261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you even gamble? on: August 30, 2017, 10:00:27 PM
You are talking about seek addicted people. Their cases are well known, cause of it's terrible destiny and people love to pay attention on it. I also have such subjects in my family. But I think you forgot that gambling can take some simple form like gambling for fun or just points. I gamble with bitcoin and I don't count it as something serious, for me it's just a way to spend my free time and chill.
262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone won above 1.5btc on: August 30, 2017, 09:48:03 PM
Have anyone won above 2btc in a straight accumulation in gambling. How did you feel.
In the topic you are asking one thing and in the thread the other Cheesy
Well, I have never win above 1,5 and 2 BTC, but once I was very close to that. On March I won 1,3 BTC on a slot game. That was just unbelievable that moment. I cashed out everything to not put those money back in gambling. Now I regret that I simply didn't move it for cold storage to cash it out later when the price reach at least 3500$ Grin
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin thieves ? on: August 30, 2017, 01:10:42 PM
That article is talking about failed exchanges and exchanges where are undergoing problems. In this situation is easy to protect your bitcoin, just keep them in your wallet and don't keep them on an exchange. Choosing a desktop wallet is better than choosing a web wallet and choosing a hardware wallet is the best you can do to protect your coins.
That's right. we all need to know that while we are holding our founds on an exchanger it is actually exchanger's founds, but not ours. So, in the case that if the exchanger decides to close it's activity or if the exchanger hacked we loose everything what we counted as our money and we can't do anything about that. Online wallets can be called the same type as exchangers and logically they are not safe. But Hardware and paper wallets can give you that protection that is really needed in the world when you are surrounded by scammers.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I know what wallet i can use for different crypto currencies and tokens? on: August 30, 2017, 12:45:03 PM
I think you have to look at all those variants that other commentators suggested and choose which one suits you the most.
I use Hashnest wallet for my Bitcoins and Litecoins, as well from this month they suggest Bitcoin cash storage. And for ICOs' projects and tokens I have heard that My ethr wallet is the best place, cause of it supports some of tokens. And if you are looking for a place which would allow you to store many of altcoins I would suggest you an exchanger, something like YoBit with all possible altcoins in the list. Good luck!
265  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will the bubble burst? on: August 29, 2017, 09:01:26 PM
Why thinking that this is bubble that is going to burst? Don't always think for the worst, sometimes things can really turn out good and Bitcoin is one of them. The price has still big possibilities to rise more and achieve 5000 or 6000$ easily. Some corrections will happen also but not in the form of big dump. At the moment there is nothing to worry about.
I also think that there is nothing to worry about for now. The meaning of "babble" suits more to fiat than to digital currency. I suppose that the price for bitcoin is going to grow constantly with some falls that are just inevitable. Only banning from the side of Government can stop bitcoin, nothing else.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin recomended on: August 29, 2017, 08:41:32 PM
Litcoin has broke the new record this day. It's price reached 64$ after a long time of frozen around 40-50$ prices. Other altcoins also grew. Today the growth is affected by energetic trade in South Korea. In recent days, the same trend is observed in relation to bitcoin cash, monero and Ripple XRP. I think those coins are the most perspective to buy currently.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning enough with Bitcoin without Job ? on: August 29, 2017, 02:00:36 PM
Why not?! I think it is pretty possible, especially with today's prices. Look, bitcoin change it's price so often that in the case if you own 10-20 of coins you can earn good on trading. Buy when it's cheap sell when it's expansive, so you will make from 100 to 1000$ daily like that. Other ways could not bring such fast profit, so I think bitcoin tradersare on the top about earnings today.
268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Become A Bitcoin Expert on: August 29, 2017, 01:51:18 PM
Welcome! You came in the right place to learn about bitcoin. I think firstly you have to become a daily visitor of section "beginners and help" here on the forum. There you can find a lot of information and friends like you are. Also don't forget about Google where you can find an easy-word explained main epithets about bitcoin and things about it. Good luck!
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which exchange do you use? on: August 28, 2017, 02:33:34 PM
I use YoBit for all my operations with Bitcoin and altcoins. it has a lot of opportunities for exchange and withdraw. I have discovered this site for myself two years ago when I just joined to crypto-currencies and it totally satisfy my needs. Add to that they have fee free option for moving money on my fiat online wallet, so I am very happy with them  Grin
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most promising upcoming ICO on: August 28, 2017, 02:18:02 PM
The problem of ICOs is that 10% of each is clear scam and money of investors are going nowhere. So, it is very important to chose a really perspective project. I am investing in BetKing casino tokens. By my opinion the era of online gambling have got new push from bitcoin appearance and possibly of gambling with crypto-currencies. I believe that tokens of Bet King casino is going to be in demand, cause of they have a lot of users already and the number of users is constantly growing.
271  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a way of avoiding to change money when travelling abroad on: August 27, 2017, 07:22:00 PM
I have traveled only in Europe during this two years that I'm in bitcoin world. And as here Evro is acceptable in those few places where I was. But I think to the idea of exchange skipping during travel asks for bitcoin would be acceptable everywhere. Now it's just impossible.
272  Economy / Economics / Re: Which country would be the first to eliminate fiat and convert to crypto fully? on: August 27, 2017, 07:07:01 PM
China is a big country and mining of crypto-currencies is on high level there. But I think Japan is going to be the country which will eliminate fiat and convert to crypto fully. At the beginning of this year Japanese government fully legitimized bitcoin as a currency and store of value. Since then Japanese market of bitcoin became attractive for a wide range of investors and traders. Trading of bitcoin in Japanese yen is 46% of the total volume of bitcoins' trade worldwide, while in US dollars - only 25%.
Japan remains one of the few countries that have adopted bitcoin as cryptocurrency. The country's largest companies, including Peach Airlines and retail giant Bic Camera offer bitcoin as official payment method in the coming months hundreds of thousands of trade enterprises, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, is also expected to integrate bitcoin. To me it tells that Japan is in a one step to fully convertation.
273  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-26] Estonia Considering Creating Its Own Cryptocurrency on: August 27, 2017, 10:17:56 AM
This is going to be interesting to se how Estonia is going to realize this project. As I know it is not the first project alike. many countries have spoken about creation of their national crypto-currency, but no one succeed yet. Firstly they will have to prepare their laws for crypto-currency regulation, cause of such move will open use not only for estcoin, but for each other crypto as well. In Estonia there is no any law-project about that, so the creation of national crypto-currency and it's release may take a lot of time.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cash a threat for bitcoin on: August 27, 2017, 09:48:05 AM
Hello,

