without any doubt, bitcoin core was and is the best investment. It is the first cryptocurrency the store of value coin. Bcash(BCH)  is just a coin came out of a split chain and as Millionaire roger ver is behind it and all the hype was created it got the valuation of over 1000$.
BCH is just another altcoin so treat it as an altcoin and as an investment perspective, you can invest in both as you would invest in just another altcoin.

Sleeping giant but its sleeping for a while now. We are being left behind by neo, lisk, and now even ark id chasing us behind. Eventually, longterm holders will sell and shift to other faster coins. Big Traders doesn't even buy up anymore. Look how 10-20btc sell wall stops the pump. People are starting to lose interest. You can tell because there is some time that Stratis was so hyped then nothing is happening.

I just hope 2018 will be a good year for Stratis and we can see it going back to 2 figures in price at least.

I  think a lot of Altcoins will stay burned because of their competition with bitcoin. Many alts are looking to take Bitcoins place by either trying minor improvements or just being faster. People with strong hands and patience will see alts recover for sure over time, the question is how long it will take with this extremely bullish Bitcoin!

Everyone who has a stake in stocks and bonds is always going to put down bitcoin, having said that, Bogle is a legend in mutual fund world, saved a lot of people a ton of money by offering passively managed very low fee funds. He was derided and reviled by the finance industry, went on to create the largest (i think) fund company, so have some respect. Having said that, i'm not sure he get's it coming from another generation/world.

I think it could go 600-700$ by year end, $1500 by end of next year. Ethereum isn't just a currency, it's a commodity, one that people are just beginning to understand how to use. It will see widespread adoption, but most people using it won't realize it.

Or more correct - not the way it is being handled now. set aside the fact that in order to reach 1DOGE = $1 it must have a market cap of $100,000,000,000 (x~300 of dogecoin's current market cap), you need to get so many people to start using it and so many businesses / projects to accept it, that really it is a nice dream
The current doge amount 110,000,000,000 actually acts like a multiplier factor against the current price amount. However, it's the 14.4M dogecoin/day produced that is the real market mover here, over time. It's the rate at which people snap that up that will determine the dogecoin price.
So negating the market cap from the calculation, it's easy to calculate how much new investment into dogecoin will affect the price.
As you know, the production's 10,000 new coins/minute. Drumroll:
     $14.4 Million Dollars of new investment demand per day, all else being equal, will yield $1/dogecoin on a long-term basis.

First of all hats off to you if you have been holding your bitcoins until now. Now coming back to your dilemma well we can't tell you what you should do, but I can definitely tell what I would have done if I was in your position. I would have started selling my bitcoins from now on as per the requirements. And also would consider in investing in altcoins like neo, dash and other coins which offer master nodes and other passive income options.

Long-term hold has been a bit tricky now with the growth of bitcoin. You said you bought ethereum worth 50$ few months back so here is the question you should ask yourself first like you want to increase your BTC value or just USD value. If you are looking to just increase your USD value then you are in profit but if you look at Satoshi value of ethereum it has gone down a lot.
I myself is a long-term hodler but now i am realising that with this parabolic growth of bitcoin. we are actually losing by investing and hodling ethereum(though it does not apply to all the altcoins).
As your investment is small maybe you should sell @15$ profit.

Do people really believe anyone will be willing to buy ETN for 10x 20x the  ICO value? I suspect the dump will be at 0.02$ any higher and people will probably stop buying. There is currently pretty much no demand for ETN. I don't really see this thing going viral either, to be honest. There's just too much competition. Maybe after a few years, it'll rebound. Let's hope I'm dead wrong and they somehow pull it off with their marketing.
