3261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: March 09, 2016, 10:45:13 PM
In many countries gambling is treated as an illegal activity, but majority of us are spending our bitcoin on gambling, so yes bitcoin is used for illegal activities but atleast we are using only in gambling and not in any criminal or terrorist activities.
Even Fiat is used for gambling or all other activities which are illegal. Why blame bitcoin for it? Bitcoin is a money and it is upto us how we use it.One can give bitcoin in charity or gamble with it

3263  Other / Politics & Society / Re: JEEZUS! "Chinese Hackers Break Into NY Fed, Steal $100 Million From..." on: March 08, 2016, 09:45:25 AM
Bangladesh is a poor country.Whatever amount is stolen,is a great loss for them.Chinese government should stop encouraging their hackers and crack on them. hope the hackers get caught and punished for their misdeeds
I don't even understand the problem here... If the money was stolen, can't they just take it back?... this isn't bitcoin, ACH transactions can be reversed, right?
Read the full story. The money has changed many hands and sent to different location after it was stolen. It will take some time to recover it
3264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we find Bitcoin wallet? on: March 08, 2016, 09:29:31 AM
there is no way to connect an address to the user that is using it, this is the anonymous part of bitcoin

It is not about how to connect an address to user.It is about if an address can be connected to the wallet it belongs to.If we have a address, like 1E35dNx1BCxAzWfLjPu8K3mwWL2hhjD21M can we find out which online wallet it belongs to?
3265  Economy / Goods / Re: What will you buy from India on: March 07, 2016, 10:18:02 PM
Will anyone prefer to buy betel nuts from India??

First of all, betel nuts is not popular product in India but some people still purchase this from many sites like amazon , ebay as i searched on google i found that there were only few searches about this. Eventually, In my opinion People may be buy that but use some common name of that product.

What about betel leaves? they have medicinal value too

3267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Governments Beginning to Accept the Undeniable Future of Digital Currency? on: March 07, 2016, 10:09:49 PM
I dont thinl bitcoin will be regulated because bitcoin can't be traced, just use tor or proxies and you can easily avoid the regulation, from my opinion government thinks bitcoin just like a paypal and its wrong
If they think it is just like PayPal,why dont they allow it like they have allowed PayPal? I think government consider bitcoin as something that can take away monetary control from their hands. No government would allow that to happen
3268  Other / Politics & Society / Re: JEEZUS! "Chinese Hackers Break Into NY Fed, Steal $100 Million From..." on: March 07, 2016, 10:05:42 PM
Slightly different from the report I saw saying they only had $28 million, not $100

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-bangladesh-bank-idUSKCN0W91RY

Quote
Bangladesh's central bank said on Monday its account at the U.S. Federal Reserve had been hacked and money was stolen, but that some of the funds were traced to the Philippines and recovered.

Bangladesh's central bank has around $28 billion in foreign currency reserves.
Bangladesh is a poor country.Whatever amount is stolen,is a great loss for them.Chinese government should stop encouraging their hackers and crack on them. hope the hackers get caught and punished for their misdeeds
3269  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will bitcoin reach 500 USD again ? on: March 07, 2016, 09:55:13 PM
The value of bitcoin is expected to reach $500 by the mid 2016. This value will be stable for a long time as now we have a stable value around $425.

I do not know how high the bitcoin price will go. But it will be much higher than $500 after halving. Maybe the price will be $800.

Agree,  It looks likely.
I hope it would be much higher than $800 after halving.Chinese miners are promoting Bitcoin in their country and once China's economy is back to normal, there will be more demand of Bitcoin in Chinese market leading to high bitcoin price

Should I reset my password to something more secure?
Does the forum send such email on password change? I recently used a friend's pc to login to change my password but didn't receive any such email
3272  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to buy bitcoins by paypal? on: March 07, 2016, 09:32:41 PM
Hello,

I want to as is it possible to buy bitcoins by paypal and don't get ban from them?

I have to charge my faucet but I don't have bitcoins to do it and I stuck ;/
If you are buying from some individual seller and if he agrees to accept payment with PayPal,there is no problem (if you dont chargeback).PayPal will never know what you paid him money for.
3273  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: March 07, 2016, 09:28:52 PM
I think there should be strict restrictions to buy and possess a gun or any other weapon.I dont understand the logic behind letting civilians having a gun in a civilised society. In such a society, gun will only create violence and chaos

3275  Other / Off-topic / Re: What else besides Bitcoin r u doing to make money online? on: March 07, 2016, 09:00:06 PM
I groom immigrants online and send them to dog food factories where they're fed into the machines. I never have to get off my sofa and the work is very steady. There'll always be immigrants and dogs are always hungry.
Very inhumane to post such things.I am not saying that all countries should welcome and accept immigrants but to consider them as dog food is not acceptable
3276  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: March 07, 2016, 10:22:49 AM
The worst mistake made by me was I didn't invest at the right time when my friend told me to invest when the  price  was around $100 as I felt that it is ponzi and I am taking risk by investing my money into it.

Ponzi is very risky because the owner wants to cheat. and do not let you join at the age of the site is already quite old. because of course the site will be turned into a scam. Cheesy
Yes but no site tells you beforehand that it is ponzi and should not be invested in.Unless they scam and runaway with precious Bitcoin of their users,it is not easy to spot ponzi.Investment should be done after a careful analysis
3277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin invest on: March 07, 2016, 10:06:15 AM
i know bitcoin itself is already an investment but i have 3 bitcoin sitting around and I'm looking for a quick 5% flip any idea??
If you are looking to sell them,go to some reputable bitcoin exchange and sell them. You can also sell it here to any reputed buyer but be sure to usd escrow and sell one coin at a time

3279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we find Bitcoin wallet? on: March 07, 2016, 09:22:10 AM
As long as you don't do something illegal you should be fine. If you get sued and used an address from an online wallet or exchange then it is likely that everyone can connect the dots and find out that this address belongs to that online wallet. He then you sue you and the police might ask the online wallet owners to provider your details.

But surely you don't want to do illegal things right?  Smiley
Its not about me.I keep reading here and there every now and then that bitcoin is being increasingly used in illegal activities.I think the only usrs criminals prefer bitcoin is that it cannot be traced and receiver csn cash It out easily any time anywhere. That makes me wonder if there is a way to catch the culprit in such cases.
3280  Economy / Services / Re: Make money easily! (in bitcoins) on: March 06, 2016, 11:13:05 PM
It depends on your country I think.

Is it an application like WHAFF? As I know, there is only one app like whaff which has a bitcoin payment method. The app is appNana, is it the application what you want us to download?

Or is it getgems?if it is getgems than please know that one of the member is paying much more than what you are offering
