Okay, so in November 2022, about 3 months ago, this forum was very helpful by helping us withdraw NGN from BC.game See the old thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5420043.0This time we got $53 BRL stuck there - 276 BRL:  Once again, the system doesn't allow you to convert the $53 BRL to Crypto, and we don't have a Brazilian bank account. Are there here some Brazilian members who can assist with this? If not - then one option like suggested before, in the old thread, would be to bet with this amount on odds of 11.00 or so in some sports, then bet $500 on 1.08 or so - hoping the favored outcome will occur and then you withdraw the $540+ winnings from the other site. crypto isn't really my world hence being on here. Any advice or ways to lock the funds or wallet and I'm all ears. The funds were stolen from stake on stake, calling police and saying what? Its a jurisdiction thing and it's not my company or my wallets that were hacked. The address info above I can't tell if that is accurate and those are the coins that were sent out or not. I am super interested and motivated to at least go down swinging here, so if theres some advice pls let me know. Definitely not taking it lightly at all.

Anyway since the representative in this forum isn't active since last year, you can ask on their forum, maybe their representative want to reply you.

Okay, Live Support on their site hasn't told you anything? No one has talked to you? Is that what you're claiming? The only concern I have is that only newbie accounts are posting accusations, I've never seen an accusation from a 'veteran' user in this forum - and likewise the fact "you" and 'dutchman1012' are posting one after another in this thread doesn't raise the credibility of the claim. I can only tell you whenever I needed support I received it perfectly well via Live Chat on their site. That's my experience and I am not working for them like you claim neither. |

First of all, the moderators are people who manage the groups, they don't provide support, BCgame has a way of contacting them, including live chat on their site - have you used their proper channels to reach out to them? The reason I'm asking you this is because you're complaining about their mods but their mods are not the ones handling the accounts, they handle social channels. Secondly, You said "closed accounts" - plural - do you personally have an issue with BCgame? If not then why are you complaining on behalf of "others"?
