1241  Economy / Services / Re: Need an Idea for a school project - Paying btc - 0.01 BTC on: April 09, 2017, 02:51:22 AM
You either are too smart or you think that you're smart which makes you seem really naive to think that people will actually give you some golden ideas for a few bucks, nice move with moderated thread Cheesy you could delete any good idea if there was any so others couldn't use it/ copy it.

But since I'm a person wishing for a better world I'd give you an idea anyways.

Could you research this idea to see if it's possible?

We know that there are already wireless battery charging (Tesla idea of wireless electricity) it means electricity moving in the air instead of in wires.

What if we could manufacture a motherboard/ Ram/ CPU/ GPU/ HD/ etc, making them look like the ordinary stuff around the house/ office and they could function as a computer by using wireless electricity?
1242  Economy / Economics / Re: Will you invest in a MLM scam in early stage? on: April 09, 2017, 02:31:50 AM
You should ask this instead: would you steal money from others or not with the risk of losing money yourself? and you need to realize one thing, do you want to earn money without working and without knowing where that money came from? I don't care if it's a MLM business or pyramid scheme/scam you must make sure what are you going to feed your family with, whether some people losing in order for you to earn or not.
1243  Economy / Services / Re: ADMIRALSPOT Casino Signature Campaign on: April 07, 2017, 08:15:19 AM
And of course as always Yahoo as a manager and ten times more participants as needed for the campaign applying Cheesy like they're following you or definitely following you, bookmark> apply> sign out> sign in> apply with different rank/account> sign out> sign in> apply and so on as if it's not obvious at all and they don't care whether there are any open spots or not they just apply either get accepted or it counts as one extra post 2 target with 1 shot Cheesy
1244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost 10 BTC in three days. Should I end my life? on: April 07, 2017, 08:03:45 AM
Have you ever thought about giving 1BTC to someone who truly needs it and can actually change their life? I'd suggest you that once in your life try this, give 1 bitcoin from whatever you have left to someone in need without expecting anything in return whatsoever and if that didn't turn back to you ten folds and if it didn't make you feel great then I'm wrong and there is no higher power in play in the world.

See how'd you lost 10 bitcoins just like that, but just once try to give away with pure of heart and intent without wanting something in return and if that didn't change your mood and your life then by all means do whatever you want over 11BTC.

Also it really sucks to see that dude thinking he could actually win that 200BTC bet just like that, like casinos sit there like a carrot and let you win so easily, when will people learn and think without greed?
1245  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1,200 incoming (Next goal is $1,300) on: April 07, 2017, 07:25:59 AM
All the drama of bitmain/ hard fork/ BU aside, there is a new kind of adoption in process of happening right now and in the 2-6 years in the future are vital, while you guys are happy with your $100-$200 price changes I'm thinking about the situation of the network before and after the next halving.
Bitcoin can't take such hits like threat of a hard fork and chain split and just the news alone hurts the system.
Bitcoin indeed needs to appear firm and strong in the eyes of the public, decentralized yes I agree but not thirsty for each other's blood.

Back on topic now, if transactions per second increases and network effectively process them in timely manner as we'll probably see new users hopefully in millions and above as time goes by price should rise $1400+ towards $2000 only if those holding +100K coins stop selling so cheap.
1246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Well, well, well, now we know what Jihan Wu’s been up to. on: April 07, 2017, 04:39:58 AM
How would you know if some nerd genius isn't mining 30 blocks a day with just using a hand made ASIC like super miner with the cost of only $10,000?

we'd check the blockchain.
To do what exactly checking the blockchain? you can't magically see their mining farms via a magical camera after checking blockchain, you can't even know the miners locations since they can easily join a pool and many of miners use mixers and Tor to cover their tracks very well.

I really blame PoW, because PoW makes all of this shit possible.

+1

and your analysis makes sense to me

Thank you.
Please go buy more LTC before it goes to the mars and hope it doesn't crash land there, shill of LTC much?
I guess this PoW is more like the provably fair in gambling where you only lose in the long run and everyone tells you it's a provable by math that it was fair, but still you'll keep losing.

