261  Economy / Services / Re: The One With One Bitcoin on: May 11, 2018, 01:44:08 PM
Are you requiring the analysis to be made within the 280 character limit imposed by Twitter, or are you allowing links to other articles and such? And am I reading this correctly? 1BTC for 1 sole winner? Shocked
262  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What address type should I choose? Segwit? on: May 11, 2018, 01:36:44 PM
Another thing to consider is that SegWit addresses are very difficult, if not impossible, to sign, and even more difficult for others to verify.

If your bitcoin activity involves the necessity to prove that you own an address at any given time, then a legacy option would be your best solution.

Otherwise, go with a SegWit option, which will help improve the overall network while also contributing to lowering transaction fees.
263  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Does Metcalf's law apply to Bitcoin? on: May 11, 2018, 01:31:55 PM
I had a lengthy conversation with some financial experts about this very matter, and concluded that it would be extremely difficult to apply Metcalf's law to Bitcoin, as there is no definitive way to gage Bitcoin's activity or adoption.

Considering that there are a lot of inactive addresses (addresses that have Bitcoin, but haven't had activity in them for a certain period of time), and addresses that may have 0.0000001BTC in them, what would be the basis of how many "users" that Bitcoin has?

We discussed maybe just counting wallets that have a minimum of 1mBTC in them... It would be amazing to see the true value of BTC based on Metcalf's Law, but to define the underlying scope of it is damn near impossible.
264  Economy / Reputation / Re: Calling out Vod for his trusted input! on: May 11, 2018, 01:17:43 PM
I want to help you improving yourself, so nobody could point fingers at you.

DT2 members will always have fingers pointed at them by all of the red-tagged members that they cross paths with. I highly doubt that @marlboroza gives any shit about your offer to help him improve himself Roll Eyes
265  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by 1xBit over 130BTC , causing my sister her life on: May 11, 2018, 01:15:28 PM
While most crypto casinos take forever to withdraw large amounts, you may be stuck waiting for a while longer. Unfortunately, there is nothing that anyone can do from these forums that will help you receive your withdrawal faster.

Unfortunately, 1xBit doesn't have an active account here, and even more unfortunately, they do not have a reputable reputation by any means, and have been accused of scamming members before.

So sorry about what you're going through, but I wouldn't put much hope in getting your withdrawal from 1xBit, based on their past history and trust feedback:

266  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [MAKE MONEY] Crypto Auto Profits - Make 25$ - 125$ a day on autopilot on: May 11, 2018, 12:48:13 PM
Okay, so first of all, I know that the seller may not have wanted to disclose this, but it is a gambling script. This has already been hinted upon by another member, and I think it's fair to disclose that this is what the seller is offering.

Reviewer's Note: Because it is a gambling script, there is absolutely no guarantee of any profits. Buy this product at your own risk.

With that said, the guide and resources that is in the product is decently documented. Here is my review of the product:

Whitehat Method: Yes and no (potentially greyhat)
There is nothing illegal about this method, but it does involve downloading a program (only available for windows) to run the script that the seller is offering. The seller recommends something that may be against the terms of the gambling site/service, but it's optional, and you could potentially utilize the method without breaking any rules of the site.

Saturation: This method cannot really be saturated, as it's not an exploit or scam. The amount of people that utilize this method has no effect on its ability to pay out [potential] profits.

Scalability: This method is absolutely scalable. However, the exponential investment amount grows immensely the more you want to profit from this method. I started with an initial investment of $25 (rather than $50 as suggested by the seller) and have generated $7 profit so far (after 24 hours).

Payment Type: You do not need a bank account, and this method is not restricted by country, as fiat cash is not required. The OP recommends utilizing Bitcoin to invest (deposit) and withdraw (profit), but I used Ethereum. Most major cryptocurrencies are able to be used utilizing this method, but please note that the script that OP provides is only valid for BTC. However, I was able to convert the script from BTC to ETH and have been making mini profits on "autopilot" as OP stated in the title of this thread.

Ease of Use: If following the guide on a Windows machine, this method is surprisingly easy, and can be up and running within 10-15 minutes. I am using a Windows emulator on my Mac, and have not had any problems with installing the program and the script.

Safety: There are no viruses in the script or the program that is required to utilize this method:

Risk Factor: Full disclosure, this is gambling. There is always a risk there. This method/script is basing its potential profits on the extremely low probability of busting. I have been running the script for 24 hours straight, and while I have been generating a profit, I know that there is a risk of busting completely. The seller has included an option to help counter this risk in his method.

Overview: While this method realizes the ability to profit from your investment, there is no guarantee, and there is [minimal] risk involved. If I had known that this was a gambling script, I honestly would not have had interest in reviewing this product. But I will continue to keep the script running and provide updates periodically.

Edit: added a disclaimer to the header of my post.
267  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [MAKE MONEY] Crypto Auto Profits - Make 25$ - 125$ a day on autopilot on: May 10, 2018, 08:10:03 PM
lol I was really hoping that this may be something worth looking into it , but as I'm reading it's another gambling script that will bust all the bankroll at some point
don't ever bother with such script , cause it's either exploit or scam and I'm sure an exploit won't be sold for 15$
save your money and search for something else

I have received a vouch copy and can confirm that it is neither an exploit or a scam. My full review will be posted this weekend with outcomes of running the script for 48 hours.
268  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] bitcoin mixer bitsafe.pro - minimalistic design and lowest fee on market! on: May 10, 2018, 08:00:47 PM
Here's my address: 31xzEM3kxNCU1fq3nQxEXT75PcN1vK5a3v

I will test a transaction from and to a nested P2SH SegWit address using a delay and a low fee.
269  Economy / Reputation / Re: Calling out Vod for his trusted input! on: May 09, 2018, 05:34:37 PM
...but you and global mod coming after me like this. adding somebody to DT2 list with such timings is rather a bit too obvious.

