I have a withdrawal from yesterday (CryptoCash) which has not arrived. I confirmed the email, and it shows as having gone through, but has not reached destination.
How do I open a support ticket ?
I am in exactly same situation and it made me lose a lose a lot of money as I missed the CASH rally on Cryptsy

Looks very good. And the lady from the 2nd video is really hot

Wow.
I don't blame DZC for what's happened.
I do know that I'm not going within a million miles of a BTC mining investment ever again.
Talk about learning hard lessons.
+1 Got burned in R4 and now R17 seems to be going in the same direction. While I don't think DZ & co have acted in bad faith, I do believe they should have been more cautious when formulating the refund policy.

Once again waiting over 12 hours for my CRN withdrawal.
WTF??

It doesn't matter what port I configure on the command line, cgminer will always listen on port 4028 Am I missing something? Answering myself: wrong setting in cgminer.conf which overrides command line

DZ, did you get any notification about shipping?
The new company has decided that even if HF ships they will hold out for a full BTC refund, Everyone in R1-r2 is screwed on the baby jets that are shipping (not for us) albeit late but some people will get a full btc refund if they are successful with there legal process. Im sure you are all ok with this right? Yes that's fine with me, I was just asking Good luck with the legal process

My money was added to my account after 2 days, but I'm still pissed off that the Sofort (instant) deposit is not instant...

Here is the situation:
I have 2 rigs with 3 7950s on each of them and 2 Corsair CX750 PSUs. The first rig is running perfectly with the first PSU (crashes sometimes but very seldom) but on the second one I can't run more than 2 cards at a time. If I plug in the 3rd one the system crashes after a few minutes of mining (and I can't turn it on again until I have turned off the PSU and waited for some time).
I'm thinking about getting a 3rd CX750 to power one card from each rig to take some work away from the other 2 PSUs, but I'm not sure if this can be done safely. My interpretation is that if I power the risers and the cards with the 3rd PSU (so they don't draw any energy from the other PSUs) there won't be any electrical connection between the two rigs. But of course I might be missing something. I'm using 30cm powered risers for all cards.
Very electrically risky, just get a 1000w PSU. Makes sense. But it's not so easy to find a PSU with sufficient PCI-e outputs at a reasonable price (and it's quite hard to get splitters here)

I am taking my rig offline for some maintenance after the current lease ends. I plan to lease a second one distributing the hashing power evenly between both of them.

Jeez I should have read this thread before sending them money through Sofortbanking which is now "on hold" (even though Sofortbanking is instant).
|
|
|
Did you get your money at the end? I just uploaded funds using SofortBanking and they said they would be "on hold" for 2-3 days!!! WTF??? this is what they understand under "sofort" (immediately in German)?? And they charge a 2% fee for this!

Strange. I'm on this forum for nearly 9 months, and I still don't qualify ?
I don't think registered date is correlated to scamming ability. The rest of the rig owners have reputation threads consisting of previous successful trades and rig rentals. Work on your trust score and I'm sure djeZo will approve your account. I think it's very positive that djezo is filtering the rig providers. Otherwise it would be too simple for a lot of scammers to just take the cash for a day's rental, disappear and repeat next day with a different profile.

Tip: it would be nice to receive an email warning if the rig falls for some reason so the operator can fix it ASAP
