581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 16, 2015, 06:40:08 AM
I personally gambled every satoshi I have had in my possession because I don't consider Bitcoin as money.

How can you not consider bitcoin ad money? It's a currency, although a decentralized virtual one, but you can convert it back to $ or wtv man, so it is money.

I never figured how to convert it to real money and I spent decades gambling online. Using bitcoin to combat my addiction is better than using real money so when I lose I also win in a way.

wow you are a Hero member and you never figured it out? Anyway I don't want to ruin your gambling strategy but it's quite easy to convert btc into dollars or other currencies. You can use payza for example, or neteller, or btc-e (or many others, but these are the ones I normally use).

There are also decentralized platforms like localbitcoins, bitcoin.de and Mycelium Local Trader. Or you could spend your bitcoin on goods and services directly using Gyft, purse.io and numerous bitcoin accepting merchants.

This is an interesting idea, it reminds me of some text based RPGs I played in the 90s. I am not sure if many gamblers appreciate this old-school feeling though.
586  Economy / Gambling / Re: directbet.eu: All-In poker -> Good or Bad on: September 08, 2015, 09:56:18 AM
I just checked out All-in poker, and did some calculations. It seems its not reasonable at all to gamble on this site.
Here is my analysis: http://mrbiga.com/directbet-eu-all-in-poker/

I hope the admin will improve the rates soon.

I haven't double checked the win chance of that AA-KK setting, but using your 82.23%, the EV of the game would be 96.2% of the bet and the house edge would be 3.8%. So yup the edge is significantly higher than all the other games except slots, and you will get a better profit by playing a 82.23% bet in dice.

you must without www does ^^ So btc-dice.ml

As I said in my last post, I cannot access your site with or without www. Interestingly, downforeveryoneorjustme says btc-dice.ml is up, so either your are blocking my IP range, or my ISP is blocking traffic to your site or there are some DNS problem.
And after reading FrozenOne's reply, I guess it does not worth my effort to test anymore. Good luck anyway.
588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Open 2015 discussion on: September 08, 2015, 09:29:10 AM
Andy Murray is one of my favorite players, I hope he will win easily, but I remember Anderson gave lots of troubles to Djokovic on Wimbledon 2015, IMO Murray will have a tough match against Anderson. I don't bet for this match.

My tonight picks: marin cilic and djokovic.

Lost some bitcoin yesterday thanks to Murray, guess I am not good at betting on tennis. Perhaps I should follow your pick, or just watch the remaining matches without betting.  Undecided

His profit on BB is now at 4.8 btc. Not sure what his profit was before this betting section, but it was below 1 btc 15 minutes ago.
https://www.moneypot.com/users/hiroking

He just hit a lousy red and ended him with 0.8 + BTC (reference below). He was -1.2 BTC and he started the day by betting 2BTC at 1.02 chance and hit a red just as soon as he was betting , ended up with -3.2 BTC

He came back and start the bet slowly with 0.3 BTC goes to 0.4 BTC, then 0.5BTC and so on for 10-12 times each at 1.02 chance and the highest that I saw was that 3.2BTC per bet at 1.02 chance . Too bad I lost track of it because I was away but yeah this guy has a massive luck and generated over 1300 BTC volume , he just need around 700 BTC more volume for that 5.5 BTC cashback

Reference : https://www.moneypot.com/users/hiroking

What about for platinum vip how much do he need then?

To get gold VIP, he will need a total weekly wagered of 2000 btc, that is 700 btc more. And to be platinum VIP, he will need a total of 3000 btc, that is 1300 btc more. But the special 8 btc platinum VIP bonus has been claimed already and he will only get the usual 6 btc cashback, so I don't think it is his target.

Primedice username: Chemistry

Why I decided to start using Primedice: I was originally using SD back in 2013, but later decided to switch to use off-chain sites because it is more convenient to bet, and PD looked better than JD and had a faucet.

593  Economy / Gambling / Re: FREE Tipster Competition - 1 BTC in PRIZES - Registration Closed on: September 07, 2015, 08:22:31 AM
if this competition is over ?

No, it will end in Sept 22. The late-registration has ended on Aug 30, so I am afraid you cannot join it anymore.
All these info can be found easily in the OP, and I am sure you can get the answer 10x faster by reading it yourself.
594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Open 2015 discussion on: September 07, 2015, 08:06:31 AM
Oh, tonight 4 winners will be: Wawrinka, Murray, Federer and Gasquest, let's see.  Wink  How do u think guys?

Can't predict the result of the Berdych vs Gasquet match with confidence and will avoid it myself. The other three look like easy winners to me.
595  Economy / Gambling / Re: FREE Tipster Competition - 1 BTC in PRIZES - Registration Closed on: September 07, 2015, 07:46:13 AM
so had to donate first and go to the competition , so ?

So it is time for you to re-read the terms in OP. The participants didn't need to donate nor pay any entry fee to join the competition.
596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 99%guarantee on profit on this bet[odds:1.3] on: September 07, 2015, 07:13:49 AM

Can you give me some more free money please?  I missed that one.  Thanks!!!

You should be glad to have missed it, as the so called 99% guaranteed bet lost. After knowing that, I am not sure whether you still want more tips from OP anymore. Smiley
597  Economy / Gambling / Re: Magicaldice.com | Officially Launched | Bitcoin Dice Website | Fancy Rolling on: September 07, 2015, 06:55:41 AM
Most likely the programmer accidentally uses <= instead of < in the code somewhere, and it should be very easy to check and to fix it.
OP could also check whether there was a sudden influx of gamblers flat betting 9900x in the past hours, to assess the site's loss (if any).
598  Economy / Gambling / Re: Who won the biggest amount of btc on satoshimines.com? on: September 06, 2015, 02:14:35 PM
Could also be a promotional stunt though, that big risk, I think I would immediately close the game at 3 or 4 correct digs. But you never know it with the HRs

It could be, but shouldn't they post it everywhere on the web (forums, reddit, social media, etc) to make the most exposure? Instead, they just send it to OP through PM 2.5 months later (the bet was done in June), and I don't seem to see it on other places.
599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 99%guarantee on profit on this bet[odds:1.3] on: September 06, 2015, 02:07:17 PM
joust you can have your lose money back with a new bet to Netherland this night against Turkey , this time is interessant, over 2.2 the win of Netherland  Grin

If the last prediction was 99% sure thing at 1.3x. (Which lost lol) What is the percentage for this game being 2.2x OP?

Well its pretty much 150% win; but remember there is always the 50/50 chance that you lose.    Grin

Well in fact, if you actually have 50% chance to win, the x2.2 bet on Netherlands would give you a positive EV. Or in other words, the odds providers don't think Netherlands has 50% win chance.