Since the fork we have a new coin very similar to bitcoin , do you think it is a threat to bitcoin?
Now I have those bitcoin cash and i don't know what to do with them.

I don't have the technic gear to choose between both, and I feel bitcoin cash is taking bitcoin down am I right? It's taking a part of its market capitalization.

I think that everybody is like that in this moment. Just a month passed from BCC appearance and people still didn't get what to do with it. Somebody even said that it is a babble. But the price for Bitcoin cash is keeping to grow. I also have some coins and I am confused about my moves towards this currency. But I would not say that BCC is taking bitcoin down, the same way we could say that ETH is moving bitcoin down.
275  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-25]Bitcoin Exchange BTC-e Promises 'Daily' Updates During Relaunch Atte on: August 26, 2017, 06:48:03 PM
I am getting more and more excited by their updates. As it is right now, I will be given back 0.55 BTC, and 0.45 BTC worth of tokens that I can sell at any point at the latest market price. Good thing is that we will get credited Bitcoin Cash as well -- it helps reducing our losses even further. Another important factor is that verification isn't mandatory at the first level. I am looking forward to more updates. I would wish they would also release their information in English instead of only in Russian. People have quite often complained about this, but so far they didn't listen at all.
I have never been a participant of BTC-e and I may only guess how many people like you are are waiting for this updates and coming back of their founds. I'm following the news about BTC-e from the most beginning of the incrdent, and I hope soon the situation will be solved, cause of they promised to clear up everything by the 1st of September, as I heard.
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Parents disagree with MMO – Make Money Online and Bitcoin ? on: August 26, 2017, 06:20:27 PM
Unlucky you. You must be a teenager if your parents and especially mom took such position about Bitcoin and making money online. She must be saw something negative on TV, I have also heard on a TV that bitcoin is a babble and new poizen pyramid. I think you have to show her other opinions about bitcoin on YouTube. Explain that it is not illegal and you don't invest anything in that besides your free time.
My family is ok about everything. For them it's more important that I have found a way to earn some extra money to my salary and they are happy with that.
277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Asia on: August 26, 2017, 11:39:03 AM
I suppose Bitcoin is more popular in Asia than in remaining world. I have heard that 20 % of people in China know and use bitcoin. And this percent actually is not so small. The percent of people in Europe is much lower indeed. I decided it by the situation around me - people are not interested in Bitcoin and long term investment around it. people here prefer their office jobs, fast profit and money that they can hold in hands. I suppose in your place, guys, the situation is not much different.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will bitcoincash / BCC price be equal to bitcoin / BTC price? on: August 26, 2017, 11:28:37 AM

We still not know that yet, well actually no one knows the exact information when it comes to bitcoin and so on with BCC, but still we cannot say what might gonna happen, there are so many speculations to what may happen but there is not that much evidence provided that could also support, and it usually depends on the market which is to generalize as we people that are in this community.

As I understood Bitcoin cash appeared on the 1st of August together with Bitcoin's fork. BCC can't be mind and the number is around the same with the number of Bitcoins, which are already mined and in hands of users. As I see trading of BCC is not going good and many holders prefer just to keep this currency to see what is going to be next with it. I suppose BCC is going to be the second currency after bitcoin by the price. But it is long term future stays mysterious for me.

280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: August 25, 2017, 12:43:59 PM
Yes of course, cryptocurrency becomes a serious threat from the bank, when many people divert transactions to cryptocurrency of course this becomes a bad omen. They will not want to go to the bank and the bank will disappear.
I'm disagree. I don't see nothing alike between banks and crypto-currencies and how one can replace the other. So, by my opinion there is no reason to banks afraid crypto-currencies. I see that the era of banking is passing. Everything has it's peak and fall after that. So, I see that banks are cutting their activity and some new option come for people's use.
