1221  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: October 29, 2017, 12:05:56 PM
The needed fund must be in billions to end poverty in many part of the world. If bitcoin will become worth a hundred dollar per coin  in the future, it will be of great help for those who are seeking enough money to eradicate poverty in some part of the world. It is difficult to end poverty in the whole world while there is ongoing wars and calamities in some places. Bitcoin will play a major role if all bitcoin holders contributes for the betterment of those who are in poorest sector.
1222  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do u think bitcoin value in 2018 will be $ 15K? on: October 29, 2017, 06:47:24 AM
A $15000 bitcoin price prediction for next year might be possible if the current trend of hitting a new high continues. Some people even predicted $10000 for bitcoin for end 2017. But various experts have been tried to predicts it in the past and almost all of them are failed and their predictions are not even close. Bitcoin will continue to face challenges ahead like the SegWit2x and another hardfork next year and this might affect the future price of the virtual currency.

1224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is better than Cash. on: October 29, 2017, 05:30:49 AM
Bitcoin, no doubt, is better than fiat or cash especially if you always perform your transactions online and has also many advantages to offer. That is, when you are online you will get the benefits of using bitcoin in any transactions want to do, but majority of the people still don't know how to use the internet so for them cash is better to use and readily available.
1225  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: October 28, 2017, 12:56:10 PM
It really hard to predict the price of a highly volatile cryptocurrency like the bitcoin because of its unregulated nature. Some experienced traders have been relying on some available data and indicators in the predicting the price of the bitcoin. Factors and events that connected to bitcoins are also used in making price forecasts. If you are seasoned crypto-trader, you can easily predicts the price based on your experience.

1227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: October 28, 2017, 08:04:59 AM
People are afraid of what they do not know - this phrase can also be applied to bitcoin. We meet so many skeptics, because not everyone owns true information about bitcoin, and consider it a bubble, a currency for criminals, etc. I'm not trying to persuade such people, but I try to tell them the truth about bitcoin, about its advantages and future. Fortunately, some are changing their position.

Those people should be educated or feed the right information about bitcoin and it usage. Their lack of understanding on a cryptocurrency lead them to think that bitcoin is waste of money and time and just another kind of scam. Some people also think that bitcoin is use only in the so called darkweb. There might be a need for them to understand and how to use the internet first before teaching them on how to use the bitcoin as a web currency.
1228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you value Bitcoin ? on: October 28, 2017, 07:42:21 AM
They called it world's first digital currency, bitcoin's value rose many times reaching the $6000 level and many analysts predicts it may go up further beyond that level. Many people values bitcoin by means of demands, if you demand or buy more bitcoins because you use it conveniently in your online transactions  then you highly value it. Others, like me, value it because its price is always on uptrend and hold it more to benefit from increasing value and will take profit when the right time has come.
1229  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin Legal? on: October 27, 2017, 01:10:10 PM
If there is a law that legalized the use of bitcoin then we can consider it legal. Some countries issues regulations to some operators of cryptocurrency exchanges in their area but does not intend to endorse any virtual currency including the bitcoin. When a country did not ban the use of bitcoin as a virtual currency the it is safe to use but it is does not mean it has a legality because in order to become legal, there must be a law that legalizes it.

1231  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: October 27, 2017, 04:18:25 AM
Some governments like Russia is planning to create their own cryptocurrency in the future in which they can be able to control and later use it as  their legal tender. The planned cryptoruble, for example, will be used by Russia instead of bitcoin because they caneasily deregulates it. In the future, instead of using bitcoin to replace dollar, the dollar might replace by another virtual currency created completely by the government.

1233  Economy / Speculation / Re: Which will be the real Bitcoin after november? on: October 26, 2017, 01:17:25 PM
There is only one original bitcoin and those who copies bitcoin to create another cryptocurrencies will always be called altcoins or alternative coins. It will remain as the leading cryptocurrency in the market and neither hardforks nor segwits will change that. For the few years, many developers attempted to create alternative virtual coins to challenge the dominance of bitcoin but til now no one is able to overtake its current top position.

1235  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: HARD FORK in Bitcoin on: October 25, 2017, 03:48:56 AM
1236  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price fall below $5,500. on: October 25, 2017, 01:31:36 AM
Bitcoin's going down again for the nth times? Upcoming events like that segwit2x affects the price movements of bitcoin but the corrections often occurs only in a several days and the price resume its upward swing again. The bitcoin has shown a strong resilience amidst Chinese crackdown of its cryptocurrency exchanges but later the price goes back to its climbing mood again. The temporary dip might be good to those who want buy a cheaper bitcoin.
1237  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be Taxed...... on: October 24, 2017, 01:04:04 PM
Some governments recognized bitcoin as one of their legal tender along with its exchangers. In return, they will going to treat bitcoin as an asset  or an intangible property and not a currency to be able to tax every transactions. Just like what the US internal revenue did by requiring people to report every bitcoin transactions for tax assessment. Many countries might follow what the IRS done if their method of bitcoin taxation became successful.
1238  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: October 24, 2017, 08:55:27 AM
The bitcoin itself is risky because of its high volatility and converting all your money into bitcoins  will be the riskiest investment you will ever make unless you are expert in managing a high-risk investments. You should learn first on how to manage bitcoin and its behavior to avoid or at least minimize losses in the future. Putting all your eggs in one basket is not really recommended for this kind of investment so invest only the money you can afford to lose.
1239  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Global Warming Real? on: October 23, 2017, 01:10:03 PM

1240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: October 23, 2017, 11:54:16 AM

The other plans when there is enough bitcoins is to buy a gadget like laptop to be able to improve my postings in our forum and then try the cryptocurrency trading later. Bitcoin provides a big help to achieving my plans in the future.
