Marcin Welner in the case of RepuX and Andrew MacDonald at Joytoken. Both projects came to us from the hand of David Siu and at the same time, the onboarding procedure was standard, and at the time there were no signs of what was going to happen afterwards. The projects raised less than expected, largely because of the bear market (that affected many other ICOs at the same time), and at the end of the ICO they decided that the amount allocated was too high to be paid out in full.

KYC is a legal requirement in order to be compliant with US FinCEN regulations. The legal landscape has changed a lot recently and unfortunately the new turn of events wasn't foreseen when the bounty program started. Syncfab doesn't want to scam anyone, but has the obligation of conducting business in a legal manner to act in the best interest of the investors and the token holders.

What do you mean with "Bancor doesn't have liquidity"? Bancor has infinite liquidity, and saying it's a "scam" just because it isn't on the exchanges you would like is quite a harsh and unfair accusation. In fact the price has been pretty stable in the recent bear market, faring much better than other tokens: In short: the project is going forward and regular payouts to SHP holders are being made.
