They said bitcoin price correction maybe fierce but short live and no one know exactly how far the price will drop. Price corrections are just temporary setback as the outlook is still bullish for bitcoin and will resume its upward climb beyond the level of $1000.

1324  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin Price Could Leap over $2000 in 2017, Thanks to Trump on: December 27, 2016, 12:17:46 PM
1325  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Ano ang New Years Resolution nyo ngayong New Year 2017 ?? on: December 27, 2016, 07:06:27 AM
1326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: December 27, 2016, 06:55:00 AM
It's also called betting with a result in either a gain or total loss of wager, the money or asset. Some experts also considers some type of investment particularly the stock market and real estate investments a quasi-gambling activities that can be used as opportunities to gamble. Gambling is also a combination of excitement and level of involvement.
1327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto trading or gambling on: December 27, 2016, 06:22:05 AM
It depends on your chosen field of expertise, if your are expert on cryptocurrency trends, then you can gain a lot of profits. But if you know all the techniques or tricks on how to win games and don't time to learn the art of trading, then you can make a lot of of profit in gambling. Both are profitable, the risk are varies.

1329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how strong is bitcoin really? on: December 25, 2016, 07:20:31 AM
Strong support needed to make the bitcoin strong enough to withstand any challenges that lie ahead. For the past the weeks, bitcoin's strong price rally made it to $900 level and almost threatens to break the $1000 mark. Some factors are also contributing to bitcoin's strength like world events.
1330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: December 25, 2016, 06:55:01 AM
Trading and gambling have similarities, they both attempt to create a capital gain over a short period of time. They also more risky and their outcomes are unpredictable. Also both the gambler and the trader must decide how much they want to risk.
1331  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Willing Ka Ba Magbayad ng Buwis? on: December 25, 2016, 06:19:45 AM
1332  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: December 24, 2016, 08:12:17 AM
I'm still holding on to my bitcoin as the price remains high and wait for some signs of correction before I sell it. The other cryptocurrencies seems to be affected by bitcoin price increase as they mostly stay flat or down.
1333  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1000+ is anytime now on: December 24, 2016, 07:54:07 AM
By the looks of things we could see 1k by tomorrow.
Nope but maybe the day after Christmas as we can see that it's only couple of days since we reach 800 USD and now we already reach the 900, expecting from this month it will reach 1k after the year ends.

With  the price movement, it is possible, but I doubt if it is going to be steady there,  think it will step there and go back a little and re try it on New Year. I hope that no one will make a noise in the bitcoin world just like the other year.

But I am still wondering, is this a true increase or just another artificial price surge?  Smiley

With the current price of bitcoin, it need only a few days or before new year's day to reach the $1K if the bullrun continues. I'm not sure if this a real or artificially made increase but report says the demand is boosted by rising geopolitical risk like weakening yuan, the killing of Russian ambassador and  and the attack on Berlin market.
1334  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holy crap heading past $1,000 !!! on: December 24, 2016, 07:32:10 AM
This remain to be seen but bitcoin might be headed for weekly jump due to boosted demand for alternative currency. The surging cryptocurrency gained 15% in just a week raising to $900 per bitcoin according to a report by bloomberg.
1335  Economy / Speculation / Re: And 2016’s best-performing commodity is ... bitcoin? on: December 24, 2016, 07:07:46 AM
If this trend continues duplicating or triplicating the feat it did this year, it will surpass the market capitalization of the world's leading fiat currencies. Many traders are optimistic that bitcoin can sustain the rally through the first half of the coming year but this depend on some factors that might happen in the coming days.
1336  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: December 24, 2016, 04:21:43 AM
Bitcoin wallets already serves as a bitcoin banks where you can deposits and save you bitcoins. If they creates banks for saving bitcoins no one can be sure if it is safe from hackers. When someone wallets is hacked, only his bitcoin will be taken but if a bitcoin bank is hacked, all bitcoins that deposited in that bank might be gone.
1337  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: LCF Coins?? on: December 23, 2016, 08:03:14 AM
1338  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Hanggang kailan tatagal ang BITCOIN? on: December 23, 2016, 07:50:32 AM
What I know for sure is that Bitcoin would be a part of history. Being the first cryptocurrency, decentralized market, anonymous transactions, etc. Bitcoin will still be a thing in the future but it can be overtaken by another cryptocurrency. Let's hope we are still around when the price come to a peak.

1339  Economy / Economics / Re: Alibaba’s Jack Ma: “Everyone Should Have a Bank Account.” on: December 23, 2016, 07:35:11 AM
A virtual bank account perhaps, the banking sector is preparing to go virtual as some of its services are now accessible online. There is also a proposal to create a bitcoin bank but i think there is no need because online wallets already serves as bitcoin banks for storing/saving your bitcoins. When Jack Ma said that everyone should have a bank account, bitcoin wallets might be included.
1340  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: December 23, 2016, 07:13:19 AM
Bitcoin is really worthy, we can make a profit just by investing. That is the advantage from real currencies. Fiat has a fixed value so it is not capable to grow alone. But I am not saying that real currency is not important, it is worthy as bitcoin too indeed just in other ways.

Yes we should not forget that fiat plays an important role in the world . A currency can be a mirror of the economic status of the certain country . Plus we determine the value of Bitcoin through it . It's just that the nature of bitcoin gives us some advantages in life that makes it worth it  like the limited supply that leads to its volatility and the fact that no one controls it but the users itself .

Bitcoin now is my only way to get at least some money, with this rank I am making like 100 € per month and it's not bad in my situation when there is no other work.

Do you trade the bitcoin or just save it?
Normally when you earn because you are working, you can just easily convert it to fiat to spend the money on your real needs and wants in life. I do earn as well but I make it a point that I have to allocate a certain amount for my future, and I do it by simply saving my bitcoin and hold it longer.
That's a great decision, Saving more bitcoin and holding it for a long term is a great move for a wise bitcoin user because we can see the effect of long term in terms of bitcoin's price. If you buy bitcoin for a cheap price and you are holding it until now then you can see that you already earn a lot of money, that is how long term is the best for bitcoin especially for those savers or holders Grin.

Saving the bitcoins at this time of continued price increase may benefit you more because of its high value against the dollars. The more bitcoin price accelerates, the more you earn. The value of bitcoin today is already doubled compared to its value last year.
