Seems to be a few nodes running v2.2.0.

Is this a new version? If so, where can we get the source for compiling?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I think if not I'm wrong, the dev was working on changing the amount of coins needed for a masternode, so I think it's because of this that this is happening, and I believe also in a new version of the wallet

Could just be me... but it seems something is wrong with the blockchain. My nodes that are up are not seeing new blocks and both block explorers seem to be quite behind with no new blocks appearing. Is it just me, or is something up?

I was doing some maintenance but at the moment everything is fine and all important nodes are up and sharing same chain - explorer.8bit.trade, bittrex, cryptopia. No clue what's going on with cryptoid, maybe they need to restart their node. That's why its so good to have more than one explorer, when explorer.8bit was down, cryptoid was up, when cryptoid is stuck, explorer.8bit is moving.

Good to know... restarted all nodes, but am getting TONS of orphan blocks and seem to be stuck at block 1034519.

How can I be sure I'm still on the right chain?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here, but something is up.

I have a qt wallet that just blows up to using 5 to 6 GB of memory and has to be killed before it crashes my system.

I have several other nodes running on 2 GB vps systems, that won't sync because they just flood the debug.log with orphan blocks or run over 2 GB of mem and crash the system.

Was fine until you "maintenance".

Now can't get anywhere.

A few nodes on the same chain as Cryptopia and explorer.8bit.trade:
Code:
addnode=144.76.115.195:10011
addnode=94.181.95.237:18888
addnode=142.54.170.74:9001
addnode=45.32.207.94:9999
addnode=76.8.60.204:18888

@robert3harrison
I saw the same behaviour on some of my nodes, when they tried to reorganize. The "record" was 10gb and 15 minutes full load on 4 cores to get the chain corrected. With everything back to normal the daemon sits at it's usual 800-900mb.

So how do I get the dang thing to sync... running on a vps with only 2 GB mem... does nothing but spit out orphan blocks and is not moving?

The above chain + those 5 nodes did the trick for me. On a 2GB VPS

Is there any word for releasing a windows wallet? I'm not a Linux fan.
My pc crushes every time I start the wallet, god it eats all memory I have.

All the links are here: http://www.8bit.trade/#links

@8-bit-party:
The page could be updated though:
it is still missing the link to Cryptoid block explorer, and also seeing the link to Cryptsy market is a bit strange nowadays Smiley

I would also really appreciate it if the windows wallet gets fixed. My coins are in that wallet and I'd really like to get them on the exchange and also start staking them as well!
