441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: AT THE END, ONLY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF on: April 16, 2019, 04:15:40 PM
Warren Buffet is really good at trading but doesn't really know bitcoin and the blockchain on the back of it. Warren just says that because he doesn't want his disciples to risk their money in not sure because he doesn't really know it. He will be responsible for their money if every something bad happens right. Even without Buffet bitcoin will rise someday again.

If I was that rich I would also keep most of my investments in traditional stocks and properties.  If your already mega wealthy there is no reason to invest in a very volatile asset that may or may not exist in the future.  Don't forget that Warren also owns stock in banks so he is speaking out against btc for business reasons.
442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop paying crazy tx fees(!) I paid only 1.9sat/B when pool asked me for 100+ on: April 16, 2019, 04:09:39 PM
I hare waiting for hours & hours to get a confirmation. I’d rather pay a higher fee & get my transactions confirmed in the next block than try to be a tight ass & end up waiting too long.

I agree with you, I'm not going to stress myself over amounts less than a dollar.  I don't mind giving the mirnes more incentive anyways so perhaps the people paying higher fees are actually helping bitcoin. Grin
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction 2019 on: April 16, 2019, 04:05:57 PM
ETH has encountered some resistance around $180 a couple of times recently, but I think it should be able to push through. Long-term I'm very bullish on ETH, it is still the number one smart contract platform, and competitors still have to prove themselves.
Yeah, but when i saw the price of ethereum on coinmarketcap today, it's on red right now. The price is around $161 right no and i think we can see the price can hit $180-$200 at least in the end of the year. We still have so many months though for this year, so get ready for the ethereum.

You really think the price will be that low by the end of the year? I doubt it will be anywhere near that close.  In my book bitcoin will hit at least $15k by the end of this year so expect Ethereum to at least be $700.  Some of you guys forgot how fast this market can really take off, these aren't stocks we are talking about.
444  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Remember △they△ work to divide us on: April 16, 2019, 01:25:32 AM
A lot of this is fueled by paid Internet trolls.  These trolls are everywhere across every platform on the internet, probably have some here as well.  Their goal is to divine and  get us to hate each other, the only way we can defeat them is if we are united.  They have people yelling about illegal immigration take money away when billionaires are in bed with the government doing causing the real damage.
445  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Market ‘Bullish’ in Wake of Bitcoin’s 20% Surge on: April 16, 2019, 12:54:52 AM
Its hilarious how fast opinions change.  We go through a very small dip and now people are calling for 3k prices again. Lol, this is why the best strategy is to just buy and hold and don't even concern yourself with all this nonsense.
446  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to deal with greed whilst trading? on: April 15, 2019, 11:34:17 AM
You need to distance yourself from your emotions.  There is a reason these bubbles all play out the same, humans are driven by fear and greed.  You need to train with the emotion of a robot but with the insight of a human if you want to succeed.
447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Number of Blockchain wallet users are now above 35 million on: April 15, 2019, 11:23:25 AM
Still a painfully low amount of wallets.  Lots of people have many wallets and even less have a significant amount of bitcoin.  This really shows how far off we are for full adoption but this just means the price has a lot of room to grow.
448  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance a “high” regulatory risk on: April 15, 2019, 11:10:17 AM
If Binance ever has to do KYC for every customer they will lose a lot of business. The no personal information for withdrawls less than 10k each day is huge.  They also have monero as well so you can break the track of any of your previous coins.  They may just have to end up moving their company headquarters again if regulators try to come down hard on them.
449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Capital on: April 15, 2019, 11:00:24 AM
I used my capital in gambling from my weekly earning from my promoting gambling dice site, I only gamble to their site after the payday and set the capital amount as I start to gamble. Win or Loss I stop on it and go back in the next week after I got paid again. There's nothing wrong in gambling as long you know how to control your self or being self-moderated. Even how huge capital you use to gamble but you don't know how to manage, I think you end up nothing.

