1881  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: February 01, 2017, 04:07:05 PM
Well i am not a businessman, i am software engineer, but i start business with crypto currency. Bitcoin is first thing in my life, where i invest my money, and by chance or may be i have luck it worked, and than i started to do work with bitcoin and usually i buy bitcoin in a cheap price and hold them and wait for right time than sell them, it is best investment wise and also you should do it.

I am no engineer but I have been in network marketing business for sometime now.  One thing I observe that will enable us to earn money whatever field we are in.  We should be aware of any opportunity that knocks in our door.  This opportunity may come in different package like job, business, investment or sometimes gambling (mostly gambling is rare case).  We should know how to identify them from the things that might take advantage on us.  With enough research and knowlege on stuff to avoid and stuff to get in, we should earn more money that we expected since we can avoid unnecessary investments or job that may drain us our time and money and will give less than what we have invested.
1882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin to buy everyday needs? on: February 01, 2017, 02:49:58 PM
in my place there are no single store that accept bitcoin even most of the people doesn't know what is bitcoin,it is nice to see people can bought something using bitcoin, I only can bought things from internet, but with the grow of bitcoin i believe one day there will be a store using bitcoin in my city
Yes, this is what people waiting, to have bitcoin in every city. And yes even me, I can fastly buy items using bitcoin through internet.
But bitcoin is not much necessary to use in everyday life since it is not that popular in every country. But for sure one day this thing will happen.

Indeed we are hoping that one day, Bitcoin will be accepted everywhere. I am so waiting for the day when i go to the store in the next block, I'll be using my smartphone sending Bitcoin to pay for the things I bought from his store.  I hope it won't take another decade for us to experience this.
1883  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of the money on: January 31, 2017, 06:08:07 PM
The game that I played where I won most money is Dice.  I was playing in Yobit with 0.025 BTC bankroll,  I happen to increase it to 0.525 BTC by martingale approach.  I think I just got lucky that day because I cannot duplicate the winnings lol.
1884  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where would you invest if you had 40$/day ? on: January 31, 2017, 05:52:28 PM
If I have $40 per day, assuming this is an extra money, I would be buying Bitcoin with it.  I always dream of having 1 whole bitcoin in my stash.  So having $40 everyday,  and investing it to Bitcoin will fulfill my dream and at the same time gives me a lot of profit after 5 years.

1886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin to buy everyday needs? on: January 31, 2017, 05:01:10 PM
is there any place you guys have been staples stores that accept payment using bitcoin, because I had to be pioneered, may be slightly users because not many people know, hopefully this will be so many people using bitcoin as a means of transaction

Mainly stores are online that accept bitcoin as payment.  In day to day lives we have an exchanger, from Bitcoin to our currency, and also do a service of accepting BTC to process our Bill payment and Mobile credit.  WE can exchange our Bitcoin on that site and send it anywhere in the country thru bank transfer or remittances.
1887  Economy / Services / Re: QTUM Signature and Avatar Campaign [READ THE OP] on: January 31, 2017, 04:49:23 PM
guys guys guys, moderator does a good job.  If he doesnt want to pay you, then there is nothing you can do.  Its a signature campaign.  People are getting paid.  Not technically a scam accusation.  Just let it go.  Anyways, I'd like to keep going for the next round:

why he said that i'm spammer?
this is wrong.
He is bad manager too..

I was about to say your previous post this week were not a spam, even though you are having a hard time writing in english(they are on topic since you are looking for a team for your project maybe low quality but not a spam), but as this issue goes by you are becoming a spammer, spamming this thread, it would be wise for you to put up a scam accusation because spamming here won't do you any good. But, it would be better if you can settle this on PM,

Anyway if this campaign is no longer accepting new applicants, then kindly notify OP to put CFNP on the title page.
1888  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't fall for the chinese scammers trying to make you panic sell on: January 31, 2017, 09:34:07 AM
The chinese are using the PBOC as an excuse to crush the price and short and use all the panic sellers on their advantage.

How do we stop them and fuck them up? easy, don't panic sell when they release more PBOC messages. If they see that they can't manipulate the price with those PBOC messages,, they will try to stop shorting and they will start longing pushing the price up.

The price will rise and fall with out the help of the Chinese and users of bitcoins will only sell if they want to if this increase the price of bitcoins I'm sure more users might sell but then more new users will join the bitcoin revolution and that it self will make the price rise and bitcoins so lety them try and thefn there be more profit in bitcoins for us all

But with Chinese people buying Bitcoin, it is easier to make its price increase.  Definitely Bitcoin is still volatile even without the Chinese in the scene but isn't it great if Bitcoin have those Chinese population to adopt it?

