I have been telling my work colleagues about bitcoin now for about 3 years and they still think its a big joke. I dont care because i believe that some day i will be the one Laughing...... I think alot of it is people dont like things they dont understand and would rather make fun off it. So was just wondering has anyone else on here had similar experiences and how did you deal with it? To be honest I dont want to discuss bitcoin with my family, colleages and acquintances until and unless I myself have understood about it like a pro. There's no point in introducing something to someone and leaving them on a mercy of Google to find answers to there questions.I want to get as much knowledge of bitcoin as I can before discussing about it with anyone so that I can answer there questions

Interesting, are you willing to escrow the $3000 USD prize for to a trusted escrow while the boys in this forum try to hack your wallet?
Why should he need to escrow anything? If someone gets into his wallet for him, it's on them to return the coins to him. They could just as easily keep all the coins, but instead are being trusted to keep $3000 worth and return the rest to OP. Doesn't seem like there's any need to escrow anything. Instead I think anyone who offer to hack OP's wallet should escrow $9000 worth of coins for there is no guarantee he will return the coins to OP

Yeah right but wouldn't it had been great if you had first ascertained its legitimacy and then started promoting it here?
If I said from the start that the site is legit as confirmed by ME, would you have believed it?? Oh c'mmon, the trust level in this arena is like close to zero. We don't take everyone's word for it and we all just take risks. I'm not promoting or convincing everyone here to join. Do you own due diligence and decide for yourself. I would have believed you if you had provided the proof of your payment

never heard of this. i will chexk first if the site is legit. then will think if i will risk my $20
Great, thanks. It would surely help if more people would do due diligence on this site. I have been a member for a month now but wont pay the membership fee until I'm confident it's legit. Unless you get paid, how would you determine its legitimacy? and they won't pay you until you buy a full membership.IMO no legit site ask to pay their members then pay them it is like you pay me 100 bucks and I will pay you 80 back SCAM SCAM and SCAM

Economy / Services / Re: Can anyone register a .uk domain for me?
|
on: December 21, 2015, 06:37:52 PM

if you don't have the same domain with extension .co.uk then it will impossible to get the .uk domain read this https://in.godaddy.com/help/about-uk-domain-names-5854"Even if a domain search shows the .uk as available, it will reject the registration if someone else owns the .co.uk, .org.uk, etc. Registrant information for the .uk has to match exactly, and is case sensitive." Thanks for the info and link but you omitted the important part which I am copying below exactly as it is : " A registrant who purchased any of the domain extensions below before Oct. 29, 2013 has the first rights to reserve and purchase the corresponding .uk domain." If someone register co.uk before the abovementioned date, only and only tgen he has a right to claim corresponding .uk