But again not everyone can understand that you can not boil water without heat/ fire same you can not prove that you done the work without actually doing the work.
1247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: bitcoin dice casinos. Is it profitable to have such casino? on: April 07, 2017, 04:19:58 AM
Sure why the hell not? you go ahead and launch a new online casino but be aware of the big/trusted/well established services not to dry you out with their large bankrolls. and obviously you'll end up cheating the gamblers after running fair and legit for a while seeing there are some strategists gamblers drying you out everyday.

But if you set some house edge and have more than 100BTC in your bankroll then deploying provably fair mechanism and have a user friendly design/ interface/ platform and of course if you heavily/ widely/ massively advertise because advertising is the golden rule, lets be honest even God advertised by sending thousands of prophets Smiley people need to know that you exist, they need to get to know you closely, you need to become a part of their daily lives.

Also an important rule: you need to be a high ranking member of forum and a trusted one with no negative trust.

Anyways I know that you'll end up like many ( cheating, because in gambling you either cheat or they will cheat you).
1248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Well, well, well, now we know what Jihan Wu’s been up to. on: April 07, 2017, 03:58:03 AM
Some people trying to change the subject here, bitmain mined with S9s for more than 3 months before they even announce that they'll going to manufacture a new generation of miners and additionally mined for 3 more months after the news came out and now I bet they're already mining with next gen ASIC miners for a few month now but could you really blame them? people will do whatever earns them more, they should've changed the POW protocol when first ASIC came out and started mining not now after +70% of total bitcoin supply been mined.

How would you know if some nerd genius isn't mining 30 blocks a day with just using a hand made ASIC like super miner with the cost of only $10,000?
1249  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ BITPLAY ★ BIGGEST ONLINE BITCOIN GAMING PLATFORM on: April 06, 2017, 06:04:26 PM
How can I trust you after seeing you calling your self the biggest online bitcoin gaming platform? and seeing you providing a link other than bitplay.com/ .io/ .net or dot whatever lol.
1250  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Manipulations on: April 06, 2017, 05:51:59 PM
Welcome to crypto land Cheesy there is no rule stopping someone from being stupid, though I don't know how can you call that manipulation? that is only manipulation when someone has the control over most of the supply so they do that to keep the price down and make the order books to seem more legit like a natural economy, or someone saw other idiots willing to buy all his coins at that price so he dumped them all.

Right about now if you inject $100M into LTC market you could potentially pump the price up to $35+ and while pumping then others will join in hopes of earning profit so they will actually buy from you $35 per coin and you could even demand much higher prices and they'll still buy from you, now that's what I call true manipulation.

While when you buy bitcoin at any given price there are real people using bitcoin for real and legitimate businesses and still not a mainstream currency I don't know why people bother to even go near altcoins?
1251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Upper and lower limits on: April 06, 2017, 04:43:39 PM
I'm so confused to understand what you are trying to prove here? it is mathematically impossible for the house to lose in the long run, you realize that math doesn't lie? you can't really manage your loss or gain especially in dice gambling, you put a bet then roll the dice and you either win or you lose.
If you win there is absolutely no guarantee that your next bet is going to win. when you lose it is though more probable to lose the next bet.

You can argue years after years about gambling and luck but what is luck truly? how do you define luck? do you really believe that luck is something random? if it's not random then who or what force derives your luck? and if it's completely random then you should know that house edge is there to make sure the end results are in their favor and not your's.

How can it be random though? in a world where the smallest particles can change their behavior to defeat human mind nothing is random.

Do you know anything about quantum physics? an experiment where scientists throw one particle and place 2 slots opened in front of it and a board behind the slots and they see that 2 particles appear on the board, but how can 1 single particle becomes 2 and hit the board? as if it duplicated itself right before passing through the slots, so every time when that particle had to chose between those 2 slots it chose both of them.

It gets interesting when they decide to take screen shot from the particle right before it turns into 2 particles but every time they took screen shots they could only see 1 particle going from slot A or slot B, every time they watched the process only 1 particle hit the board not 2.

