My review for BitSails.com:
I am an independent crypto trader and blockchain/bitcoin enthusiast since 2011, I've seen so many exchanges born and so many die in the years i can't keep the count.
I am here to spend two words on BitSails since it looks like a promising project to me. Why? First of all because it looks like a proper spot exchange with a clean, minimal yet useful User Interface which I like a lot. I really hate heavy stuffed UI like Binance or the new Bittrex or any other clone exchange of the aforementioned two.
Then i like the support given, (almost 24/7 on Discord channel) with a prompt and professional way of dealing with minor issues that an user can have.
They launched the exchange with an initial "Alpha" stage which will help to run a soft debugging period of bug hunting and security testing, which is actually a great thing instead of faking big volumes and pretending to be the perfect platform and maybe ending with a well known epilogue (I have witnessed too many times to this kind of exchanges fails.).
I also traded some little volumes on their platform, since they were offering a 0% trading fees promo, to test out the trading engine and so far everything went smooth and fast placing, deleting, matching both my buy and sell orders.
Deposits and withdrawals fast and properly managed.
FINAL VOTE: 9/10
SUGGESTIONS: Add night mode (I hate white based exchanges, it hurts at night or when trading many hours), add new market pairs (ETH and other base pairs), add ETH token trading, add margin markets (why not? degenerates are always ready to gamble).

Come da titolo, ho a disposizione due pc lenovo x230 ed energia praticamente a costo zero.
Stavo pensando di sfruttare questa combinazione per "produrre" STORJ/BURST coin... o altre monete.. sono davvero ignorante in materia, ed accetterei suggerimenti anche per altre coin interessanti!
Oggi per stakare e' molto piu profittabile utilizzare Raspberry Pi e simili che contengono il costo operativo rispetto a qualsiasi altro computer (in termini di assorbimento w/h). Bitcoin di default usa 8 connessioni. Peter Wuille raccomanda di non cambiare questo numero, per varie ragioni e cmq non e' necessario nella maggior parte dei casi cambiare questo parametro. Basta avere un po di pazienza e se uno ha fretta puo' sempre usare wallet SPV come electron o hardware wallets vari ed eventuali.
Puoi leggermente velocizzare il sync lanciando il daemon o il wallet con maxconnections=N dove N e' il numero di connessioni massime ai peers che desideri.
Per avere un sync piu' fluido e' consigliato avere dischi SSD e hardware ram/cpu high range. Cio' non toglie che qualsiasi computer sia in grado di copiare la blockchain e sincronizzarsi al network, indipendentemente dall'hardware usato.
Puoi sempre cmq forzare delle connessioni in uscita ad un nodo predefinito con la flag addnode=x.x.x.x

A meno che non hai elettricità a costo 0 il mining di BTC in Italia non è profittabile.
Anche un impianto fotovoltaico con accumulo dedicato, supponendo anche che ti riesca a soddisfare il fabbisogno energetico delle macchine, è piu' la spesa che l'impresa.
Ci sono alcune coins POS (MUE, BCZ etc) che danno un ROI decisamente piu alto con il solo staking. Ovvio si parla di mercati minori, con meno liquidita' ma il ROI e' sicuramente piu apprezzabile e meno dispendioso il setup da utilizzare.

Main liquidity availability is actually on crex, you can see from coinmarketpage of BCZ that it's traded also on other platform but i recommend that you use crex since its the most "stable" exchange supporting BCZ at the moment. |