Wait...

Did you just imply that @marlboroza was added to @hilariousandco's DT network to single you out and give you a default red trust? Huh

My. God.

270  Economy / Reputation / Re: Account with the same user. on: May 09, 2018, 04:50:29 PM
You've been told repeatedly about the already existing thread, yet you use the excuse that you only posted here because no one responded to that one... But you posted there after posting here?

Roll Eyes

Yeah, don't be that guy...

I'm going to suggest this again before you start making enemies on the forums:

I was going to suggest that you post this in the Known Alts of anyone thread, but it looks like you already have.

May I suggest that you add a link to that post here and then lock this topic? Click the "lock topic" link at the bottom left of this page.
271  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] bitcoin mixer bitsafe.pro - minimalistic design and lowest fee on market! on: May 09, 2018, 01:30:31 PM
Ok then, im ready to test your mixer should i leave my btc address at this topic ?

ChipMixer doesn't need testers anymore, as they're one of the most reputable mixers on the market at the moment. 9/10 of my tumbles are done using ChipMixer, simply because they've proven to be trustworthy, and you can't beat their fees Smiley
272  Other / Meta / Re: LoyceV's Merit source application on: May 09, 2018, 12:35:44 PM
My trap worked? now we would know who is the real hypocrite, I said I would remove my signature whether my red tag stays or not. if they remove the tag and I immediately join a signature campaign, I would be a hypocrite. now I'm daring you after humble Joe, would you remove your signature and stay in this forum to discuss about improving it?

How about you finally keep my name off your tongue? Roll Eyes
273  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [MAKE MONEY] Crypto Auto Profits - Make 25$ - 125$ a day on autopilot on: May 08, 2018, 06:55:51 PM
I'd appreciate a review copy, if you're willing to get a full detailed review that will be posted by the weekend, including the set up fresh wallet addresses to track profits utilizing this method. I will be running windows on parallels on a mac.

Cheers!
274  Other / Meta / Re: Stake your Bitcoin address here on: May 08, 2018, 06:43:29 PM
Signing 2nd address in case I don't have access to 1st one.

Code:

276  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HERO member user is a scammer on: May 08, 2018, 02:55:23 PM
I can be nice to people and you know that. I can't be nice to people if they raise a finger at me for something that I did not do and never intended to do.
I was apologetic and went through a lot of troubles to be online as fast as I can. Even you faced similar situations in your signatureless campaign.
I just have a low tolerance for dickery. That's all.
Albeit, I agree, this could have been handled more politely. I chose not to.

I understand that it was kind of a slap in the face for the client to make this open accusation against you; it's definitely not fair, given that you're going through a bunch of issues and emergencies in your personal life. However, as a freelancer myself, the client doesn't care about personal issues. Your reputation is based on your ability to deliver the product on time.

I definitely know what it means to get bogged down and have life get in the way of things, so I know how much this sucks for you, @legendster; sorry for all the shit you're going through at the moment.

I really hope this works out for you in the end!
277  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HERO member user is a scammer on: May 08, 2018, 02:44:51 PM
I wouldn't necessarily call this a scam, but I would move this thread to Reputation.

While I can understand that things have come up for you, @legendster, it sounds like @ewaiterico was planning to use your designs in order to carry out a campaign. Given that YOU dictated the delivery dates and didn't deliver, you are responsible for this mishap. I don't think it's out of the ordinary for this type of thread to have been made. The way that you responded to your client in the screenshot is very unprofessional, no matter how fucked up you think your client was for making this thread. You could have simply resolved the issue and then asked for them to edit the thread.

Just my $0.02, but I hope you guys work this out. I'd hate to see a reputation get even further tarnished.
278  Other / Meta / Re: Account ban, help on: May 08, 2018, 08:44:43 AM
with due respect, actually those are the replies of some posts based on my opinion, if you see the posts created by me then you can see that those are good ones

You can't have it both ways. That's like saying that you do a good job at picking up chicks some of the time, but at other times that you can't, you just rape them instead.

It's all or nothing; you can't just pick and choose to post properly some of the times, and then fill the rest of your posts with bullshit posts like the ones you have.

Edit: Oh, and there's also this:

Copy and pasting.
279  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CryptoMaps: Discover Crypto-Currency Friendly Spots on: May 08, 2018, 08:38:17 AM
Brilliant! I'll play around with the site and add a few locations (here in Belize, Central America) that I know are crypto-friendly and provide you with some feedback.

This is a great idea; thank you for doing this!

May I suggest that you move this to the Service Announcements section of the Marketplace? Project Development is for the organization of projects. Cheers!
280  Other / Meta / Re: Account ban, help on: May 08, 2018, 08:29:03 AM
Because posts like the following are considered "shitposts". All of your posts are also in megathreads, which bear no true contribution to these forums, especially when your posts are after hundreds or thousands of replies. Your posts are irrelevant, and considered spam.

I don't know if this is the accurate reason behind your ban, but if I had to guess, that would be the reason.

Yes! It will hit 11k for sure.

I thought so, and I don’t think it would ever be good if Rothschild family gains control over bitcoin.

I would spend bitcoin on traveling.

It must not go down further. Let’s see!

I agree with you, it will reach at near 24k by the end of this year.
