821  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to be used as world currency? on: May 20, 2018, 04:01:46 AM
In the unseen future, if a unified world government formed and and looks for its first unified currency, there is 99% chance that bitcoin will not be selected and instead the world government will issue its own currency. This currency might be centralized and it can be used as cash or a virtual money. Bitcoin is best as a virtual currency and mass adoption is needed before it can be use by people throughout the world but on becoming a world currency, it may be impossible to happen because it is not compatible with centralized nature of government
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Country and Cryptos on: May 18, 2018, 03:52:55 AM
The cryptocurrencies in my country are slowly gaining attention from the masses and there are already plans by our central bank to legalize bitcoin and impose some regulations in exchanges to protect consumers from scam. ICOs here are subject to SEC regulation and they must scrutinize them before allowing them to continue their coin offering. Demands for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are continuous to grow in my country and many of the coinholders are also participating in crypto trading.
823  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Listening To False News... on: May 18, 2018, 03:19:41 AM
Whether or not the news is true. Let's not think about it and keep moving forward without worrying about what the media is talking about. It will only make us afraid of bitcoin, so do not think about it.

One of the best to do is to ignore supposed to be false news or any FUDs which are usually come from a unreliable or polluted sources. Almost all of the media today are looking for controversial issues and reports that easily draw attention from the readers and viewers. Bitcoin and other well-known cryptocurrencies are often targeted by this kind of media, particularly online media.
824  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Panic sellers, please head for the exit (and don't come back) on: May 18, 2018, 03:05:52 AM
Panic sellers are also like us who want to earn profits in trading and their only mistake is they invested in bitcoin without educating themselves first in cryptocurrency trading. Mostly they are newbies who are excited to earn their first profit in a quick way and others are some traders that still act like a newbie that never learn. Some of us committed this kind of mistake also but this mistake guided us to be one of successful traders today so it if you have the chance to meet a newbie tell them to learn first on how the cryptocurrency works and the basic trading.
825  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the best Long-term Hold? on: May 17, 2018, 03:34:36 AM
The top cryptocurrency has been proven to be one of the best when in come to long term hold. Numerous investors and traders the benefit of holding the bitcoin for months or years. But but it is better to hold bitcoin if you bought it at cheaper price during market dip so you can achieve the maximum gain when its price go up again. The price of the bitcoin usually go up during the second half of the year.
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy low.... sell high! on: May 17, 2018, 03:01:32 AM
The right time to buy coins for me is when the markets are all red and the prices seem to reaches its bottom. I tend to use technical analysis to find out what coin is available to buy. It is still good to buy bitcoin today and the reason is the awaited uptrend during the consensus meeting failed to materialize. Bitcoin and the altcoins may resume their uptrends in the coming days after the conclusion of the meeting.
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Crypto Currency? on: May 16, 2018, 04:18:03 AM
My plans is to invest more in different cryptocurrencies and hold them for few weeks or month. I've been into trading lately but not regularly because I'm still learning to trade. One of my plans is to invest in some ICOs but it requires some large amount of funds before you can able to invest. Researching the ICO is needed to find the legitimate ones because there are a lot of scam ICOs. Cryptos will survive as long as there are the demands keep rising and there are investors that willing to accept risks.
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will EOS hit $100 in this Year? on: May 16, 2018, 03:57:04 AM
EOS future looks bright but it will still depend on some factors needed to reach the $100 this year. EOS is like Ethereum which enables the developers to build decentralized applications and it can also support thousands of different of applications. As more and more companies start using this platform for decentralized applications, the valuation of this platform will increase significantly. $30 to $50 is my predictions for EOS for this year if there is no more significantly development after june.
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When can I expect my coins to recover? Feeling very depressed... on: May 15, 2018, 12:28:49 PM
Almost every newbies experienced that kind of mistake and many of them learned their lessons very well. But you can still recover your losses if you have the patience to hold your coins till their prices go up again. The market will not stay on red forever so don't lose hope and try to become positive instead of letting your emotions overcomes you.
830  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Government on legalising bitcoins on: May 15, 2018, 06:05:19 AM
I believe that the government should be made legal on Bitcoin because it can be a huge revenue gauge of the government and it can develop many improvements in our country.

