Short term profits or even long term profits depends on you. Whenever you start a trade you should make up your mind that how much you want to gain from this trade and stick to that % dont be greedy. It will happen many times that when you sell your coin it will go more high after your sell. You need to train yourself so that you dont regret on those moments. I would suggest you to mainly focus on long term gains as short term is stressful and you often make mistakes which leads you to lose. |

I'm not sure if I have time to play with charts and trade a lot, like I have seen some youtubers doing.
They make you really believe that is more like a skill and if you are good at it, it works.
My friend told me that is just about how lucky you are, and not a skill.
So, should I stick with holding or playing day trade is a better option?
Day trading is very stressful and it definutely involves lot of skill with fair amount of luck too. You can't trade perfectly only on the basis of luck. If you have Sound TA knowledge then your chances of hitting a profit trade is high. If you dont know TA then learn it first otherwise you gonna get burn. |

It was a good time to buy bitcoin when you asked this question as it has gain 1000+$ to its value since then. however, bitcoin is still at lower level considering the potential in coming years and the ATH was 20k$ so you can go for it. just to be on the safer side keep some fiat with you as it is very likely that it could drop to 7000$ level again before a bull run. |

Bitcoin price broken USD 8,000 for the first time since March after rising by more THAN USD 1000. it is great. If it is sustain here, sure it will rock.
yes 8000$ was a crucial resistance and it went up above that around 8440$ (on binance) but since that we have seen many big red candles trying to suppress the price but the buyers are fighting hard to keep the price around 7900-8100 level which is a good sign. this is also helping the alts to have some small rally too. |

The news we were expecting was not that big at the end pornhub partnership is not that a big deal. All the hype fpr the news died after this reveal. I am expecting there is somethi g more into it may be some another news too. Clearly we saw the price dumping after the pornhub news.

What do you think about bounty campaigns that announce their KYC check at the end of the campaign? Many bounty hunters simply don't want to do that and the bounty managers or the ICO teams get free promotion for their projects.
Is this fair?
Every bounty thread should clearly state, wether there will be a KYC or not. We should ask the admins for changing the rules regarding this issue.

agree with you this new system of asking for the KYC at the end of the campaign is ridiculous. after putting all the efforts we come to see that the reward is not satisfying by most of the campaigns but we resist ourself to that situation but the main pain comes with this KYC compliance. which brings a lot of confusion whether to share our personal details for mere 20-30$ rewards. |

crypto is very volatile and when you make your mind to invest in crypto only invest the amount you could afford to lose. crypto is the future that is what every investor believe (if not they should). consider this as an investment for future you will definitely be up for what you are now. as you can see you posted this on 28th March and within 20days you are up 1000-1500$ in bitcoin and altcoins have flourished too during this period. so if you believe in the tech then just hold you will be rewarded for sure. |

i am thinking this is the market recovery mode on. This bull market will gradually comes up and it will be prevailing till july. anyway i keep my holdings for the year end.

It has been a nice recovery from last week and we are already seeing green candles in the altcoins. still, I feel we may pull back once again strongly before going up for a massive bull run and expecting it to be happening by the month of may - mid may. |

I am holding my bitcoins for long term atleast till 2020. So this spike feels good but i am still holding my coins.
But yeah who knows we can't guarantee this rise to be the start of next bull run so taking some profits could be a good idea too( but very risky as if it does not dip and just goes parabolic).

Hey guys, i think bitcoin will go down again to 1k usd below because it always crashes.
Reasons are as follows for bitcoin as well as altcoins
1. Bitcoin has already made its first impression and its bad and it will stay like it forever
its just a pump and dump coin which is not a real currency that's why it is considered an Asset and not a currency
2. Blockchain Technology is good and it came from Bitcoin along with
But it is not enough reason why bitcoin and other crypto should moon
Its a great idea actually but there are so many scams and very little adoptation
and please don't tell me that crypto is still young. its been here since 2009
it has already proven itself
3. Majority of the projects are just pump and dump
we really need a working product and not just a good idea
you need to read and read a lot mate. saying 9 years old market old and not new is a mistake. markets take years to stabilise and moreover it is said that crypto is still in its early stage because of the adoption percentage and not the no of for years it has been here. agreeing to the point that we need real world use in the crypto projects and that is coming along with many projects and more will be up by the end of 2018. |

Unless you are looking for a very long term investment, virtually all alts are just following bitcoin price, in fact most alts are getting weaker and weaker including big ones like eth or ltc, compared to bitcoin. I have been trading bitcoin only lately because there is really no point in trading anything else right now. Until we see the market recover and stabilize a bit which could happen soon or could take years, I really don't see much point in buying alts for the short term.
Alts are doing good still for short term too. Yes most of the altcoins follow bitcoin price. But its not always the same it just depends on the stability of bitcoin price. You can refer to the todays market update its green despite bitcoin is low still. |

I have few suggestion which i recommend everyone to read 01. "Technical Analysis Of The Financial Markets" by John J Murphy. Hailed as the "bible of technical analysis", the book explains everything you need to know about TA in a simple and concise manner. This book is old but it has been revised. Do yourself a favor and buy this book. 02. "The Internet of Money" by Andreas M. Antonopoulos. Read this book to gain a big picture understanding of crypto currency and have unshakable faith that crypto is here to stay. I recommend you buy Vol #1 and Vol #2. 03. "Power vs. Force" by David R. Hawkins is a book about consciousness. Understanding and improving the quality of your consciousness is important because everything you do in life stems from thinking. |

There has been many speculations going on some says it will hit 40k$ some says 60k$ by the end of december. No one cam predict exactly. But i was watching the latest video released by palm beach and tikka explained very well with the historical charts that we gonna hit atleast 40k$ by the year end which i also believe is feasible.

my opinion is that the money in Crypto now is all strong hands. The reason for the quick jumps and quick dips is traders only. pretty much all the 'gamblers' have left. Possibly more money will enter after US tax season. Who knows. I think the pawns are being put in place for the institutional money to come in and exchanges like COinbase have been preparing for this since November.
If you remember, COinbase for about a week was down a number of times. As someone who works in software, that just looks like live patches and server upgrades that didnt go smoothly. Coinbase preparing a portal for the inst. investors that's independent from the retail investors? possibly. EIther way, we will bounce between 6k and 7.5k until it;s clear more money (real money) is coming into the space.
