There is just 2 gomes today which really matters. It's Milan - Dinamo Zagreb and Shakhtar - Leipzig. In first game I'm backing Milan and I think that nobody won't understand if they will lose tonight. In other game I would like to see Shakhtar winning, but there isn't many logical reasons to back them. It will be very difficult for Shakhtar to repeat what they done in first game with Leipzig, where they left no chances for their opponents.

Didn't saw this game, I watched ending of Mrseille - Spurs game which probably was even more dramatic. Intracht indeed isn't the flashiest team, but now they showed that they won Europa league last season not without a reason. And this group was real hell until very final minutes.

I don't think that Merit stuff should be monetized. When people become Merit sources, I doubt that they had expectations to get rewarded for their job. Don't understand me wrong, giving BTC rewards for merit sources isn't something fundamnetally wrong, but I just don't think that this stuff should be about money.

That's something new, I'm interested to try. It will be interesting how it will work. As I understand, we have to answer questions before each round in Google forms and then you with Trofo will manually count results. World Cup will have very intensive calendar with 4 group games played each day and some games will start quite early. So, there won't be that much time to fill questions. And it require a bit more time than making score predictions on Superbru . But prize pot is worth efforts.
Anyway, I still would like to play classic pool where we predict scores on Superbru (or kicktipp). I already can't imagine big football tournament without it .

Atletico kicked out from Champions league last week and now they got eliminated from Europa league playoffs. But still, I don't think it's likely that Simeone will be sacked for such fiasco. While Brugge after draw with Bayer didn't managed to keep 1st place.
Rangers is another pathetic team - 0 points, 2 goals scored, 22 conceded. Together with terrible Celtic performance it summarize level of Scottish football very well. Ajax didn't looked well in Champions league, but I think they can make some noise in Europa league.
Saw only last minutes of Marseille - Spurs game and I managed to catch that late drama. Goal on 95th minute and win let Spurs to take 1st place in group and avoid potentially stronger opponent in round of 16. Marseille ends in last place, but it was such equal group.

These late goals really ruined things for me. After early games I managed to go up by 12 place to 7th position I think. After late games I'm back to 19th place. Everything looked fine until Liverpool scored twice in the end where I needed draw. And Spurs offcourse had to score on 95th minute where 1:1 would be my exact prediction.
Champions league is that kind of tournament where it will be much more difficult to improve your positions after group stage simply because there will be significantly less games played after it.

Watched meaningless Plzen - Barca game. And I didn't expected that it will be so entertaining. And I'm not even concerned that Barca let Plzen to score twice. We didn't played with our main squad.

Liverpool - Napoli game should be very interesting. Both teams are in next round, but it will be fight for 1st place. I'm not really surewhat bet to put on this game. BTTS or over 2.5 odds isn't very attractive.
In other game of group Rangers will face Ajax. Both teams is looking terrible in Champions league, but Ajax is better team on paper and they are capable to win there.
In group D situation is very interesting. All 4 teams still have chances to reach next round. I expect draw in Marseille - Spurs game, but I never bet on draw. Sporting - Eintracht, I don't have much faith in Sporting this season, they're struggling a lot. So, here I go with BTTS.
I think that I'll go with Porto win against Atletico, they're looking better and play at homere where they lose very rarely. Unless they face Brugge . Bayer - Brugge, I pick Over 2.5 goals here, rather than going with Neverkusen win.

Damn, that's painful to miss whole round, but I understand you. I suggest you, when you have some free time, put predictions maybe not for whole season, but at least few rounds ahead. Then you will get at least some points, rather than 0 for whole round. It's not best idea to to try predicting outcome of game which will be played after few weeks, but you always can change predictions before game if you don't lock it and you have some free time to do it.
And yeah, chance to get yellow cap is good reason to don't stop playing, even if you're on the bottom.

Europe don't have shortage of gas, they found alternative suppliers like Azerbaijan, USA, Qatar, only price is question. Well, that was round where most games ended with expected outcomes. It doesn't happen that often in Bundesliga That moment when predicting 7/8 outcomes correctly helped me to go up by just 1 place. This round have interesting results so far. In early game Porto unexpected dropped points aginst Santa Clara, despite scoring very early goal. Game ended 1:1. Well, such things often happens after big win like Porto had in Champions league this week.
Sporting suffered another defeat this season. They lost to Arouca away 1:0. Maybe they're loooking OK in Champions league, but in Primeira they have serious problems.
Meanwhile Benfica continues to show no mercy for their opponents. They won against Chaves 5:0, but they were capable to score much more today. Their lead is getting serious already, 8 points from Porto.
Tomorrow Braga will face Gil Vicente and will try to not let Benfica too far away. Odds for Braga ML looks quite attractive.

I also had idea to make spreadsheet with data from all my pools - how much money I put into it, how much won or lost and how much I got for winning yellow caps. Haven't found time so far, but I'll try to do it over the weekend. I haven't paid much attention other games, my attention was on Basel - Zalgiris game. Zalgiris started game in worst possible way and conceded goal on 1st minute. on 17th minute result was 2:0 already. Bad that I can't upload video here because Basel goalkeeper mistake is must see. He basically made what Karius did in 2018 UCL final. This mistake let Zalgiris to score. in second hald they managed to score another goal and game ended 2:2. This result and Slovan win against Pyunik still keeps Zalgiris hopes alive. We need to beat Slovan at home last round and Basel not to lose against Pyunik. Doesn't sounds impossible.
From other games, Gent draw with Rovers lookes unexpected. And it makes Gent situation complicated before last round.

Who could have though that Ferencvaros will lead group. After draw with Monaco they're in next round already, while in last round Monaco, Crvena Zvezda and Trabzonspor will fight for 2nd place, or at least to be 3rd and go to Conference league.
Union Berlin got important win against direct competitor Braga, now they have 9 points, Braga 7, but Braga will play against weak Malmo, while Union will play against leader Royale Union.

Fun thing that other game in this group between AEK and Dynamo Kyiv also ended 3:3. Rennes and Fener is far away from other teams in group. While for Dynamo, their performance is completely fiasco, 1 point in 5 games and bottom last place in group.
