421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe that digital currencies will replace Fiat? on: October 06, 2017, 03:24:08 PM
It can be possible that fiat will be gone, but it wont be defeated by a decentralized digital currency, it will be the same, the difference is just that we will only use credit cards and digital money. But Bitcoin wont defeat fiat, it just is not possible and Bitcoin now as it is isn't very good for a global  currency.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn more BTC?? on: October 06, 2017, 03:18:53 PM
Faucets are a waste of time, they can only payout if you have a big amount of referals and even then it is not paying enough for the time wasted. You could have earned a big amount of Bitcoins if you were earning them, not trying to get them for free. You could try doing tasks for other members here, they can be as easy as visiting a site. Try signature campaigns when you get a higher rank and you can earn some small amounts which you can trade later and make more and more.

425  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you give bitcoin as a wedding gift? on: July 04, 2017, 02:07:12 PM
I probably would if Bitcoin would spread like that in my surroundings and friend circle, it could be cool and unusual, but money is money. Unfortunately,  my whole country is weak of knowledge of Bitcoin and it is not bery interesting to the people here.
426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: July 04, 2017, 02:03:23 PM
I have some money in Bitcoin that I use for games and small digital goods. For now, im using it for fun and as a replacement for a credit card because I do not own one and Bitcoin is better for me. I am planing to start investing with Bitcoin and start trading, though. So I will be saving for something bigger.

I can log in to them even though I live here in Brazil?
Yes, you can log in everywhere.

How are we going to do it?
Either you pay first and I will send the account when I get the Bitcoins or we can use escrow(you pay the fees).

432  Economy / Economics / Re: BITCOIN HALVING? on: June 04, 2017, 05:01:24 PM
Bitcoin halving is cutting miners block reward by half. The last Bitcoin halving up to now was last year (I think it was in August) and it happens approximately every 4 years, so the next one will be somewhere in 2020. The price is known for pumping after this happens, but it didn't happen in 2016.
433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you using low fees? on: June 04, 2017, 04:54:30 PM
I can't even get trough with normal fees, I would use low fees but my transaction would be confirmed a week later and I do not want to wait that long. I send normal fees always because I do not want to pay half of the transactions worth with high fees. You should not use low until everything with the fees is settled.
434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is declining as top crypto currency. Why? on: June 04, 2017, 04:43:02 PM
Why do you even think ethereum is passing Bitcoin? Just because some alternatives are pumping and Bitcoin is having a hard time, doesn't mean that any alternative will surpass Bitcoin. The altcoins will dump and Bitcoin will get things settled. Bitcoin will always be #1 no matter how much do other coins pump.

436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you need to make frequent backups of wallet files? on: June 04, 2017, 04:37:54 PM
No, you don't have to do it frequently. I have an android phone wallet and I backed up my wallet about 6 months ago, I never backed it up again. When I restore it, it restores the last value I had on my wallet (obviously). It is probably a warning for a situation where you lose the back up file, so it tells you to do it frequently. I keep my back up file on my google drive so I do not have to worry about it.
437  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins value on: June 04, 2017, 04:30:29 PM
I think its affected by the popularity because popularity makes demand, the more people start using Bitcoin and spend or earn it, the bigger the price will be because it is bigger demand. The second factor is supply. Bitcoin price is also determined by popularity in physical shops and adaptation.
438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I always lose all my tokens and btc on gambling~ on: June 04, 2017, 04:25:10 PM
Just stop gambling, you can't ever win in long term on gambling. And as a hobby, you are actually throwing money away because you are bored. You could try faucet or demo gambling, its the same stuff, but you don't give your own money away. Or just find a more normal hobby that doesn't involve money.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which 1 satoshi coins? on: June 03, 2017, 07:53:09 AM
You will just end up holding a lot of scamcoins that nobody wants and you could not sell them to anyone and you will be stuck with it. Its just like dumping your coins into a void. You better try with strong and stable alternatives, like Litecoin and simillar.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First to reach 1 Trillion $ on: June 03, 2017, 07:49:13 AM
It would be near impossible for Bitcoin to reach $1 Trilliom market cap, then how do you think that an Altcoin would reach it. Bitcoin is used to pay everyday stuff and its market is always expanding, but where can you pay for everyday stuff in ethereum for an example. Altcoins are just investments and they cant really be an accepted currency.
