You guys havent still realized that ZClassic dosent want to be a fancy gimmick , ZCash has an amazing dev team behind, with dozen multi million dollar fund.

ZClassic does what it suposses to do, Clone ZCash without 20% tax, with a stable strong community behind.

ZCash Zero knowledge technology which we all believe it has huge potential, if it takes off ZClassic it will too.

As i see it ZCash dev team  = ZClassic dev team as the code is 99.99% equal and all the updates will be in sync.

Everything is happening organically.

The coin is going to takeoff along with ZCash in 2017 as Zero Knowledge tech matures and gets wider adoption and more real world usage.

It's incredible the amount of disinformation around this forum.

Absolutely agree with your vision, ZCL is far way better and mre genuine coin than Zcash and has a great potential.

Community building here is going really nice counting also that ZCL hasn't any millionaire funding backing it, just passion and crypto attitude. As we do like.

ZCL will be quoted higher than ZEC soon Wink Don't worry about this.
67  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you really make money on Forex? on: December 01, 2016, 10:36:48 PM
Anyone tried or currently trading forex is it possible to make money on it?

This seems a nasty question from an hero member account...are you sure aren't you drunk? Tongue

Where do you think BTC trading took shape from? Wink
68  Economy / Economics / Re: We must build a new exchange rate system on: December 01, 2016, 10:30:41 PM
We must build a new exchange rate system based on the quantity of money in existence. For example the bitcoin/U.S. dollar exchange rate should be: 1 bitcoin = 500.000 U.S. dollars because all the U.S. dollars in the world are 10.5 trillion. (10.5 trillion/21 million = 500.000).

What do you think about this idea?

You should learn about supply & demand rules..those are the main rules out there which drive the prices of a stock/currency/good.
Also don't forget about speculation and manipulations which then are another thread to deal with.

I sent sent Mr Hagerty another email asking about the status of the case, hopefully he hasn't forgotten about us. I can't believe it's been years and this is still going on...

No answer yet?

All he told me was that as of now, they haven't received any disgorgement.

I wonder if there's any way to see if he paid the fine even?

I will be amazed if these guys actually get held to account.

Even if we snatch them from KEN (which should absolutely happen) how do we even verify who has how much shares anymore? Crypto-trade is dead as far as I know. I took some screenshots but I doubt they are proving anything to be honest. And I doubt most of the shareholders even have that.

I got a copy of my API plus screenshots... Not sure how good that is, but the thing is... Even if none of us get paid back at least we can prevent men from profiting (which I wish I had done simply by not investing in the first place)

I told Shawn Haggerty that Kenny would make a claim. I hope he's paying attention. I suggest all bag holders let him know that it's proceeding. That's our money, at least a small percentage of it.
I lost ~35 btc on this piece of crap. Even if I never see a satoshi back I'd at least like to know Kenny gets his btc snatched away. Better even he goes to jail too.
I'm serious though, the more people bang on haggerty's door the more heat gets turned up under kenny's fat ass.
Call the man
Maybe Shawn Haggerty can make an official application to Gox trustee/liquidators, to claim the BTC does not belong to Ken.  Undecided

That's what I was hoping for when I contacted him months ago when the whole refund claim thing came up. I'm just one guy, maybe several voices will get results?

This post will serve as the placeholder for the link to discuss what I post in the LCSH-findings thread.

Again, please bear with me when I can't put a days work hours instantly into this to get it done completely. Smiley

It's a cross reference to the thread where I will post the collected lcsh-findings: Labcoin Scam - Collected findings of LCSH-Group

75  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: May 18, 2016, 01:53:17 AM
Hi all,

I hope you don't mind, but I've been away from Bitcoin for over three years and just today thought to check on the status of things.

Last thing I remember is (I think) our shares in ASICMINER were going into direct shares, but I'm not sure of what address I used or how to go about accessing my shares.

Any help?

Thank you!

Fried cat went AWOL and the company died. If your shares are direct there is no way to get them, or even transfer them even if you could find a buyer. Even shares on the exchange (havelock) are unsellable. Sorry mate.
76  Economy / Securities / Re: Is there any active stock market? on: March 02, 2016, 12:01:09 AM
if you really want to invest in bitcoin companies you can go through the traditional stock markets and put fiat behind blochain development and other fintech companies that are getting in on blockchain. every one here is going to say "NOOOOOO" evil wallstreet etc, but the truth is, regulated markets are less likely to disappear with your funds, allow shady businesses to trade, vanish overnight. theyre still risky like any investment, but you have a little insulation as opposed to none whatsoever.

do your research, there are a handful of blockchain startups who trade on the old-fashioned stock market. if btc really does succeed afterall these stocks could be in a very nice "first mover" position. might not either, but they trade very cheaply right now.

the unregulated markets have proven themselves to be a very bad idea

VirtualSpade... That's racist, right?
Its better than Netflix, this shit.

78  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 11, 2016, 09:15:00 PM
Thank you! Do you know when they stopped operations?
Around the end of 2014, his staff cared on for a while without him, he's more likely dead than missing.

I don't believe he is dead OR "missing"

If he were dead, there would be some notice. If he were missing, there would be police reports, family complaints etc.

There is no word. He is an adult and can go away as he pleases. The police will not be bothered unless there is considerable complaint from family and business partners etc. The cops need some sort of reason to suspect something is not right. One of the first things they do is put out a public notice... "have you seen this man?" there's none of that. Just silence.

He got sick of the whole scene and embezzled all the company funds then split. I imagine he paid off the few Chinese nationals that could expose him, and the few business partners that would bring investigation. kissed his mom goodbye with stern warnings not to tell anyone where he is going, then went there.

Something tells me he will be working for some other larger ASIC firm, or some other hardware developer. The later option is more likely, because... what do their customers care about BTC? It wont damage their credibility if they hire a BTC scammer. Their customers probably barely know what BTC is.

This is why the trolls always say... "Sucks for you to have invested in unregulated markets with anons youve never met"

HE got ya!

You wanna find him? You need a bi-lingual Chinese/English speaker with a shit ton of free time, lots of disposable income, and good reason to do all sorts of running around asking questions and digging up names and numbers all over China. Its a frickin giant country too.

Consider this one finished. By the looks of it BTC will be done in a year or two as well. most likely right after the halving fails to raise the price like every dreamer hopes it will.

Ask yourself.."|When has BTC EVER done what anyone expected it to do?" and you will answer the question "Why isnt BTC mainstream?"
79  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: January 26, 2016, 12:03:08 AM
no one is ever going to get any btc back. i would simply like to know what really happened. if FC really was abducted or kidnapped or murdered I think there would be a little more news around it.

a scammer absconding with company funds is not newsworthy in the btc world. it happens to 99% of these start ups.

a btc businessman being murdered or otherwise made to disappear is actually pretty big news.

seeing as there is zero news i can only conclude FC is alive and well and spending the company funds.

i also think he paid off anyone who could actually expose his whereabouts.

i dumped my shares ages ago, so im out, but id love to know where FC is and/or see him face the music.
