Marketing is wide as a course and has different sub subject under it, from digital marketing, telemarketing, advertisements, branding and packing etc's .
Cryptocurrencies should be regareded as a course in marketing and taught in schools as a subject for marketing disciplines ,it will help build foundation and give a basic knowledge & understanding to the students and make everyone see how vulnerable cryptocurrencies have become.
Maybe it the area where it should be added is on finance since Bitcoin is form of money so I guess marketing is wrong place to be included because people will just have misconception towards their outlook towards bitcoin and instead they will think about that this is currency they will mislead to think that this is investment where there money possible can grow. Crypto does give criminals new options, it's stupid to argue with that, especially if you look at how prelevant is crypto in ransomware or online marketplaces for illegal goods. But ultimately, crypto is not a gamechanger that could make crime levels grow so much that they would threaten society. Financial control still exists. A criminal still needs to launder their money, even if they are in crypto. Regulators just need to adapt to this, and they do.
Exactly crypto is already used for long time ago in buying illegal goods and that's what first thing I know on crypto so there's really no sense to think that this could prevent any criminal stuff or any good to lower down the crime rate as bitcoin doesn't have that feature at all. Don't have any set price to buy but I always look up for how the market goes and what will be the emotion spread on the market since if we just look at the price without having a look on something needed to consider on trading then maybe we are doing a more risky trades. I never understood how bitcoin can be used in large scale buyings like these.the coin itself is not stable and highly volatile and although this may be fun and all in a bull market but in the bear case as we stand today that BTC you recieved can lose 1/2% of its value in a day.For 3btc + transactions this is alot of money and an unessecary risk taken by the sellr.
I don't think btc was supposed to be used like there,not unless it got severly regulated or backed more.
By looking the website few times I observed the values of the properties fluctuate a lot. I guess there is a fixed value in fiat for each offer and the site is configurated to follow bitcoin market's quotation in real time. The more expensive bitcoin gets, the less you pay for the house/land and the cheaper bitcoin gets, the more you pay. But even in this case, when the market is heavily volatile it can be annoying to close a deal... One of the properties, for example, was pricing 130 BTC, and after few minutes when I checked again it was 129.7 BTC. That's really annoying to see those changes because if there's a huge volume involve for sure every movement of the market hurts especially when your receive amount is still pending and the price of bitcoins keep falling so for sure the receiver of that amount will get disappointed for what they encounter. But lets just see if there's something good deals with this since for sure the buyer or seller compensate and consider the volatility when making a deal. |

Anything can happen, a red market for almost 7 months of course makes investors impatient and may choose to sell, if the price drops below $8000 then I'm sure it will be difficult to rise, there will be many altcoins and projects that are difficult to survive and make us have to always alert.
Let those investors impatiently wait because I think the market will stay like this for a while, and it may last until the end of the year. But hopefully, the forecast is wrong, and after the middle of the year, the market starts to reverse upwards so that we can get back to profit again. If the price drops below $8000, I will buy more bitcoins because it's a huge discount for us, and I don't want to miss the moment. To many forecast about the possible price would be reached but actually this is just a guess so chances that this might not happen because many people are starting to move on bear market issues and we see something good happen even if we see the market falls for couple of weeks already.