Bitcoin legalization may take time in some countries with strict laws and unaccomodating leaders. They are the one who are used to a centralized government and everything in their country is almost under their control. Bitcoin, a decentralized virtual currency will be having a hard time to enter in such country unless they can control it. Other countries are planning to create a regulation to control the flow of bitcoin in their area before allowing it to use by their citizens.
831  Economy / Speculation / Re: Perfect Time to Buy! on: May 14, 2018, 12:58:53 PM
When the market is all red, this maybe he right time some promising coins with potential for long term growth. But you need to research the coin first before buying it to ensure that the price is already at the bottom. Looking into market fundamentals might help you decide on when to buy that coin like its trading volume, historical lows or highs and some factors that affect the future of the markets.
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bull run coming up next week on: May 13, 2018, 07:21:45 AM
This big event might help raise the price of the bitcoin but I don't think it can cause a bullrun this week, it may be a usual up and down cycle. There are still a lot of people who to manipulate bitcoin price and some critics are seem determined to bring down the top cryptocurrency and this upcoming Consensus 2018 should address this problems.
833  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Criminals and Bitcoin on: May 13, 2018, 06:47:15 AM
Bitcoins have nothing to do with this criminals because it is created as a payment system just like the fiat. Fiat has been used by the bad elements in our society for their illegal activities and now they to turn to bitcoin because it is more profitable and and the transactions are almost anonymous. These are the reasons why some governments are imposing some regulations to prevent their citizens from being victimized by online scams and monitor those people who use bitcoin in money laundering, drug trafficking and in terroristic activities.
834  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Listening To False News... on: May 11, 2018, 01:08:37 PM
Because BTC is so popular, people will try to find all the news about BTC!

Many investors are unable to tell the truth of the message, and some people are spreading false news just to scare people into selling their encrypted currency!

Be good at analyzing any message and make a deal when your mind is clear!

Many people can also deceive by reading the news headline only without going to the entire content. Many headlines are misleading and do not carry the real message of the news so it better to read the content before making a judgement. Furthermore, it also better to research the source of the news or report to find if it is a genuine or a polluted one.
835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks ever offer bitcoin deposits? on: May 11, 2018, 12:49:48 PM
Some bank officials in my country have already express support on the use of cryptocurrencies but there is still no plans to open a deposit for a cryptocurrency. A law might still be needed to enact first before government gives approval to any bank that wanted to allow a bitcoin deposit.
836  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In Germany, bitcoin was recognized as legal tender on: May 10, 2018, 06:30:40 AM
Japan and Germany are now the bitcoin-friendliest countries after recognizing the leading cryptocurrency as  one of their legal tender. Other countries are also taking some steps for possible bitcoin legalization in their area with regulation and taxation. Many countries are also waiting for the next meeting of G20 on cryptocurrencies which aim to create a standard for imposing a regulation on cryptocurrency exchanges.
837  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: was trading beneficial for you? on: May 10, 2018, 04:17:42 AM
If you know how to trade then trading is surely beneficial to you because you know the right trading strategy in gaining a profit. Trading is risky but many people want to study and practice trading because they know it is a lucrative one and once you master it you will gain some big benefits. But if trading is too risk for you, it better switch to long term investment and hold your coins till its prices reaches the target you want achieve.
838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is going to replace bitcoin? on: May 10, 2018, 03:44:24 AM
In order to replace bitcoin, altcoins should first try to match the achievements of bitcoin for the past years and reach its present  value. The would be challenger to bitcoin's throne should also independent from any bitcoin price fluctuations and can still rise even the price of other coins are going down. The existing group of altcoins have yet to show their capability of replacing altcoins and it might take more years before some of them can able to show the ability to match bitcoin's achievements.
839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coins will you buy during this dip ? on: May 09, 2018, 06:55:10 AM
During the dip, I'll buy coins that are solid and has the potential for long term growth. You can also research for some altcoins with upcoming big events and their price are sure to go up before and during the events. Mostly, after a market, bitcoin was the first to rebound and followed by the alts so bitcoin is still the best to buy during the dip. I also bought ethereum, neo and ont.
840  Economy / Economics / Re: Panic selling can contribute to bitcoin price going down? on: May 09, 2018, 06:25:19 AM
I need some opinion if panic selling can contribute of rapidly drop of the bitcoin price. If it is right how can we convince to the bitcoiners to not doing panic selling.

Panic selling is just one of the causes of price drop of bitcoin in effort to minimize possible loss in investment. Majority of the panic sellers are the beginners and those who easily get nervous when the price start to fall. It hard to convince those panic seller if they only think of their possible profit loss. What they need is proper education on cryptocurrency investment and risk management. Other contributors of price drop is pump and dump which is usually done by the so called whales in trading, FUDs, and government actions against the cryptocurrencies.
