First you must understand that fatwa is the opinion of scholar it may or may not necessarily be conformed with religious rulings. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fatwa This is not necessarily a formal position since most Muslims argue that anyone trained in Islamic law may give an opinion (fatwā) on its teachings. .....
By the way, we are in complete agreement in the ridiculousness of this man's ideas. You've argued against his advocacy of rigging Intestine Bombs, but not against his advocacy of violent jihad, or his basic advocacy of terrorism. I think this is wrong and is the fundamental issue. You are wrong friend.I am totally against anyone who advocates or perpetuate violence in any form. The topic of debate before my post which you quoted was the ridiculous fatwa about sodomy and not violence

It is amazing that the domain is still not being used, nor is it parked by a company. It must still be on the server (meaning the server would still be on!)
If they had parked it,their whois info would still be with domain registrar.I guess they have deleted the domain and hence all their whois info will be no longer available with registrar

That I can convert them to real cash fast. 1 business day.
Have you heard about bitcoin debit cards? If no then you can convert your bitcoin to cash instantly in ATMs. The disadvantage is that the fees of the card are a bit high. (Check bit-x, xapo...) And it is not available worldwide

If a fatwā does not break new ground, then it is simply called a ruling Second. This so called shia cleric say The rule is that necessity makes the forbidden permissible. which is correct but this rule is implied in some rearest cases http://islamqa.info/en/130815 With regard to the conditions of a haraam thing becoming permissible in the case of necessity, Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned two conditions for that and he explained them in abundant detail with examples, as well as mentioning some objections and the response to them. Hence we will limit ourselves to quoting his words. He (may Allah have mercy on him) said: This principle is one of the basic fiqhi principles which are indicated by sharee’ah: Everything that is forbidden becomes permissible in the case of necessity. So what is forbidden becomes permissible in the case of necessity, but there are two conditions. The first condition: We should be compelled to do this specific haraam (Forbidden) thing, meaning that we cannot find anything with which to meet that necessity except this haraam thing. If we can find something else, then it does not become permissible, even though it could meet our necessity. The second condition: (i) The necessity should be met by that haraam (forbidden) thing; if that is not the case, then it remains haraam. [/i] If we are not certain whether it will meet the necessity or not, then it also remains haraam. That is because doing something haraam is definitely wrong and meeting necessity by means of it is something concerning which there is doubt, so we should not transgress by doing that which is definitely haraam for the sake of something concerning which there is doubt. Hence the ruling varies concerning a starving man who cannot find anything but dead meat. In this case we say, Eat the dead meat. If he says that this is committing a haraam action, we say that it has become permissible because of necessity, because you have nothing else to eat apart from this and because if you eat it you will meet that necessity. It was said to a man: If you drink alcohol, you will be cured of sickness. In this case we say: It is not permissible for you to drink alcohol even if you are told that it will heal you from sickness. Why is that? Firstly, because there is no certainty that he will be healed by it; he may drink it and not be healed of sickness. We see many sick people taking beneficial medicines that they do not benefit from. Secondly, the sick person may recover without any treatment, by putting his trust in Allah and praying to Him, and by means of people’s prayer (du’aa’) for him and so on. This is from the point of view of reason. ..

Can't they use a tool to stretch the anus opening? Why the need to engage in sodomy with each other? These are mysteries that I do not know and cannot answer. Might it somehow have a relation to the fact that Islam is Perfect and Man is Imperfect? Hmm... But since Man already has the perfect tool for sodomy there is no need for another one?How would the Holy Cleric who issued the Fatwa know such things? http://www.jihadwatch.org/2012/07/wahhabi-fatwa-permits-sodomy-to-widen-the-anus-as-a-means-to-jihadIt is fake If this is so, please provide evidence. You can get anyone with a beard to say anything buy it doesn't become Islamic unless it is mentioned in scriptures. The evidence is that it is beyond any logic. Why would someone need to widen their anus to hide the explosives? How much can one hide in it? That is ridiculous

He isn't asking if he can use bitcoin in Iceland he is asking if he can legally use bitcoin in Iceland, which he can't since bitcoin usage in Iceland is forbidden.
I don't think that's the case. It's forbidden to exchange it for foreign currencies. That being the case you can waltz in and get local currency if anyone's looking to buy your coins. True, and I don't that they are going to put you in jail if you exchange 1 btc in Iceland. But you always have to be careful. If you cant buy anything directly by bitcoin dont exchange it in foreign land whose laws are not well acquaint to you.You better exchange it in your country whats is the point of exchanging it for local currency in foreign land where you may have to settle for less then current price? Moreover the buyer can also blackmail you and force you to sell cheaper if it is illegal in that country

I don't think there is any difference between motivating a male or female to use bitcoin. it is the same amount of hard work to convince anybody to use bitcoin, I have tried to interest some of my friend to use bitcoin but I was not successful in doing so.
i don`t think so ...i have only one girl ho use bitcoin and a lot of boys ..i think women are more hard to explain They are not hard to explain.women by nature are laggards when it comes to using new things.Although btc is 6 years old now but it is still not in mainstream hence new to many people

maybe you ban period has been extended and admins forgot to update the message
Did you ban evaded or did something else that may cause your ban to be extended?
Or maybe you are less than 24 hours of being unbanned
NO i didnt POSTED anything and it was for 14 days .... i just made a few PM's ... its been more than the time span.. Send PM is ban evasion too, sadly... ban message says: you are banned for posting and sending Personal Messages. If one is allowed to send Pm,how can it be a ban?Do we expect a banned member to observe self restraint? Shouldn't sending pm function be disabled during ban period? one is not allowed to send PM's during a ban, and the send PM function is disallowed for banned accounts while the ban lasts Then how op was able to send Pm?

And if he was able to send pm,as he said, his ban doesn't prevent him from sending pm By using other account I guess So if he was sending pm from his other account why his other account's ban period got extended?
