I was trying out your website on my mobile and I wasn't able to get past the login screen. Here is a screenshot:

Is the game supported on mobile? Even if its not then is the site supposed to behave like this?  

Mobile is not supported yet, but the game runs fine on my android, but you cannot move I need to make it react to touch events, definitely planned for a near future.

This is some javascript error. didn't make a proper error message about this yet, will do that now.
which phone are you on? didn't test it on apple products. your resolution seems huge btw.

I am using Lumia 1320 (Windows 8.1, using IE, and it supports JavaScript and all) , yeah, it has a huge 6 inch screen.

Is this still a thing? I had high hopes for a bomberman clone with betting capabilities, but with no activity in three months, it looks like this is a dead project. I also can't log into the site. Has anyone logged in here recently, or is this project abandoned?

Wow that is a legendary game I remember playing with my friends when younger!
I find the idea quite unique, however I can't access the site,

I have checked the site a few times in April, and it worked well. Unfortunately I have never been able to play a PvP game as I was the only one there at the time.

ooops, I missed all the replies! site died and I didn't notice, restarted it.

the project is not abandoned, but its not popular, there have been about 500 total visitors in a few months, which is awful. I hoped that just publishing the url will be enough to get enough people to actually play pvp.

I'm chugging tons of coffee and working on this every day still, I'm doing one last push hoping to change the popularity.
a lot of code changed and this is the old version that's public now. will verify that payments and everything works ok still.


working on two big things,

tournaments - I will create faucet like free to join tournaments with bitcoin rewards, hoping this will introduce more people to the site. rewards will be few orders of magnitude larger then typical faucets (thinking 0.1 or 0.01 btc per tourny) this will go out of my pocket initially but afterwards I'm planning to create automatic tournaments from the percentage of last hour/day earnings.

ui redesign - the geeky design of the site confused people that are not accustomed to multiplayer game lobbies, so I got a designer and I'm super happy with how the redesign is going, it's looking great.

the site also has a referal system, it gives 10% of the earnings from a visitor to the person that refered this visitor.

we'll see. I will keep the site running even if these things don't change the popularity, as that's cheap, but will work on something else if these changes don't help either.

if it does become popular, I'd like to polish up the bomberman (player movement is laggy, and it should be done on the clientside) work on maybe infinite field infinite player bomberman, and start working on other games. this is supposed to be a platfrom and an engine, not just bomberman.

btw I'm super open for advice.


maybe a link from a more popular website would help. will think about these things after I publish the new version

maybe I should somehow gear it towards ppl inviting friends for a start. I had a great time playing with friends a few times.

it's a great idea and i enjoy playing.
only need to be more actif i was alone online in the site.

This is really nice, especially since it's skilled based. I believe more adoption would render the game more fun though, since you can't really find a match.

Man I love bomberman. I tried the game for a while but I did found it a little laggy :/
So I don't know if I would risk any btc in it, since it's a skill game, and the internet connection could give the other player a huge advantage. But if you manage to solve that, I would definitely gamble with it.

I think if your ping is less then 50ms it feels fine, but above that it gets annoying.
as with all network games, there will always be some kind of lag, but right now, you can feel your own characters movement to be laggy which is annoying, I can fix this, and this is a high priority for me.

Until then, I can temporarily mitigate this by adding new network servers closer to people, we'll see

Once you're ready to promote it, you can try advertise through signature and social media campaign to increase more exposure
