It`s a shame for KNC.... people get their unit a week earlier than others will receive for same confirmed production day (day 2 should be shipping). It seems "one KNC-day" is nearly a week in rest of the world.

Well, at least it's not "two weeks"(tm) equalling 2 years.

Aren't these "where is my order?" style questions better suited to being asked on either the kncminer.com forum or in some kind of support ticket? I mean is anyone from KNCminer going to see a question like that being asked here?

The Getwork server will be shut down in less than one week.  The old protocol is finally being taken out back to be put down.

Are you just looking at your order page or copying your "# to check order status: ####-####-####" and pasting it into the order tracking on the front page?

Our Engineers have been working all weekend and the hosting facility is now operating normally.
So we can now increase our compensation for all DAY 1 customers that should of been hashing by now.
We will offer all customers 4 coins per Jupiter that should of been up and running by now as a good will gesture as you are currently about 4 days behind the factory queue.
We will be sending out login details to the people going live today and we will have more boxes online in the hosting facility tomorrow.
We appreciate that this is not an ideal situation for any of our customers but we are working on getting these issues solved a soon as possible
Oh and yes everyone still gets a free months hosting
