1081  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: CHRISTIAN ALBERT GAZA a.k.a "Xian Gaza" Introduce his own coin on: October 19, 2020, 03:13:42 PM

1082  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: October 19, 2020, 12:33:50 PM
No, I don't I found out that most of them have the same TOS, so I don't bother reading all the TOS of gambling site where I register only when I am actively playing and will deposit a big amount, I already know the basic rules that every gambler should follow like do not create more than one account and do not use VPN or if you see a warning sign that they are not available in your country, do not cheat the system by using a VPN, another one is creating fake credentials just to confirm your identity.
1083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Your Portfolio before and after the pandemic on: October 19, 2020, 09:43:06 AM
The pandemic has brought so many of us uncertainties and panic because so many companies are closing and workers are losing their job it causes a big instability in our financial status.

What is the status of your portfolio before and after the pandemic is it good or is it bad have loss a lot or have you gain more coins during this pandemic?
1084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Time that there will be no new altcoin projects anymore on: October 19, 2020, 04:42:24 AM
Since the creation of Ethereum and other smart contract-based and token creation platforms we have seen the number of newly launched projects token created, we now have thousands of dead tokens and coins but many are still create it seems many tokens just come and go.

Do you think we will have a time that there will be no new tokens created and people will stop investing and supporting new tokens or coins?
1085  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: DITO stocks - dapat ba mag invest na DITO? on: October 19, 2020, 02:12:58 AM

May tutorial sa youtube, ito share ko, kaya nalang gumawa ng iba, madali lang naman.

Paano mag Invest sa Stock Market - DITO Telecommunity at NOW Corporation - BDO NOMURA

1086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Normal Game Setup - a success or a failure? on: October 19, 2020, 01:40:18 AM

The revenue dropped, but the ratings are the same as far as I know.

It's expected because of the lack of attendance of the fans but they have a commitment to continue they don't want their players to be idle and become out of shape and they don't want their employees to be out of work, hopefully, next year when we have the vaccine we will be all back to normal and players and fans will be together again but nonetheless it's still a great season for many sporting events, it's shows the sporting organizations of their resiliency.
1087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 19, 2020, 01:18:26 AM
I am more on the reputation than the license, why? because reputation means casinos are operating profitably as there's a lot of gamblers who trusted them. I just think that even if we are playing in a license casino and then we got scammed for let's say an amount of $1,000, how far we go to go after the casino?  Me, I just for move on and accept the loses, besides I don't gamble what I can't afford to lose.

For me, a license is good because the gambling casinos just want to prove that he is compliant and he wants to shows to his clients that he is a legit gambling casino, but of course, reputation is still one of the important things that gamblers will look when they are looking for casinos to play, they don't want to have issues on the casinos they are playing like accusing them of multi-accounts or using a VPN
1088  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New to signature campaigns, questions. on: October 18, 2020, 11:42:08 AM
There are two sections to participate in the signature campaign, the first one is the altcoins crowdfunding signature campaign, where participants will get tokens coming from the project, there is a risk here as you do not know if the token will have value at all, and you will have to wait for months before they distribute and a few more months before it hit the market.

The second one and the most desired one are those coming from the service section where participants are paid on Bitcoin every week like the one OP is in, this is the most desired campaign they are mostly gambling campaign, so you should be active in the gambling section.
1089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Lomachenko vs. Teofimo Lopez Lightweight Unification fight - October 17 on: October 18, 2020, 08:32:15 AM

Loma was really outsmart in this fight, the young Lopez looks smarter than him and the fact that it was a unanimous decision, that's something he should be so proud of, Loma asking for a rematch is not good, this isn't controversial fight, it was very clear than Lopez won by domination.

Not only outsmart but outbox he proves that he is the real champion in this match, I agree with the decision, Lopez is the aggressive fighter he is the one bringing the fight to Loma, and he connected many of the big punches throughout the fight, there's no need for an immediate rematch but a rematch is ok but after both fighters fight other opponents
1090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Kell Brook vs Terence Crawford November 14 on: October 18, 2020, 05:23:02 AM

There is also this boxing politics that's why we seldom see mega-fights because of this ABC title belts. Let's stick to the subject though, even though Crawford is the favourite, we are going to see a exciting fight for sure as Kell Brook won't back down from any challenges, like you said, he took his chances against GGG.

The politics in boxing is what restrict two great fighters to go for each other, take the case of Fury and Joshua and the should be done fight of Wilder against Joshua, it did not materialize because of the too many politics and the shares of the money on who should get the big slice, promoters and the organizations wants to push the potential of a big fight to the limit, this is to generate more money and interest.

