It's upon the plan you have regarding the amount you earn. If you're in need of a big amount as well you have lot time to execute then you can go with a proper investment scheme which fulfils your requirement. At the same saving is required to have a fulfilled day to day living.

Yes if someone has enough money or extra money that he can invest and achieve some profit then surely investing it is much better because the early someone invest the early he will get the profit in result.
But if u dont have extra money then i would prefer saving them first and then plan to invest some of those.

Better in term of interest gained is pretty much correct however you should note that the higher interest gained then there will be a higher risk as well. Depending on what do you use your money for, actually both saving and investing are almost the same and it depends on how you are using it.
If it is for future usage then saving is the term for it but if it is for capital to gain more than it is an investment. Best thing will be to combine both of them , safe deposits could be the answer for this which involves "saving" and "investing"

Don't forget inflation. If you are living in a western country your Fiat money will be losing value because the real interest rate (interest on your savings account -  inflation) is negative at the moment. The money you have will increase slowly, but the prices of goods will be increasing much faster.

Yhup. You got the point. I'll choose bank rather than online because where can you find the exact location of that online bank ? They can stop their online bank if they want and scam your money, but on bank ? They have these Papers that they have to pay you if you invest with them. But on online banks, they havent. Gold can be good thou because you can keep it in longer term. Maybe years or decade, gold cannot be dumped.

Thats the key if you really want money to work for you, but based on the right investments. See what invesments fail, governments fail too, but just takes a longer period so if you see every form of investment just see if it has a longer ticking bomb then others.

saving and investing is the best. especially if you keep the ratio of the two options at 50%. as we speak, i am now 45% invested in bitcoin, and 55% savings. i am quite happy with this as bitcoin has made my wealth increase significanly throughout the years. if i wouldn't know bitcoin, my wealth would be 25-30% of what it is right now. trading and holding bitcoin have brought me success.

Online investing is a very risky thing. Sometimes you think you are investing in a solid thing but in reality they just take your money from you. Same applies to the real life investments too. So it's really hard to say what is better.

For me, I consider bitcoin savings as my bonus in the future if it will succeed. I don't really put that much of investment in bitcoins although it is very promising because the coins is still young and anything could happen, at least I know that I can afford what I am about to lose if the future will not favor on us.

If you have more money then better to invest on bank even with just small interest, but bitcoin give opportunity to earn more why you dont want to use it.just don't invest in ponzi and hyip there is many ways to earn.if you want to earn more grab the opportunity and take the risk.

yeah i think you need to combine saving and investing your money in order to make some good money over time, there is no other way unfortunately

i usually more save my money because im afraid to lose it when trading or doing something like that, though i agree that it is better to invest
