I don't think that price is matter. Sometimes people lose money because they find low cap crypto currencies,but finally they lose money after investing in shitcoin

ICOs aren't dead, but IEO is a new trend replaced ICO. I don't think it is strange, I also noticed that some companies changed ICO to IEO, due to this trend.

Yeah, I would borrow crypto currency. I have a lot of friends in crypto community and I can lend money for some activities. So I sometimes do it , but only liquid crypto

It is easy, because a lot of ICOs making the same errors and if you analyzed some of them you can find out another ICO and detect scam.

I suggest you to buy some blockchain coins, come exchange coins, some privacy coins, ethereum, xrp, btc and some low cap coins just to accelerate your portfolio. Look for hidden gems

How can you find a whale? I have an idea, you can track biggest wallets and then follow their actions, but it is tricky, sometimes it is hard to realise if whale is selling btc or pumping alts or use margin trading

No one knows whether mining is profitable or not, but it seems to me that profit is too low as far as people pay high price for electricity and there is a competition

XRP is a short term idea to gain money, you know.
As for me you can easily buy it and get several x on upcoming movement. Just buy and hold XRP