Well, I agree that to counter this PBOC announcement is to become idle whenever they release a bad press.  They will eventually learn that their effort to FUD BTC is just a waste and probably think of another way.  It is a business, and PBOC wanted to take incharge LOL.
1889  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in China on: January 31, 2017, 07:20:53 AM
Im not very worried about the price because thinner volumes also mean the price can go up just as easy as it can go down. Plus there will be other exchanges that will offer 0% fees to fill the demand the Chinese exchanges has created

This is obviously a wrong assumption

When markets are becoming thin, that means less trading volume but less trading volume just reflects traders losing interest to this market. I don't really know how the latter can contribute to higher prices in any conceivable way. As a matter of fact, thinning of a market typically precedes inevitable price collapse in the nearest future, though the price can remain at its current levels for some time. It just becomes more "fragile", in a sense, and a small push may make it crash heavily

I get it. But do you actually believe that when the price of BTC rushes upwards is a product of it being fundamentally sound? I believe that the markets are manipulated. BTC markets especially because the exchanges operate outside the law. When prices start to fall it will not be in the best interest of the miners and the merchants and maybe a few big investors. So now a small push can also make it rise heavily.

Well aren't we used to it?  Market had been manipulated ever since.  In every stocks there is some whales that dictates how the price go.  If this whale lose interest you can see the market going down until some whales pick it up and play with it.  As for the price yes a think sell wall can push the price to rise heavily but it can also go down heavily too since buy support is also thin.
1890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Marketing company leaks thousands of credit card numbers on: January 31, 2017, 05:52:33 AM
There is no real advantage that BTC have over them as long as the exchanges stick to KYC and AML policy. If coinbase didn't have customers information in the first place government won't be asking for it, but we can also argue this is exchange dependent.

I agree as long a bitcoin need to pass thru a third party company, there is not much of a difference.  The security of the account details is still in that company's hand.  We just do the thing as trusting the company and hope that they do not give out our information. LOL.
1891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: January 30, 2017, 05:32:15 PM
I guess the biggest factor is the technology, people have limited access to the internet.  Second is being ignorant of bitcoin not knowing that it is exist.  Third is the illiteracy of people to use technology.  Fourth is the failed promotional campaign since only limited audience were reached.  That is some of the reason why people do not get Bitcoin.
1892  Economy / Economics / Re: On what way would you know that your investing on the right business? on: January 30, 2017, 04:02:47 PM
Not only that the business is giving you profit.  This business should have all the necessary documents need to run a company.  Have certifications and have been running smoothly.  Aside from that, if they are investment company, they should be recognized by the government as that. So knowing that you have profit, the company have complete documents and license, and running smoothly, am sure you are in the right investment company.
1893  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do America and England follow bitcoin? on: January 30, 2017, 02:26:32 PM
I hope that bitcoin will also use by developed countries such as USA and England because they have need to get digital  currencies to maintain their requirements of life.

I think they are already used by people in there.  As a matter of fact almost all the latest application of Bitcoin are being tested there first.  There are also lots of Bitcoin atm and establishment that is accepting bitcoin as mode of payment in those countries.  So I goes your hope had been fulfilled even before you typed your hopes here.
1894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So many "Where to invest BTC threads" and so few real investment options. WHY? on: January 30, 2017, 01:48:43 PM
I think there are so many bitcoin investment threads but in reality there only legit investment site is because the people in this community are having a hard time whom to trust! I mean majority of use experienced being scammed so it's hard for us to invest again because we are afraid that we might get scam again!

It is not who to trust but many bitcoin ventures are ending as scam due to the anonymous feature that were taken advantage by this investment company.  If we want a legit one many investment requires us not to invest in Bitcoin but rather in fiat money or they need our identity for KYC purposes which many of bitcoin holder doesn't like. So at the end only a handful legit investment serve as an option for bitcoin holder.
1895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🔴 ICOBID PLATFORM RELEASED 🌟🔴 GREAT REWARD 🌟🔴 HOLDING FOR REVENUE SHARE on: January 29, 2017, 04:37:54 PM
Quote
After registering, your ICOBID address with its balance immediately holds a share of platform's revenue
While we're patiently waiting for The beta release, Can we expect Yobit to list ICOB this week?

