101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any Live Casino In world that Accept Cryptocurrency and pay in crypto? on: December 13, 2022, 02:52:05 PM
Cryptocurrency is very popular here in our country but our government-run casinos do not yet accept Cryptocurrency for deposit and payout, checking other member posts I only see one, and its located in Las Vegas the gambling capital of the world, there's no need for the casinos to accept Cryptocurrency they can just install a Bitcoin  ATM, and besides they do not want the hassle of volatility they want cold cash for easy transaction and of course taxation and accounting.
102  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: If there were someone's Assets in FTX before FTX collapse? on: December 13, 2022, 02:08:03 PM
After FTX had about 9 hours of downtime, millions of dollars were owed  to customers and partners alike that couldn't be withdrawn. Its just the bad side of taking centralized exchanges serious. Even when Cz called off his proposal of buying FTX on November 9th some people didn't withdraw their money. I think such people don't pay attention to details regarding where their money is saved.

That's because of blind trust, they are comfortable because of the price of the token and how the admins address and motivate their users to continue trusting the platform, always give a benefit of the doubt when your funds are in a place that you have no control of, it becomes too late for others because they failed to see the warning sign, so far this is the biggest fiasco in Cryptocurrency this year and it will continue to have a chilling effect until 2023, even Binance is not safe many still thinks that, because they are the leader nothing could go wrong but we never know.
103  Other / Off-topic / Re: Team USA will play in the Philippines for the FIBA WORLD CUP 2023 on: December 13, 2022, 01:51:30 PM
In the history of the basketball field in the Philippines, this is the first time that Gilas will be able to compete against team USA, I am sure that its arena will be full in the year 2023. Many people will likely bet here on which team will win.

But also make sure that the tickets will be very expensive for those who watch here. If you look at it from another angle, the USA going to the Philippines seems like this team will make a lot of money for the Filipinos. Although, it looks like it's worth it anyway because it's the first time it's going to happen. I'm just not sure if this will be the ticket price for those who want to watch this game.

The ticket is quite expensive but its an opportunity of a lifetime to see your favorite NBA player the team Gilas will be tested and they will level up their games because they are up against the best players on this planet, honestly, Team Gilas has no chance to get into the finals but just landed in the top 5 is already good, the highest position that the Philippine achieved was 3rd place and its been 70 years.
104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 13, 2022, 12:54:43 PM
Butler almost managed to last all 12 rounds, it deserves respect. But  in the 11th round, Inouye managed to knock out Butler and referee stopped the fight. In general, the fight is not bad, in the second half of the fight Butler managed to level the fight a little, but still Inoue's advantage was expectedly very significant. Congratulations to Inouye with the absolute championship, now all 4 belts belong to him!
It should have come earlier but Inoue waited for the right time I have never seen a unification title that is so easy from the other fighter, it's quite a boring fight as the fight is very one-sided Inoue even does a Roy Jones antic, I read he will be moving to the next weight which is featherweight I think he will face a real challenge on that division, and hopefully, Casimero will follow him in that division so they can finally meet in the ring.
105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: turned gambler after investing in BTC or investor turned gambler? on: December 13, 2022, 11:29:02 AM

Which one has a high possibility of happening, a gamer eventually becomes a gambler or an investor turns into a gambler
It's easier for a gamer to become a gambler because all the elements of gambling and risk that all gamers are experiencing are the same when you are gambling, they buy items and take a risk in trying to beat their opponents in the case of casino gamblers are fighting the house edge, when a gamer decides to make a transition, it will be easier because they almost have the same interface.

Quote
Are you a gambler that become an investor or an investor that turned into a gambler?
I am an investor before I became a gambler, but there are a lot of risks involved in gambling because you can wipe all your money in one session compared to investing you can trade or dump your investment and you still have something left.
106  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is Satoshi a Russian? on: December 12, 2022, 10:39:02 PM
The reason why I asked this question is because I have been following local boards activities posted monthly by Rikafip. Every month Russia activity is always more than double of the other countries. This means that the population of Russians in this forum is higher than other countries by large portion.

This has made me think that Satoshi is a Russian. I said so because I am a Nigerian. If I am able to develop something like because, I will bring my people in to take early spot and they will also support me when necessary.

There is no other evidence apart from what I presented above which is not concrete. If I am not correct can somebody explain to me why there are many Russians in the forum?

