Anyone from ActiveMining willing to help me recover my shares? They have dissapeared from bitfunder account, maybe they were transferred automatically. My username on bitfunder is xenonshop, my bitcoin address: 1CCEBxW6bW3deEQjoiTuVxn3PKNTv24ngj

I believe they were to be transferred automatically for all those who didn't do it yet

At this point I would be happy to wait 2-3 weeks and even pay the fee... but MtGox still doesn't let me request a withdrawal nor do they answer my support requests
1103  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTCchina on: November 19, 2013, 09:07:50 AM
Quick question: how can I withdraw funds (fiat) from BTC China if I'm in Europe? Do the process SEPA for a reasonable fee?
1104  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering] on: November 18, 2013, 10:15:32 AM
I have $4101 in my account but I can't request a withdrawal for any amount (the page says I have exceeded my limits or don't have enough funds). I have never requested a withdrawal before and my account is verified, am I missing something?
yes... u r missing the fact that mtgox doesn't process any withdrawals.
One thing is not processing or taking forever to do so, and a different one is not alowing me to even request a withdrawal
Did you change your password recently?  There is a 24 hour withdrawal hiatus after password reset for security reasons.  It is in a FAQ somewhere..

Nope, it has been at least a month. I have sent a support ticket but no reply yet.

If you hover over the post date, you'll see that the post was edited today.

Extremely low rate... maybe someone from a poor latin-american country will do it but don't expect a high quality

I have made the test of placing an order (without completing the payment) and I didn't see an estimated shipping date anywhere. According to the site the products are available and the $200 shipping fee should have it at my place (Europe) in less than 4 days.
1112  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] - KENILWORTH - Real World Mining Opportunity with Bitcoins on: November 13, 2013, 09:45:52 AM
Thanks, transfer complete!

BTW, any updates about status of exploration?

Is there a space between "Kenilworth" and "Exploration"? Your account name is "Kenilworth Exploration" or "KenilworthExploration" ?

Well I sent it WITH a space and didn't receive any errors, hope it'll do!

How are dividends split if all the shares aren't sold?

I presume unsold shares are not included in the dividend calculation but it would be good to know for sure. Of course, they may all have sold by that point but it may depend somewhat on the BTC exchange rate.

I guess: Unsold shares would just be part of the company. So their dividend would just be paid out to Neo & Bee.

I understand "the company" would include us (shareholders) too. So if for instance out of the 60% equity which was put for sale on the IPVO, only half gets sold, the other 30% equity should be distributed between all shareholders (public and private). In that particular case Danny+other private shareholders would have 40%+30%*(40/70)=57,14% and public (IPVO) shareholders would get 30%+30%*(30/70)=42.86%

At least this is how I see it, correct me if I'm wrong

Do you think we will make a ROI (in fiat, in BTC most probably not)?

1119  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Ich habe 650€ Falschgeld bekommen (localbitcoins) on: November 08, 2013, 10:17:02 PM

1120  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 08, 2013, 03:59:53 PM
I would be willing to sacrifice/lower this part because with current rates we're looking at several millions of $ in dividends, which is not the best plan for a startup.
True, if you look at everything through a fiat lens, that may not seem so bad, but I and many investors no longer think in fiat terms. We elected to buy shares in a Bitcoin company with BTC and expect to see our income and gains in BTC.

^ This. I would consider it as a breach of the Agreement.

I will also not change the agreement, it doesn't set the right precedent if the contract can or would be changed at will to suit the market conditions.

And it definitely would be.

My point/concern is that if a startup solely concentrates on paying dividends (in this case for a total value higher than the valuation of the company), when will there be any growth? In the Bitcoin world we are used to mining stocks, which have a short life-span that justifies a 100% dividend, but this company is completely different. In the real world companies generally don't pay any dividends at all in the first years of operation and concentrate solely on growth.