So the next question would, does the forum revenue be displayed in Public?  What is the compensation plan computation?  I think revenues will be paid in ICOBID since they just asked about members ICOBID, come to think of it this means the plan is to buy ICOBID in the exchange then distribute it to the forum member.  Quite an idea IMHO.
1896  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: January 29, 2017, 04:27:28 PM
Not easy i believe. Actually very hard. Quit smoke more easy. Some of gambler play for money, some of play for adrenaline, some of play for just fun so there is only one way to give up. Find a real love Wink

Gambling is sickness so we r all sick. We need a real life partner. So she/he can forget everything about gambling. Hope we find that real love. I can bet myself for cant find Cheesy
I think they are the same. Smoking and gambling cause a lot of trouble to anyone who get addicted. I have seen a guy who smokes for more than 30 years and now he has a lung cancer. Damn. It is hard to quit something you are already addicted to. Try not to involve in these things or your life will soon collapse
I think that people who know they have difficulty controlling themselves, should not even initiate such practices. Gambling is something that was made for people that hava self-control, moreover, if you play with intent to get rich, this is another mistake because in gambling the chances of losing are always greater than the chances of winning.

Indeed that should be the ideal to do, avoid something that we have weakness of not to be able to control ourselves.  But people are way to attach to their nature, that is to have excitement and entertainment.  So we just ignore the fact that playing gambling games can possibly make us addicted to it.  And once addicted, we then have a hard time fixing ourselves  of our impulse control LOL.
1897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Is Your Worst Moment in Gambling? on: January 29, 2017, 04:17:49 PM
My worst experience is being caught by my mum in playing in an Online Casino LOL.  I was just a teenager back then when I sometimes sneak just to play an online Gambling games.  Since i was just a kid so parents rule the house, one rule is not to play gambling but i did not follow it, so sneaking is the best way to do it just don't be caught.  Even though I don't have plan to be caught, mum just caugt me LOL.  And there go half of my allowance being grounded  Cry
1898  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is everything so silent these days around here? on: January 29, 2017, 04:07:07 PM
So everyone is in an observation pace?  Or is this a silence before a storm?  I hope that storm will make BTC price to skyrocket  not the other way around.

IMO, it's calm trend as I can see. About last bubble, as the result on end of year effect especially when Chinese are controlling the transaction.
Although it's calm but it's slowly increase over time but for some time, it will back to decrease until ready to bubble again at the end of this year

Well I guess the whales are done accumulating  Grin  seems we are in a possible transition of natural growth to manipulated growth again.  So let us see what happen next.  I hope it is a Bitcoin PUMP.
1899  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: January 29, 2017, 03:54:23 PM
Bitcoin is a deflationary tool at its core, his proposal is absolutely restricted in the future growth of the number of coins will stop that supports the price of bitcoin, at least for the moment. Bitcoins are extremely rare, while the supply of fiat is constantly increasing, cause of governments able to print it nonstop.

This is wrong, government cant keep on printing money as many as they like. The reason why fiat is going to be replaced by fiat is because of the inflation reason, at one point sooner or later people will need to stay out of inflation especially poor countries in the middle east or else their people might not be able to afford anything

One thing should be accomplish before Bitcoin can replace fiat.  And that is the government recognition and acceptance of Bitcoin to replace their own fiat which in my opinion is far from happening.  As long as the government reject Bitcoin as their main currency, it will never replace fiat.  It will always stay as alternative to fiat currency.
With your comment I will say that there are two ways of replacing fiat with bitcoin one is if people will use only bitcoin for their uses like shopping and other transactions and fiat will also exist but will not be in use that much. It do not require any recognition from the government and the other way is the government recognize it so in this way fiat will completely disappear from the scene.

But sadly people are too attached to their government.  "cautious" people tend to wait for their government to recognize a certain things before using it especially it has connection to currency because they don't want to be tagged in money laundering.  Besides, the issue here is not individual but rather a national currency issue, so it needs an authority approval to fully practice the replacement of once currency to another currency.
1900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could bitcoin prevent crime? on: January 29, 2017, 03:41:26 PM
Apparently, majority of the posters before me didn't read the post at all.

Sorry, let me rephrase - not prevent crime exactly, but prevent violence during criminal transactions.

In a criminal transaction Escrow would be the safest option because if the escrow jets with the money he'll have two criminals after him, not just one!
If I were buying something face-to-face, you can easily just put a knife to my face and I would probably send you my Bitcoins. Just don't bring too much with you.
You can't track Bitcoins, if you were to use an escrow, the escrow probably won't reveal his/her identity. If they do, the escrow could be in danger if either of the criminals decides to attack him.

It has been answered several page back and so the following people are just taking conversation and reacting to the post before them while relating it to the topic in my opinion.  Else if I write something to answer what is in the OP I will be  parroting almost majority of the member who replied here including you.  So basically your answer had been posted several pages back.

With regards to the OP Q, Ill be parroting the answer.

It can't prevent violence if people are transacting face to face, but it will if it is done thru 3rd party processor but, it will not prevent a crime if one of the person have malicious intent to scam the person with BTC even if there is an escrow. e.g. paypal < > bitcoin  paypal triggers the chargeback after the successful trade.