It should have been established long before that Satoshi is a Russian, there was no writing or post that indicate that he is a Russian he could have posted at least one Russian word or mentioned anything in Russia but there was none and no Russian has claimed that they received an invitation or even a greeting coming from Nakamoto it's not even a theory it's more of a fiction trying to connect something that cannot connect, it just happen that they are more interested in Cryptocurrency they have a huge population and they are open to this new technology.
107  Economy / Gambling / Re: Spiroll.app V2 Available! - New Crypto Casino - Instant Withdrawals! on: December 12, 2022, 02:31:15 PM

Give the guy a chance, it an honest mistake actually which he/she admitted beforehand. So yeah, may this serve as a lesson to OP to double check everything before going to public.
I won't go with the others since it may look like a broken record to repeat about the mistake and OP is here to clear the issue.

OP may have hurriedly launched the site but I agree there is no scam committed, the risk of playing on this new casino is equal to all the other new casinos, if its a bug it can be corrected but if it's associated with known scam casinos or showing fake license this is something that cannot be corrected it's up to the community how they appreciate OP's effort to correct their mistakes and their intention to run a casino and promote it here.
108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where do slot game developers get the soundtracks they use? on: December 12, 2022, 12:15:55 PM
Creating their own soundtrack is a better choice for casinos, casinos want something that will differentiate them from other casinos, and by hiring or paying a soundtrack developer to create an exclusive soundtrack, gamblers can differentiate casinos with a unique soundtrack, one of the casinos I'm playing that I like their soundtrack because of their uniqueness is Betfury, their Betfury wheel soundtrack is very unique.
109  Economy / Reputation / Re: Problem on Logo Design Order on: December 12, 2022, 03:38:40 AM

I'm still waiting his response, and yes, the payment as well. I would know his further explanation about the issue, and if he has an intention or not to get us a good solution. If he doesn't, then I'll leave a neutral feedback so everyone can see it Undecided

I'm sure he is now aware of this issue, if he wants to proceed to create an official announcement here in Bitcointalk, he will reach out to you and will sort things out and will try to come out with a win-win solution between the two of you, but if not the core team will choose other members or sign up with a new account to create an announcement and will just tell the community that they have nothing to do now with the guy you strike a deal with, the first option is the better one, we'll just hope that he'll pick that option that is to reach out to you and fix the issue.
110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever tried Anti Martingale Strategy? on: December 11, 2022, 11:44:22 PM
In martingale, a gambler increases the bet size to double in the hope to recover the loss from the previous bet. I have tried it a few times & to be honest with you, I have never had a good return on my bets; I have lost most of the time.
On the other hand, the Anti martingale strategy is- to double the bet size when you are winning & halving the bet size when you are losing. In such a condition, when you are winning; you are doubling the size & you will lose from your winning. WEell, this strategy is more risky I guess though some have told it as less risky than martingale.
Have you ever tried ti? What's your opinion? Which one is more risky; Martingale or Anti Martingale?

When I was just starting out playing in luck-based games like Dice, a card game I thought you have a chance in martingale because the logic is good doubling and waiting for the winning turn to show then you regain all your previous losses until you find out that you need a very big bankroll and even if you have a big bankroll there is a maximum bet on some casinos, this kills the martingale strategy and every known variation of it, it's less risky if you are a moderate player then employing a strategy but spending a lot and playing and trying to make money.

113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: December 11, 2022, 11:51:38 AM

Anyway, I enjoyed the fight and I should have betted when I had the chance. Still, congratulations for Pacquiao in winning the fight via unanimous decision! I hope this gives him the confidence in his body to fight more before he ends his career.

Everybody enjoy the fight except DK Yoo Pacquiao still shows speed and power when he knocks down Yoo twice in round 6, DK Yoo could be the master of martial arts but when you stepped in, the ring things are different, Yoo already loses steam in the early rounds he cannot punch anymore, Manny won every round maybe next time he could do an exhibition against who knows, Marquez or a rematch through exhibition against Hatton or even Mayweather I'm sure both of them wants to do it for fun and money.
114  Economy / Gambling / Re: A way to attract new users or a misunderstanding? on: December 11, 2022, 02:50:17 AM
I've looked for a list of WEB.30 casinos and I found this list
https://bitcolumnist.com/casinos/top-web3-gambling-sites/ surprisingly some of the top casinos are on the list like Sportbet.io Stake and Fortunejack we have a good number of top casinos in Web 3.0 is the author right in evaluating them as Web 3.0 casinos as far as I know casinos on Web 3.0 are decentralized and you are linking your wallet for total anonymity and you are right that they should not ask for KYC, but it's really hard to be anonymous in the gambling industry where there is strong regulation.

115  Economy / Gambling / Re: The launch of LuckyRoo Casino on: December 10, 2022, 12:27:36 PM

All in all a rather vague and useless review.

Not only vague and useless reviews but he wants to have an unfair advantage by creating announcement threads for his reviews, Gamblingbro and BTCGOSU never did this thing by creating a thread for specific gambling reviews, they create their own thread and posting their reviews on particular casinos or drop the review link on the casino's official announcement.

