hikes - which in turn will keep on taking the air out of the balloon so called Crypto.

I mean, there has always been rate hikes

"always"?
The world has gone for 13+ years without it.

These rate hikes are definitely a signal for something new.
385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk won't save Doge or Bitcoin this time on: May 16, 2022, 10:30:31 AM
if you think the fed is going to pay 9% on 30 year bonds you may be correct that rate would hurt btc and other coins.

Unfortunately that's the trend.
Life will become more expensive globally with higher rates and higher costs of living.
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1 BTC = 1 BTC. You only lose if you sell. You're buying inflationary fiat. on: May 12, 2022, 08:01:11 AM
If the trend is changing because the US raised the rates and they are expected to raise it further - then nothing can save Bitcoin.

Yes, 1 BTC = 1 BTC but what if 1 BTC = 1 BTC = $500

How would those who bought it for $60,000 feel?

Why PancakeSwap?
Because it's one of the top crypto currencies in the world.

How does it work?
The site itself pays - a minimum of - $0.0003 in value of CAKE every hour.
But you can get so much more than that by checking the "Earn More" section, grabbing free codes from us and more.

The site makes money only from ads, we do not ask anyone to deposit money in the site and this is not possible neither (at least not at this stage).

390  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: March 20, 2022, 04:39:10 PM
Owl.games had a promo where if you deposit $10 worth or OWL coins you get $50 USDO to play with - with 50x rollover requirements. So supposedly you should wager $2,500 and only then what's leftover is yours to keep.

Well, we gave this one a shot:

As you can see we rolled over 95% of it and it was so much more than $2,500 - and that's really the kicker!

So as you can see we let the dice keep on rolling just to "satisfy" the last requirement which is supposedly $137 left to wager ($2,500 - $2,363 = $137)

As you can see more than $137 was wagered:

So that means the rewards should be released, right?

WRONG!

It's showing $56 is still remaining to be wagered.

This is not a fair way to conduct business with users! Angry

sure i have seen . all of the hidden first ones in race is streamers who their balance get refilled after reaching 0 .
Not going to keep bumping this thread, but you're just making stuff up now.  I know for a fact that there are players who don't stream, have their stats hidden and finished towards the top of the last big race.

I'm locking this thread. If anyone wants to continue talking about this - please start a new thread. Thank you.
395  Other / Off-topic / Novak Djokovic's VISA got cancelled [Australian Open 2022] on: January 06, 2022, 03:46:50 AM
Novak Djokovic, as of today, is not allowed to enter Australia.
The Australian Open tournament starts in 11 days.

He was exempt from having a COVID19 vaccine and provided that reason to the border agency in Australia, however they refused to let him in and his Visa got cancelled.

His only option now is to take the jab and issue a new Visa or forfeit participation in the Australian Open.

What do you guys think about this?

396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Greyhound Racing - Tips, Strategies - Starting 2022 with a €700 Balance on: January 05, 2022, 07:51:46 AM
Greyhound Racing, also known as Dog Racing, is a type of sports that started in 1919 in California, and in 1926 was firstly introduced in England and became even more popular in England than in the United States itself.

In fact, a year later it was introduced to Australia and Australia has one of the most interesting markets in this regards.

-------------

In this thread we will share some tips and strategies betting on these races, but unlike the traditional way of betting (i.e. selecting which dog will win the race) - we are betting against a certain dog to win the race. That is also known as lay betting. We will use Orbit Exchange website for this which is a popular BetFair clone website.

-------------

So what can you expect to find in this thread?

  • Every single bet we place will be documented with a screenshot.
  • Where possible - we will notify you 10-20 minutes before the race so you could place the same bet as well if you wish.
  • Look for the explanation next to each bet explaining why we prefer to lay this dog.
  • Discipline is the #1 key here - if you are unsure - don't place the bet. There are so many races to choose from.
  • We only bet on races from the UK or Australia.

For more bettings tips and strategies visit our blog GamblingFreebies.com

Now let's get started!

Our first race is Ballarat in 30 minutes, we will lay dog #6 "Mini Dimmy":

The reasons to lay this dog are:

  • "Yet to hit the scoreboard." - According to the info provided for this dog.
  • Her trainer, Andrea Dailly, has several other dogs in this race with much better chance.
  • The race is delayed and the market confirms the price on this dog is only going up.

Expected profit from this race: €4.50

Bet placed:

You can watch the races live for free using this link.

The next one to look for is Wentworth Park Race #6 in about slightly more than 20 minutes.
Dog #4 is currently 50 to 1 in the bookies.

The comments on this dog reads out: "Going through the motions at present - and likely to get run off his feet early here. Last success was a 30.34 here in Feb, but form has slipped since a spell."

Her records of the last 6 races are: 648767 (i.e. she finished, 7th, 6th, 7th, 8th etc.)

Her best time for this distance is 30.34 seconds and the favorite's best time is 29.81 seconds. In terms of races of this kind the margin is quite big.

We'll update here once the bet has been placed, assuming there are no surprises towards the start of the race.

