1041  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Risks Of Bitcoin Going To Zero Has Gotten More Lower Than Ever on: November 09, 2020, 02:39:21 PM
"I think every major bank, every major investment bank, every major high net worth firm is going to eventually have some exposure to bitcoin or what's like it, which is gold or some kind of commodities"

It's happening now no one is talking about Bitcoin being a bubble, we are already past that stage, people are talking about the price now, adoption and new concept in the Cryptocurrency, people have matured they cannot something negative on a technology that is now widely adopted and very popular, and cannot stopped, even a pandemic cannot stop it.
1042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Indian boy committed suicide after losing money by Betting in IPL on: November 09, 2020, 11:09:24 AM
You will commit double jeopardy if you try to gamble using money coming from loan, gambling has no guaranty even if you are a good gambler, there's no guaranty that when you sit down and bet you have a good chance to win, it's always even for the house and for the gambler, so you are at a lost before the start of the game.
1043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did anyone try to "gamble" with ponzi scheme crypto scam services? on: November 09, 2020, 07:11:43 AM
I think I do not need to explain what I mean by ponzi crypto scam. Every week I see at least ten new ponzi scheme scams.

They often offer something like 100% interest per 24h (or something similar). They commonly run for quite a few weeks (or months sometimes) before "they go scam" publicly. The obvious idea how to exploit them is to invest something small at the first day, withdraw it as fast as possible and repeat just with the interests from the previous bet (and of course take some money away from every successful round).

Has anyone tried that? Have you been successful? Is this kind of gambling popular/common. Has it name?

Not even the biggest bank in the world can give you 100% profit in 24 hours, you are fooling yourself if you think that you can get that percentage, people get into the Ponzi scheme because it's the quickest way to earn money by inviting newbies to get into the system by posting their payment proof, I would not even think of inviting my friends here or else I will lose my friends for betraying their trust.
1044  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you are new to crypto this is for you on: November 08, 2020, 11:31:31 AM
Someone have to do this from time to time, I believe that many newbies are still victims to scam projects till this days, we gotta keep warning them, not all can be safe but as for those who want to learn, here you go

1045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fast food restaurants accepting crypto as payment method? on: November 03, 2020, 12:55:48 AM
The logical opinion to promote the crypto as a payment method but governments are the main barriers on this journey. We should think about the legal part of the story, the rest will be done by the companies. Imho, the restaurants can use altcoins with faster transactions, and paying with a QR code will make both parties happy.

Unfortunately, there are no altcoins that want to step up, the scalability is going to be a big issue, the transaction should be fast and easy, unfortunately, as much as we want it to, Bitcoin cannot keep up with this purpose, the transaction time and the high fee will not serve the purpose, you don't want to be in a fast-food waiting for your transaction to confirm it's good for delivery but not for dine-in.
1046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the fastest blockchain? on: November 02, 2020, 04:14:53 PM
In my experienced Tron, Litecoin and Ripple are the fastest the confirmation is instant but I like Tron, because of the transaction fee of only 1 cent sometimes less, I have not tried Eos because I only made three transactions using Eos, and checking this article they confirmed my belief

1048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Death during illegal cockfighting raid on: November 02, 2020, 03:00:25 PM
It's big news here in our country when it happened, it's the first time that a policeman was killed by a cock and  it happened while the policeman is just implementing the quarantine law, the people who organized this cockfighting should be imposed with a stiff penalty, because of their stubbornness a public servant have to lose his life performing his duty.
Some people cannot control themselves and realize that we are in a pandemic where crowd gathering should be avoided.

1051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anonymous teams on: October 31, 2020, 11:31:06 AM
This time almost no one believes in projects with anonymous teams. When an investor wants to invest his or her money, they must know all the information about that project. There is no reason to hide team information.

Developers already know that, that is why they are faking their teams by doing photoshop, and they even go to the extend of hiring fake people to front for them, I have a friend who has nothing to do with Cryptocurrency but gets an invite from one  Cryptocurrency projects because he looks like a businessman,
but it's easy to expose this people because there are tools to track their photo shopped images.
1052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cashless gaming now available in land-based casino in USA on: October 29, 2020, 03:53:01 PM
The problem which we will face will be that these kinds of paying will not stay anonymous. If they will do so, that’s okay. But that will not happen.
This means that certain intuitions (private! and state!) will be able to determine exactly where you have been in the casino, when and how long, how much you have spent and how much you have won.

You have a point this is a way to surveillance people because this cashless transaction can be tracked with time and location and if the player is a high roller, I don't know if this applies to Cryptocurrency, but either way it's a good step to introduce cash less transaction to people this is also a step further for Cryptocurrency adoption, we need to cashless now it's fast safe and east to implement.
1053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Emirex delist their token after unlocking it what a joke on: October 29, 2020, 08:35:00 AM
I briefly visited the exchange site, it looks like they are based in the UAE and I think they are just losers in that rich country.
In order to pressure emirex team to immediately settle their debt to the bounty hunters, wouldn't this thread be better off being on the scam board?