He should play fair and take a guide or cue on BTCGOSU and Gamblingbro, he will never be on the level of these two casino reviews sites who are both considered the best reviews sites here in Bitcointalk.
116  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎮🎲LuckyBird🎁 - social sweepstake casino🎄🔥 on: December 09, 2022, 10:53:37 PM
That should be interesting. This casino has increased marketing strategy all over again. I have seen various advertisements running across multiple platforms. Considering they are faucet also, they can be seen on popular websites wallet like faucetpay, coinpot and cointiply and many more. That is why I was wondering I have read the name somewhere.

Are you sure its management's marketing on those platforms this is a faucet and since this is a new one, affiliates are promoting this because they will have a share of the rewards coming from referrals we all know to make money from faucets you need a large number of referrals like what OP is doing.

Quote
I think Lucky bird might be trying it one more time to become successful business in the near future and probably wants to start newly as we approach to the new year here. The amount of money that is getting poured into marketing could suggest they are trying hard. I dont really have any opinions but just hope to see another good casino making its way up here.
This is the only place I read about this casino/faucet if they are really pouring a lot of money into their marketing why they overlooked a good platform like Bitcointalk where it's free to market here all they need is to engage with the community and address all concern, of course, they will have to spend on a copper account and a good design that's not even going to cost them thousand of dollars.
117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 09, 2022, 02:03:13 PM

Ever had such concerns for security when visiting live casino centers?  or do other reasons which prevent you from using these live casino centers? (please state it).

My only concern is I am tempted to take a loan when I am losing because there are too many loan sharks in our live casinos ready to lend you any amount in exchange for important belongings in your possession, but when it comes to criminal elements, the casino operators are on top of the situation they have great security no one is allowed to roam the vicinity if you don't have credentials or you are not a regular customer.

They want you to feel you are safe in their vicinity so they can get you to extend or prolong your stay, the longer you stay the more money you're bringing to the casino, in fact, if you're a high roller you can have your own security provided by the management as a token of appreciation for the money that you bring in.
118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Mercito Gesta (January) on: December 08, 2022, 12:49:01 PM

Yes, it's been in the news lately that Ryan Garcia will have its own tune-up fight before a showdown with Tank Davis.

His opponent is a Filipino slugger named Mercito Gesta which is for me a very lively opponent and dangerous as well but i also do think that a very good tune-up fight for him.

https://www.boxingscene.com/ryan-garcia-mercito-gesta-land-moody-center-austin-texas-january--170959

Ryan Garcia badly needs a very good tune fight because if you run a comparison between who he fought against Tank's opponents he will badly fail in comparison he needed a good but fading fighter who will give Garcia a quality opponent and Gesta is the right choice, but a choice that could backfire because Gesta is a guy that will not run and like to slug it out and has a solid chin he just won a tough fight against Jojo Diaz Jr seven months ago and you can tell on this video that Gesta is a big threat.

119  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: (SCAM) Duelbits' phising links. Don't be fooled! on: December 07, 2022, 10:54:18 PM
It's a very old trick by some affiliates they purchase a domain and create a redirect for it for their affiliate link, in this case, the affiliate bought the domain Duelbits.site and on his Cpanel he redirect the domain he bought to his Duelbits affiliate link and to maximize promotion he uses Adwords and targeted keywords.

So this https://duelbits.com/?a=terrence92 that is on sponsored ads redirects to https://duelbits.com/?modal=Auth&type=register, not really a good strategy as you can be reported to the site you're promoting, there could be a violation for imitation.
120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much initial startup to Start Cryptocurrency Casino? on: December 07, 2022, 02:23:11 PM
Hi guys I wanted to ask some of big family members who have experience in crypto and also in gambling. But my experience is not good in gambling.
If someone wants to start a Gambling casino online with Cryptocurrency than how much money is needed. I think that 100k dollars initial capital would be enough to satrt a better casino. Cause we have to promote and also do other such promotions.
So what are your thoughts?
Development cost is about 3k, I can make one for you, dm me on here or discord digby#9927
All these people who say "1 million or 300k" have no experience. I can answer your real questions.

That's the development cost, not the overall cost, development and the overall cost is different, development is like a setup I can set up a WordPress site for $100, the domain cost $15, and hosting cost $85 for a year but turning it to the working platform means you will add more plugins and buying a premium script, in the case of casino you need a game provider so what games providers on this list that you are going to install with $30k

https://beto.com/game-providers

And can you give us a screenshot of one of the casino you set up completely with $30k this is your chance to prove that you are legit and sell what your service
