Overcoming fear is not something that can be easily attained just like that considering you must have been able to gain some level of experience from all the things you have learned, learn from your mistakes which will definitely come and one of the reasons I always tell traders not to be afraid of mistakes and to make it less of a scare, utilize free and unreal funds instead to learn all that is needed and be ready to do it right.

Once you are able to form a strategy, and you see it making good profit for you over time, and you know what to do at every certain condition, the confidence will surely come on its own.

Yeah, we cannot make a fortune by just holding back but that does not mean traders should not have a plan before even entering any position in the market. The thing with a lot of wannabe traders is that they are so full of themselves thinking they already know it all, and when the reality kicks in, they start fumbling.

For someone with a strategy, they should already know the minimal loss they are willing to take and try as much as possible not to just gamble the market but for someone selling at 10% loss when indeed the market still have a chance of moving back up maybe in a downtrend, is where emotion kicks in and all these would be because such a trader never had a plan in the first place.

Docademics! Best option if you do not know what you want to be buying. In that sense, you are at least picking from what everyone is trying to be a part of, but in the real sense though, this does not really mean all the coins in the top 100 have real life product and most are just there as a result of some manipulated pump, so there is need to always do some due diligence on any of them before investing at all.

This does not mean there still won't be scam but if awareness are always raised and people get to see where to join to discuss issues like this related to scam, and investors, most especially the new ones with less market experience step in, at least, they will be able to tend towards the right direction without starting with a huge mistake.

There are some projects like this existing in the space already, but I still feel this is a very good one with some additional features such as trust management and probably some other useful materials. It solves a problem which is paramount in the space, and that counts.

When we are the community take some steps toward regulating the ICO projects and how they should be announced then there will be better chances for lesser scams. Some years back, I did see people engaging escrows for ICOs, but now there is no such practice is existing. Without an initiative from our side we cannot expect to get rid off scams everywhere then we can make ICO scams to be eliminated when no action from this community so far ?

I believe that post deserves some merits as it has some research and answered the situation very well.

The purpose of segwit being good for transaction was because the transaction fee got a lot more expensive to what it was.

Now that daily usage is down on bitcoin and not that many people are buying or selling (or mainly sending or receiving) and the blockchain is not on a stress, the prices of fee went down as expected.

Segwit was a solution to when it was crowded and since its not crowded anymore it is not needed anymore. It is a great feature to have for future and when the blockchain gets jammed again with bunch of transactions segwit will help but for now at least for today, no one needs segwit. Hence I doubt if anyone went over to segwit side and had any significant improvements at all.

I understand you perfectly well. But you also have to understand that we are still inside this wedge channel whether we like it or not, and the only reason I can ever change my bearish sentiment is when we are able to print out a higher high and higher low which so far all we still have is lower highs.

We may experience some bullish move in a short term which the market is showing signs, but that does not mean if you look at the longer time frame, the market is still not in a bear condition. It is interesting though to see this point has been holding despite bear attempt to squash that support, but until I can state categorically, that we have an uptrend, based on what the chart is giving and not just at the moment, then I will say we are still in a downtrend.

That is quite right but think about the fact when the government of your country implements progressive taxation as well and you might need to pay taxes from the money you earn with Bitcoin irrespective of how much tax you pay by purchasing goods and services. That is actually something terrible and people are afraid of. The more you earn the more tax you pay.

I agree about the technology concept. I has been more than a decade since the launching of Bitcoin and ETH was launched just few years ago and if we compare both, ETH looks a bit more stable under its lower value than Bitcoin but again Bitcoin being the top coin having the highest market cap has the influence on the rest of the market and can affect ETH. So ETH has to follow the rise with Bitcoin.

in the future the price will definitely increase. Today the price is on the bottom level and may it will not drop more, but no say about the future. We should just wait for good times and can increase our investment so that the market cap increase and so will be the price. I am very hopeful about the rise in the price in the future, may be in the next year.