It's quite difficult to grab these high odds, the limit is €7 so you have to risk €7 or less in Orbit, or otherwise you cannot place your bet. That requires you to bet on the dog first and then lay against it for a higher price - but that takes away all the margin of profit:

We would look for ones around the 100 mark line so these would allow to pocket €7 without having to back & lay altogether.

Stay tuned for more and follow this thread for updates whenever we have a new dog to lay.

Race #8 in Cranbourne starts in about 10 minutes, and it has the following interesting points to consider:

  • A heavy favorite dog with fixed odds priced at 1.45.
  • Two dogs in this race are coming from the same trainer - Zipping Jazz (26.00) and Zipping Chew (23.00).
  • The difference in the "Best time" between the heavy favorite and Zipping Jazz is quite minimal.
  • Zipping Jazz has "place claims" whilst the other one has NBT = No Best Time recorded.

So if we need to select which dog out of the two is the worst then Zipping Chew (23.00) seems to be the better choice here despite the odds being slightly better for him.

So here we have a 23.00 dog to lay, which the odds are supposedly going to be far better and reward more accordingly. Is it coming with a bigger risk? Slightly, but in our opinion in this one it's worth the shot.

We've managed to place the bet 1 minute before the race starts:

Profit here from this race alone: €18

The last race today in Rockhampton starting in 5 minutes approx (Race #10) has a dog #3 called "Farmor Saloons", currently 40 to 1 in the bookies.
Comments on this dog: "Well beaten from this draw on resumption Jan 1 and likely to need more time. Others preferred."

Now note his best time for this distance of 407m: 24.60 seconds (quite slow)

We have 2 favorites who did around 24 seconds and another dog called "Special Speed" which is a 2nd or 3rd favorite with 23.79s BST - that is almost 1 second difference between the dog we're looking at.

So we have 3 favorites who can beat dog #3 plus others as well.

It's a full 8 dog race, no box is left empty, so you can book quite nice profits from this one, the risk is quite minimal (note there is always a risk the dogs will clash with each other etc. - which is why a 800m race is preferable but is quite rare - it depends how patient you are waiting for better chances but this one is quite an excellent chance as well).

It was extremely difficult to secure profit from this because of a low balance of €700 only:

Looks like a bank of €2,100 is better here in order to secure such bets, but if you guys were reading and were following then congrats, we feel safe to say so even before the race has started.

There was no time to post about this in advance, but in short:

The last race from Ballarat provided us a huge favorite (1.30) who won the race, we did rely on the favorite to get his job in this one.

Current stats:

5 bets placed so far.
Bank: €730.54 (€30.54 more today after deducting Orbit's commissions).

Now the last one for this session is dog #3 in Nottingham 12:06pm UK Time, currently trading between 30 and 40 to 1 in the exchanges.

The info you need is given here:
https://www.timeform.com/greyhound-racing/racecards/nottingham/1206/2022-01-05/948446

"Third run back from a long break. Looks a live adversary in this field."

Had a bad form "566T6" and overall if the exchange takes it 50 and north we'll book it in.

Bet has been placed, you can watch the race live here.

Profit from this race: €16.50

In this case the races this evening that might contain some nice dogs to lay are: Races #2, 3, 5, 6 and 7.

This is from Race #5, was placed quite a few moments before closure, sometimes it's the only way to maximize the profits:

Profit from this race: €16.00

In Race #6 Magical Tara's odds have actually improved (this dog did win the last 2 races) - so this is a no bet, FYI.

In this case the races this evening that might contain some nice dogs to lay are: Races #2, 3, 5, 6 and 7.

Last one for today (Race #7):

Profit from this race: €23.00

Bank so far: €783.82

You can't just open a scam accusation because you can't prove a promotion isn't a scam, it diminishes accusations where there's actual evidence that a scam occurred.

To a certain extent you're right, there is no hard evidence here, but there is none each way, so it remains vague and maybe we shall leave it this way.

If no one has any objection then I'd get this thread locked, would leave it for another 24-48h to see if anyone has any further additional comments to make and if not - would lock this thread.
398  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com - $1m Race + $1m giveaway - is this user real?! on: January 04, 2022, 04:08:43 PM
It means, the user wagered $400 million more after the raffle draw. If it was a fake user then he wouldn't wager more after 25th December. Because he has ensured the first rank and other users wager wasn't even close to his wager.

He won 3 times $5k a few days ago:

https://stakecommunity.com/topic/49954-50000-giveaway-winners-30/

There is nothing stopping this account from wagering more and more.
The question is if this account is genuine? And no one could answer it.

Is this a scam being run by Stake? Who knows ... they do have a lot of genuine activity so in some way we need to give them the benefit of the doubt, however all those recent "winnings" by this user are raising some flags.

How to take it from here?
There is no way how to take it from here.
The info was given, but no one could really tell if what happened with this $1m giveaway was 100% ok or not.

I won't say that the user is fake. I used to participate in dice gambling sites Wager contests. Most of the time I saw that I was in the top five or top ten. Before ending the contest, always high rollers show up and they get the grand prize.

Have they also wagered $300 million in order to win the prize?