This is why a lot of gambling campaigns pay to your website account rather than your personal bitcoin address.  They know you are much more likely to throw down a few bets if your money is already on the casino's website.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction 2019 on: April 15, 2019, 10:43:56 AM
I keep changing my mind but I do think Eth will be near 1k by the end of the year.  There is no chance it will be less than $500.  Ethereum has risen to become a solid #2 crypto behind bitcoin.  Nearly everyone online store I use that accepts crypto usually just has BTC and ETH.  That says a lot for Ethereum to become a standard payment method.
451  Economy / Economics / Re: Things I learned through the years of Buying and Trading Bitcoin on: April 15, 2019, 10:31:23 AM
I don't agree wit ha lot of what you said OP, we only have one life to live and if you truly believe in something than it is worth taking a risk.  Why strive for an average life when you can have a spectacular one.  Being scared of being public is also being overly paranoid, this is what our media has done to us.
452  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Motivation for the NEWBIES on: April 13, 2019, 11:28:22 AM
This forum proves its purpose, which is to provide knowledge about cryptocurrency while earning.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure earning isn't one of the main purposes of Bitcointalk. If you want to give advice, give advice on how to use the forum correctly and effectively. Don't you think there are enough bounty spammers here? And stop using the terms "bounty hunter" like they're some elite alpha crypto collectors but really they're just spamming their social media for some shitcoins.

Don't be foolish, this forum's traffic would reduce dramatically if people couldn't make money here.  Money makes the world go round and it is one of the biggest incentives for a human in modern times.
453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fork and Destroy Satoshi's 1 million Bitcoin? on: April 13, 2019, 11:21:42 AM
People like to complain about altcoins with a premine but bitcoin essentially has a premine as well.  Its not like anyone else really even knew about bitcoin back then and those that did weren't really interested.

If people want to fork and block those coins I would be fine with it, it is a community decision after all.  If Satoshi really cared about the money he could spend it beforehand, a lot of new investors are scared he will come and dump on the market someday.
454  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 4 Things Traders Must Do To Be Successful on: April 12, 2019, 01:08:47 PM
I think as a trader, I don't think you are afraid to see market prices fall, for me you can still be patient and keep up the spirit of waiting for a better price increase in the next few moments. So you will also still make a profit.

Real traders love falling prices, they can make profit in any market and thrive off volatility.  I suspect very few people on this forum are successful day traders or those that are remain quiet about their strategies.  I wouldn't expect them to give out their secrets and hard work only to get more competition.
455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Possible scenario when all Bitcoin is completely mined. on: April 12, 2019, 01:01:01 PM
The 21 million limit may not actually happen if enough people decide it isn't the right way to go.  If we get network consensus the inflation rate can be changed.  I do remain skeptical that network fees will be enough incentive for miners to continue.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 14million dollar stolen by a thief on tuxedo ( keplertek.io ) on: April 12, 2019, 12:48:27 PM
Unfortunately, I also participated in the bounty campaign proposed by KeplerTek. Before I attended, I read everything about the project and seemed a viable project.
It is regrettable what is happening and I feel foolhardy. But, I've only lost time. Investors have lost their money because they dared to believe in this project.
I hope these people will pay for this deception.
You should find a solution that will not post on all the SCAM projects on bitcointalk.
It is disappointing that the work of bounty hunters should be destroyed by these villains.

Time is more valuable than money, you will never get those hours back that you spent working for them.  These types of scammer are absolutely terrible people and hopefully they get what they deserve.  Also I'm not sure they really raised $14million, its common to put up fake funding numbers to make people think a project is better than it really is.
457  Other / Off-topic / Re: Tourism? on: April 12, 2019, 12:37:23 PM
People will often take for granted things in their own neighborhood.  There are many beautiful places to visit in nature that cost nothing.  Sometimes it's best to go off the beaten path and not visit the normal tourist sites.  I would much rather visit natural wonders instead of going somewhere like the the eiffel tower or statue of liberty.
458  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Access to copy trading service without commission on: April 12, 2019, 12:25:08 PM

Several analysts try daily to predict the prices of bitcoin and always err in their forecasts, and today you are showing us people who have crystal balls able to predict the price accurately? humm... I wonder: what could go wrong in this?

BTC Holds Above $5,000, Traditional Markets See Mixed Signals

everyone wants to forecast prices and nobody hits anything

The best thing is to do the opposite of what all these analysts say, lol.  That is usually the smartest thing to do.  Its difficult to find people that are giving honest advice and aren't just trying to pump their own bags or crash prices to buy in cheaper.  Most have an ulterior motive.
459  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 11, 2019, 12:51:51 AM
Buffett buys massively at above 500K in a few years, lol.

I'd sell to Buffet.

One.

In person.

Rub it in his face.

I doubt Mr. Buffet will even be alive in a year, he seems to be losing his mind gauging from the last interview I saw with him.
460  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoiner stereotypes on: April 11, 2019, 12:47:16 AM
I just want to remind that we do not have to be affected by this. We cannot be stereotyped.

From what I heard,  we are also gamblers, money launderers and nerds.

Yes bitcoin is only used for laundering money, buying drugs, and gambling.

Only computer nerds understand bitcoin Grin Grin