I really like to do that but maybe we will have one in the scam board I like to point out to the developmen team that what they have done is not right and they can still rectify or correct it, did they really hate bounty hunters that they do not want to trade or dump their token when it really deserves to be dump, I hope they let bounty hunters to trade in their platform, this is one project that should go the drain.
1054  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrops Confusion on: October 29, 2020, 07:38:30 AM
This thought just comes to my mind especially these days, with a lot of altcoins doing airdrops or giving away different altcoins.

But I got some confusion here when the "airdrop" term used.

Because for what I believe the meaning of "airdrop" is a way of giving a free coin/s to some wallet addresses without seeking any investment or doing nothing.

Are those spreading all over around especially in this forum known to be an "airdrop" is considered an airdrop or bounty campaign since some of those are requiring people to fill up some of the forms or need to sign up or follow some social media accounts, etc?
Since you did some task or work to get those coins.

It is only here in Cryptocurrency that the term airdrop becomes very much different from it's true meaning I participated on one airdrops and they ask me to do at least 5 task and do  KYC I did not push through it's not an airdrop to it's true meaning at all, it's more like a bounty campaign.
I don't know how this airdrop bounty campaign started but it has become the normal way of doing airdrop, so every time I see airdrop in the title of the thread I'm 100% sure it's more of a bounty and I'm always right.
1055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Toyota IT Division to Launch Own Digital Currency on: October 29, 2020, 02:52:35 AM
This is to promote Cryptoicurency on their ranks and files, if some of their workers are not yet on Cryptocurrency, they will soon be once this is implemented, Toyota have a lot of of affiliate in many countries and they will likely expand the usage tot heir affiliate abroad, and many countries will emulate this, the future of Cryptocurrency is bright reading a big company is going to do this.
1056  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Gervonta Davis vs Leo Santa Cruz - Oct 31 on: October 29, 2020, 01:43:30 AM

I guess you're not aware that Floyd Mayweather Jr being Davis promoter and the level of Davis reputation in boxing either is what makes the fight to be the talk of the town. Mind you, Davis seems to be ready to make a new record in the PPV business.

Floyd Mayweather Jr has a gem in Davis I hope Mayweather can broker a fight with some of the tought fighters in the division like Ryan Garcia, Lopez to be the man you have to beat the man that's what they are saying in boxing and if Mayweather wants his boxer to be the best of the best like him he should go for the best in any division like he did to his career.
1057  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Emirex delist their token after unlocking it what a joke on: October 29, 2020, 01:22:40 AM
This is scamming their bounty hunters, after 10 months they finally unlock their token EMRX, it is still trading when the token for bounty hunters are locked, but soon after they unlock it, they delist their token on their own exchange now, bounty hunters has no way to sell their token, they are very cunning and they want toi scam theirt bounty hunters, now the token is stuck on the platform with no way to sell.

1058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin price rise affect your gameplay? on: October 29, 2020, 12:29:30 AM
Hey guys,

As we all know, the Bitcoin is experiencing a decent price increase and it is slowly but steadily rising every day. Has it affected your gameplay somehow?
Some gamblers think if the price is so expensive it would be difficult to get profits.

How about you?

Cheers,
Karl
Bitcasino.io

Yes it is I now preferred to bet using altcoins than using my Bitcoin I feel that now that the price is increasing I am losing double the amount fo I'm betting I pegged my bet on dollars so when I lose a bet and the price increase after my bet I feel that lose twice of the amount, I prefer to use Dogecoin, Tron or coins that hardly go up.
1059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Questions for our dear project promoters on: October 28, 2020, 12:50:45 PM
For all promoters which one would you prefer?

3. Promoters should stop promoting bounty projects that doesn't implement escrow payment

Number 3 is good if all bounty hunters can unite that they will not promote any project that will not do an escrow, bounty hunters will take promotion seriously because the success of the project will give them a good reward, bounty huters are having second thought becaus eso many developers are delaying, locking the rewards of bounty hunters when they deserve it.
1060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Altcoin on: October 27, 2020, 12:58:20 PM
invest in altcoins is always a risk and I will not surprise if in long time (few years) close to 95% of altcoins will be just worthless.
I don't think there is the possibility for achieve more than bitcoin itself.
No one want store the last hype, but just a recognized system for storing value /medium of payment. Bitcoin can offer all of these solutions.

There are a lot of altcoins that can now be considered  shitcoin thousands of these altcoins are already dead, but we still have altcoins that have  proven to have value in the community and they have platform that the community are actually using.

I'm not defending the altcoins but the market will give us the real picture and fact that the top 50 altcoins in the market have contributed a lot in enriching the Community, and I'm supporting these altcoins.
