The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Dark Masternodes will be a potential block chain project. It's worth investing. It's a long, long term way to grow with it, and your wealth will change dramatically

Most important thing from my perspective is that more people should stake & run masternodes, this will improve the distribution and network security. Having whales on board is good from price perspective, but with insecure network this price will quickly fall.

most important I think is to have a decent wallet...which is missing. the current clone of bitcore is crappy with lots of bugs. From technical perspective, this coin is almost dead and on auto-pilot.

I agree it's crappy, but are you sure you are able to discuss the technical perspective?

Could you please explain that technical perspective please? Because "crappy" and "bugs" does not give me or probably anyone here much confidence in your opinion. If you had read anything but your own ego before posting, you'd know we are expecting a new and improved wallet here in the future, it has been discussed here quite readily... aka your post is mute.

Are your nodes broken or is an exchange's node broken? There is a difference. If it is an exchange, what were you doing leaving your coins on an exchange? Why not stake them? Why not run mns with them? It is the exchange's fault if their nodes falter, but more specifically and precisely it is your fault for allowing the possibility to manifest by entrusting your private keys to an exchange for extended periods of time (long enough for this to happen). My opinion on that matter. If it is your node that is broken, why not just resync the node? You'll need ubuntu to do this currently, but it is entirely possible. The node is not forever broken, I know because I run 13 of them, lots of people do.... there are 300 something mns currently. Page 288!

r8st: You are correct. I've missed this about making "new wallet". You cant possible expect people to rummage through 200+ pages. It may really be a good idea to start a new fresh thread or put it on the main page (if we can edit of course). Any new details and news should be easily accessible.
Dot not get me wrong for the current wallet. It is ancient history, pre-2015 modules, the Level DB is from 2011, utilizing IRC chat, a lot of sync issues due to missing nodes even though there are hundreds of 'leechers' having Master Nodes on the same IP address (which is not beneficial at all), etc.
Let stop here and see what we can do to revive. I do like 8bit to be honest and I would love to see it better.

they re gonna make a new topic when they are ready. it has been discussed before. i believe this project cause the tech level of the people behind it along with the community is quite high. we might be small in number (as a community) but we know how to get shit done and we help each other when needed. All of your worries would be gone if you had the time to read this topic.

I'm sorry, yes I'm using Linux, and this likely accounts for our differing experiences because I have had no difficulty. With the upcoming new wallet, windows users will be able to participate with 8bit as well I think. It has been explained for many pages here that the windows wallet is not working currently, this does not mean the coin/network is not running well... it just means windows os are currently not running 8bit, only Linux.
