i think it is best not to suggest using faucet sites even for newbies, it is better to introduce them to where they can earn money that will be worth it for their time and not those 100 or 200 satoshi per faucet site

There are loads of websites out there now which allow you to earn a small amount of Bitcoin for performing various tasks in faucets and other sites. not much can be done newbie on this forum, they usually limit for newbie users such giveaway, signature campaign or the other.

but if you want better, try to learn a trade. but I think the faucet is suitable for newbie.

Trading can also be done by just small amounts when you do it with crypto and no fiat. Small earned amounts with small tasks can you give a small budget to give it a try.

There is no method there(which I expect) and I can see is just a sales thread   But seriously your eBook was too good to be true that it made look like a joke. Your offer was interesting but shady at the same time. People should beware of it until proven working.