1093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if "De-Fi" platforms become regulated in the future? on: October 04, 2020, 06:16:38 AM

What do you think the outcome of "De-Fi" regulation will be? Will governments be successful at the task like they did with ICOs? Or not? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Smiley

It's a smart contract-based,
Quote
Smart contracts work on the “if this, then that” condition Whenever a certain condition is fulfilled, the smart contract will carry out the operation as programmed, it's programmable
I don't see where the government interference will come, they have to regulate and control the whole platform where the smart contract was created.

It's up to investors whether to trust the creator and the smart contract to proceed the execution.
1094  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin price are decreasing? on: October 02, 2020, 04:41:21 PM
Is Bitcoin Bull run is finished? I want to buy Bitcoin, so is it the right time to buy Bitcoin or I will wait for a while.

Quote
I am thinking why Bitcoin price are going down?
No need to wonder it's like that ever since this where traders make money and you can too if you know why it goes up and down, there are a lot of fo reasons like whales dumping, bad news and so many others.

Quote
I want to buy Bitcoin, so is it the right time to buy Bitcoin
If you have the money then that's the right to buy Bitcoin, even if it is the right time if you don't have the money you cannot obtain Bitcoin.

1095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacker started to eliminate tokens stolen from KuCoin on: October 01, 2020, 11:50:56 PM
This is unfortunate for Kucoin and the whole community, another hacking like this diminished the trust of new people in the Cryptocurrency although Kucoin guaranteed that traders will not lose their coins I hope they keep their promise.

They will start to liquidate the stoken coins, this is expected if you are going to make a break or hacking it's part of the plan to liquidate the funds it's like a bank robbery where the robbers important plan is how to get away and become untraceable.
1096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie's guide to avoid ICO Scam on: October 01, 2020, 04:21:35 PM

Team

This is very important. Who is behind the project? Is the team made up of well-known members of the cryptocurrency community? Are they known in other areas? Have they been involved in previous projects? If the answer is yes, then this may be an interesting opportunity. Just remember to check if the person is actually aware of the project as scammers may use famous names just to get people interested even though these are not part of the team.

For me this is very important we are talking about capability if you are going to hire someone to build your house he should have the credibility and the expertise to show that he really can do it and he has clients and projects to back it up.

This is where majority of the ICO fail they cannot come up one so they create fake their team members and their credibility, no coder will let other use his credentials so they cannot hire these good coders, they resort to photoshopped team hoping that they can get away with it, unfortunately there are members here that are good in catching fake credentials.

1098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeFi hype the same as ICO hype in 2017? on: August 31, 2020, 04:19:59 PM

I believe in blockchain technology, decentralization and decentralized applications and finance, but I'm extremely cautious about any hype, because when a hype runs out, some projects will close instantly and it's impossible to guess in advance whether you chose the right one. What do you think about DeFi? DApps are already proven themselves, will DeFi prove themselves too? Share your thoughts below

It takes some time before we know this but we old members are matured enough to know the difference, ICO is a form of crowdfunding while DeFi are governed by lines of codes and smart contract, I don't see the similarity at all, ICO  'is as is" they ask for our money so they can set up their platform, while DeFi is an interaction of smart contract, DeFi is evolving and I'm confident it will remain for more years, while ICO will be a thing of the past.
1099  Economy / Speculation / Re: History shows Bitcoin price may take 3-12 months to finally break $20K on: August 31, 2020, 03:41:52 PM

Bitcoin's price is volatile, so it is always unpredictable in the market.

I have my own pattern, but i'm not sure about this and i'm observing it. Maybe in 2021, it surpass an another ATH again because as you can see in 2016 halving and the ATH occurs in the end of 2017. Probably it can happen again at the end of 2021 which is not that impossible to happen.

We have different predictions, right now we are experiencing sudden increase in its price but that's not that good enough to say that btc will reach another ATH this year.

I'd like to believe that the market has matured and we are in a very different scenario now compared to the past halving, I don't think we are going to need 12 months at the most to reach another all-time high, after ten years Bitcoin has proven it's worth that many institutions have seen it's potential compared in the past when investors are just observing how Bitcoin will evolve in the hardest time and it did surpass their expectation.
1100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COCK FIGHTING: COVID-19 health protocols violators, caught on: August 31, 2020, 03:07:02 PM
Even Cock Fighting could be online now too! Why are people behaving like there's no pandemic. The procedure is quite easy, there should be a responsible management wherein, only the owner of the Cocks needs to be present, set up a good angle for the cameras and then live broadcast it in any platform they like. But since it is a province, I think the hindrance is the accessibility of the people to search for good platforms and to use it well. Maybe, to solve that issue, they need first to learn how online gambling works.

in the Philippines especially in remote places they do not have access to the internet so they resort to backyard cockfighting, these people should be fined for doing this the government is spending a lot of money for the medication of the infected, and for the needs of poor people during the lockdown and yet they ignore and violate the quarantine rules of the government, this is not the only time I read and heard of these kinds of news there are many more, so many people are really stubborn in this times of pandemic.
