I hope they have used a "Beaglebone Black" for the Linux controller as this board has HDMI video output.

It will be useful in the event of network problems (if you have problems establishing connection to you router).

If you have to troubleshoot network connection problems and need to see startup logs and/or change settings, then a keyboard and monitor will be important.

PS. I have posted this question in KnC forums.

EDIT... got reply from Sam already.. and it's confirmed...

Hi

Yes all of our devices have a beaglebone installed on the controller card.

The Bitfury-based USB miners look like they'll be the next "big thing" - 2.5GH/s+ on a USB stick.  I know I'll be replacing my Erupters with a rack of them.
They don't run on anything but RPi for now.

Dont be hating on thr Rpi!  Shocked

Okay doky there. Follow this guide and you will be up in no time. Well after you get another hub. Look into the Dlin Dub-h7 or the Anker 9+1 port hub. You need at least to be safe 5amps to fire all well. 500ma*10=5a. <- you can find at amazon.

Why you say that. They are pretty sturdy.. Gota love k'nex
k'nex is so useful! Wouldn't lego have been stronger though?!

stronger probly but i can make k'nex be almost as strong. There is nothing sagging on the setup. Plus i got 2 10gallon tubs full of k'nex...i dont have any lego's

erm. dont follow into the hype. The "BLOCK ERUPTER" is only 333mh.. most of everything is nowadays is Gigahas/Tarahash... BUT if you want to get into it it is a start. Just dont look into ROI. It can be a start if you want to get into it! Smiley

I hate you!

I know. I'm used to it. I also drive a Tesla. Not a day goes by that I don't have to fight off at least a dozen trolls before breakfast. Knock yourself out.

You deserve a round of applause. That is some funny shit right there.
Is it the roadster? I have always wanted one!

Database migration is complete!  There's a little tidying up left to do, and a pesky time zone issue I need to fix, but for the most part everything is now complete.

still speedy.  Shocked Cool! Keep up the good work Eleuthria!

No data on charts... Huh
No data on rankings...

The rest looks fine.

The old chart data was not copied over, so it will take time to repopulate the data for them to start drawing again.  They should start showing up again in an hour or so.  Rankings were the same situation, but they've already started to regenerate.
Yea!! That means i will be up at top now for the Texas United team.. Smiley Grin  erm wait... never mind. Still old data there.. Undecided    Damn...  Cheesy

well that number is up in the 1ks not good. But i think i narrowed it down to my battery backup. Either that or i fried a card already.. that would be the far right card. Cry If i reboot the computer its fine but my battery backup is overloading from the computer pulling over the rated wattage. I dont know because even me erupters are having a high number of rejects as of here lately and i got only 4 of them pluged into the computer with a fan right on top of them. This is all of a sudden. any ideas?

if you have alot of miners i can see how that would be a pain. I am lucky that i dont see any down time still. everything seems to still be running fine.