Then they decided to take screen shot after it passed the 2 slots trying to trick matter Cheesy but guess what happened? again they only saw 1 particle as if it went back in time and passed from only 1 slot like it knew that they will try to take a picture from it Cheesy just mind blowing, how's that for randomness?
1252  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-04-06] Does Regulation Slow Down or Accelerate Adoption? on: April 06, 2017, 04:09:16 PM
Most definitely will accelerate adoption for all the legitimate businesses and of course will block all the open channels for criminal/ illegal activities but not completely, so it does help bitcoin and the legit communities and will scare away those people trying to do more harm than good further more.
1253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does Roger Ver pay for BU Reddit ads? on: April 06, 2017, 02:57:11 PM
thinking anything not core as a threat, is in itself the problem
thinking bitcoin needs core and only core is the problem

wake up and get out of your reddit scripts of kissing cores ass and start thinking of bitcoin. not king gmaxwell and queen theymos..
but instead think about bitcoin. the real decentralised diverse bitcoin.

many diverse decentralised node are a good thing.
one codebase is bad

wake up

But whatever we do we're going to have one base code/ protocol/ sets of rules for all miners to follow, how does switching to BU and mine under BU code work out for being diverse? looks like you don't understand what a decentralized network stands for, as long as you and I and everyone else from any country in the world can run a full node/ start mining like the ones already mining that's called decentralized network of miners.
Whenever you see someone mining while running Core and you can't mine with the same hash power same amount of coins then that's centralized.

You say diverse but how? like any miner mine with their own sets of rules like I mine a block with 2MB size and the whole system validates and you mine a block with 8MB size and the whole system validates? who has cabin fever now?
1254  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: April 06, 2017, 01:07:05 PM
In line with your thoughts if bitcoin will become a legal tender or a real currency replacing fiat currency then there is no fun in bitcoin anymore since we can no longer expect its price to increase or skyrocket since its price will be stable. For me one of the asset of bitcoin is its capacity to increase in value that gives me more leverage and more income.
Which fiat do you mean?
US dollar?
Euro?
Pound?
Yuan?
Franc?
Bitcoin still is struggling to process more than 5 transactions per second, the whole bitcoin code wasn't designed to make bitcoin available for masses but rather used for those trying to avoid centralized and heavily controlled money ( the system not just the currency) bitcoin is indeed a perfect alternative to traditional banking industry but still a monetary branch, only a decentralized one.

People should start treat and see bitcoin as it is and not something that it can't or won't be. when you have a glass of water you can't have more water in it than it already contains.
1255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Ban on: April 06, 2017, 12:37:09 PM
It doesn't matter if the world governments ban bitcoin they already have their own legitimate reasons to do so anyways, what you can do however if faced any problem in a specific country there is always some options available for every one such as taking advantage of services like BitMixer to cover your tracks effectively in cheapest way possible and there will be people here in this forum to buy and sell bitcoin if everywhere else failed you.
1256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would bitcoin coexist with digital fiat in the future? on: April 05, 2017, 12:30:37 PM
Didn't you guys read the memo? Cheesy people are fine and happy using fiat and they will be in the future, though I don't know about chips in our bodies since I won't use such technology to become cyborg Cheesy but there might be a network where all the cctvs/ cameras in every shop/ store/ restaurant/ gas station, etc. will identify your face and whatever you can purchase or more like you can go and grab whatever you want to buy and then walk out the door while the cameras automatically calculated the amount of your purchase and deducted it from your bank account and no employee to work in those places other than of course the usual security guards which even right now most of them lack, and if your balance is not enough of course the door won't open or the guards will stop you and over all there are some down and up sides but that method is more practical/ logical/ achievable.

I doubt if 90% of all the people want to use bitcoin not for any particular reason but they rather stick to the norms, and they really don't need to use it.
Only the people using bitcoin right now for the use cases, easy to use/ transfer. basically being the money and the vault both at the same time.
Being something new giving people many new opportunities enabling them to print their own money in their houses ( yeah I know mining is no longer profitable and bla bla bla Cheesy ) being a decentralized system, many countries sanctioned by the world eaters ( world powers) leaving them with disadvantages but their people shouldn't suffer from political conflicts and are truly innocent but unable to conduct businesses with other nations/ countries for the very legit reasons ( not any military/ illegal purchases) they can use bitcoin and in that matter justice really has been served properly by the benefits of BTC.

