hey guys, yesterday's party did pretty much get out of control. I can work better today. Stay tuned for update later... Hello georgem, i'v been wondering what sort of update your going to be releasing? Will it be testnet for your new SN network?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's
computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be
reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

hey guys, yesterday's party did pretty much get out of control. I can work better today. Stay tuned for update later... Hello georgem, i'v been wondering what sort of update your going to be releasing? Will it be testnet for your new SN network? I'll be releasing an updated progress report (with screenshots of what the current state looks like), and more importantly I will be explaining in detail what exact functionality this first testnet version is going to have. I now have a very clear idea about what's possible and achievable. But for this I need to finish some necessary features first, so that I can more securely predict in what direction everything has to go. I'll keep you updated.

It's been a long haul (thanks to everyone involved for their efforts) and it would be nice to see something today - one or two screenshots with a few arrows works. The new lead devs idea for running Bitcoin nodes has the potential to be the biggest thing in Bitcoin this year and I for one fear the constant pushing back of timing from 'later today' to 'next week', or 'next month', etc., will either make people lose confidence or gift the initiative to another project. That really would be a shame when this project could see a top 5 marketcap by the summer and probably more than handsomely rewarding the devs for their innovation and hardwork.

I noticed that the 15k wall was still there too.
Oh well, its all good.
It is all good. One of the early issues with SPR was the lack of liquidity. Taking a look at Trex, I think there is going to be plenty of liquidity coming up over the next few months. What is particularly encouraging is that the top wallets are generally still accumulating

Buy all the SPR under 10k ; it's not cheap, it's free.

I hope that doesn't happen!

I'd buy 25% of spr now and the other 75%, place buys all the way down to 4000 SATs. Speculators are going to dump in the coming days because the SN testnet isn't going to be live. I'd even have a cheeky bet on the price flashing down to 3500 maybe. You'll have to be quick tho, there will be a lot of demand at those prices....

Buy all the SPR under 10k ; it's not cheap, it's free. Quick analysis, The price of spr was around 2-3000 SATs for ages. Spr's price shot up on the news of an 'Update', now the update has been pushed back we see a more rational price of between 7000-9000sats. Paying 10000 per spr now is stupid. 10000 on the news of the update or testnet realese, yes. Now, no.

I don't think that the price will go under 5k, excepted maybe on a flash crash. Nobody is really dumping and there is only less than 1 BTC of Spread under 10k. When georgem will release the nodes, SPR price will explode every week to 500k or 1M sats. So buy now or cry later.

I think its better to do it right than release something for the sake of impatient people. Those that are aware of what is involved with advanced projects like this understand the difficulty and dedication involved. If the price went down and a few impatient people left, I think spread would be better off without those people in the long run anyways.