Anyone coming in contact with cryptocurrencies and could use them for something then they'll do so no matter if you live in tyranny or democracy people will do whatever they want.
1257  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-04-05] Bitcoin to Be Accepted at 260,000 Stores in Japan by This Summer on: April 05, 2017, 10:57:26 AM
In God I Trust

One of the greatest news I've heard in 2017 so far, but suddenly my happiness turned into sorrow when I remembered the max transactions per second that network of miners can effectively process is 3-5 and what will happen 1 year from now if we are still with no working solution and there will be demand for 25 transactions per second and growing exponentially?
BU needs to drop the childish actions such as spamming the network all the time to force the public to switch and support their hard fork and let the SW activates then LN should come in play  because clearly the world is signalling that they want to use bitcoin. (Japan being an advanced country with technological capabilities in support of using the bitcoin payment method and other countries will definitely follow).
1258  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the big things on social media that can be relate with bitcoin? on: April 05, 2017, 10:37:15 AM
Social medias has billion of users, ( facebook has 1.89 billion users as of February 2017 ) making it the most populated social media. Now we're talking about the big things. This sites make the worlds communication much easier and reliable. There are countless Facebook groups and pages that is related in cryptocurrencies not mentioning all the group chats that are being used as a communication. The technology is there, the thing is that these things are in private, if we're talking about business ideas, it is chronic in social medias nowadays. The information and the potential of cryptocurrencies are there too, one must just have a research.

I think the best way to spread Bitcoin to people is that when there is a trusted and legit Facebook page. That has the capability to make people believe in it. The credibility of the page and it's image to people is important. We are flooding in information and don't know where to find truth. So if there is at least one trusted page ( e.g. NASA , national geographic ). It will have a big contribution to people.
I doubt if 1.89B are all real people since there are literally millions of people with dozens of accounts, even some people have 500+ accounts lol.
Twitter has 500M users but again I bet 30% of facebook users and 25% of twitter users are inactive.
Bitcoin is there for grab people need to come to knowing it by their own terms, I think one thing many people don't understand is that bitcoin is the first currency (digital/crypto) that no government has any control over it and is accepted by millions and they'll pay real hard cash for it.
It doesn't matter what we do and what we say as long as people can just hear about it for once the rest is up to them, but advertising/promoting is good but only time will help to spread the news about bitcoin and generally the world is not ready yet 2 more generations needed for people first to be fully aware and fluent with internet and online world/technology then to get to know about every game changing technology such as bitcoin.
1259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling sites should ask proofs ? on: April 05, 2017, 06:30:46 AM
Why would anyone fear when it comes to giving their ID screen shots to online services? oh I know the answer, because many of such services had taken those information and used them to scam people/identity theft/fraud/impersonating, you only need to give such info to trusted services and only when fiat money is involved, never give your info/ID if you are only playing with crypto coins.
You need to be able to have the government backing you up when it comes to fraud and complaints against online services and if your government doesn't protect you from online gambling/casinos if they ever tried to use your info/ID in criminal activities, you seriously need to check first and if you are not protected by law then do not give them anything not only casinos but exchanges and generally any online service.
1260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Clif High's solution for Bitcoin to scale to infinity. on: April 05, 2017, 04:16:15 AM
Looks like you are confused understanding what is really happening here, people want to be able to mine up to the 21M limit in a few years and not decades, problem isn't bandwidth and storage as mining is now specialized industry anyone wanting to start mining they'd need to invest large amounts so let them spend some on good internet and hardware but with the ASIC miners you'll only need one full node.

Problem isn't in the lack of space but how many transactions in size and how often (time between finding blocks) should be mined.
Unless anyone has any method/program/algorithm that could compress all sorts of signature versions/transaction data of normal addresses-multi sig addresses and reduce their sizes in order for miners being able to put more TXs in a 1MB of space, otherwise I suggested a mining mechanism where all the miners point their hash power and then mine 1 block exactly every 10 minutes and that would be a huge pool with no orphan blocks/aborted blocks/rejected blocks and also that would mean no more lottery for each miner trying to win=much easier and people will be able to mine with one tenth of the electricity and that could potentially affect the price in a negative way.
