Sync issues for a week now. Would really like a 1.1.1 wallet since those are the only peers I can connect to.

I found a 1.1 wallet on archive.org...

Give a link to the wallet?

Parkbyte Wallet 1.1 (archive.org)

https://web.archive.org/web/20161029123445/http://downloads.parkbyte.com/ParkByte-WinWallet-v1.1.zip

Obviously note the following...

Archived files could be corrupted, adulterated, virus-ridden, tronjan-laden pieces of garbage. As-is, at-your-own-risk use only.

Also the PKB explorer is running 1.1.1 as well as the nodes connected to it (from what I could tell). Roundabout block 1271160, older 1.1 and 1.0.0 nodes seem to have lost the plot. Insight block explorers are kind of underpowered so I can't tell why older clients can't catch up. Not sure if someone compiled a hacked client in order to fork or otherwise abuse the chain, or it's just a simple bug, or what.

Would be great to have Allen swoop in from AWOLness and fix everything.

I am confused there is no communication from dev, they have not been twitting since 5-June, its almost 5 month we never heard anything from them.
This coin sounds like pump and dump

Guys we are in a market with 0 regulation + multitude of people with 8k Bitcoins looking to diversify . This can be just a blind move from a wealthy Bitcomillionaire , I believe this scenario is likely

I see there are some people having issues with the QT Wallet - Below are download links that should solve your issues.

Updated Windows QT: https://www.parkbyte.com/downloads/ParkByte-qt-v1.1.1.2.zip

blk0001.dat & txleveldb bootstrap (should load up quickly): https://www.parkbyte.com/downloads/PKB-Blockchain-Bootstrap-and-txleveldb-27112017.zip

bootstrap.dat (slower, but recommended):  https://www.parkbyte.com/downloads/PKB-Blockchain-Bootstrap-only-27112017.zip

REMEMBER TO BACKUP YOUR WALLET BEFORE UPDATING THESE FILES!

I should be able to follow up with a OSX version and make the updated commits on github in the coming days.

As for the project, we have decided to cancel the planned ICO due to legal grey areas - PKB will also operate ParkingChain - we are now looking at reallocating the premine to fund development once we fork to a smart contract chain. The plan will be to release the allocated premine to ParkByte Limited in stages - which will be spread over 3 years. Just to try and reassure you all NONE of the premine will be sold within the next 12months+ we are in this project for the full duration.

Is ParkByte SCAM?

I tried to find ANY answer about Parkbyte for few months now without any result!
The ParkByte official site all the time  under "update"
All  wallets downloads from Githube is DEAD!

I Downloaded clients from this forum link (v1, 1 (not work)and qt 1.1.1.2(no import keys function i can found)
There no any info about HOW TO USE WALLETS!
Not on they site any info, no anywhere!
There EMPTY TXT. file to download and no any guide, in wallet!
There no any info HOW TO IMPORT keys or sweep!
No Idea if this function exists in the wallet?
if not, why they call it" wallet" after all?!
ParkByte  cut  Coinomi wallet without any warning to users!
All my funds now is not usable, because I used Coinomi and I have my keys, but they're NO ANY other working wallet with import key option I can find!

I sent a few emails to ParkByte with NO any response!
I fill,They just dump people who trusted them!

So, no working official site, No any support or reliable guide to the soft, no any working contacts to the team, no any active community.

To me it seems like typical SCAM!
Tell me, where I am wrong here?

Let me correct you here, both v1.1 and v1.1.1.2 have a function to import private keys - Help > Debug > Console > importprivkey PRIVKEY [Enter]

There are even prebuilt PKB Electrum releases on GitHub - yes PKB Electrum also has the ability to import private keys!

Coinomi did not give ParkByte or its users any prior notice before the removal of PKB from Coinomi - Yes they contacted me in June asking for 0.5btc worth of PKB but there was absolutely no warning of the date for removal. By using Coinomi, you were using a third party wallet that is no longer opensource! - ParkByte have no control over what third parties do with their software - so perhaps you should be posting on the Coinomi pages.

I do kind of agree with the "no any active community" - If you need help ask in the community forums - there are others that will to help if I, the dev am not available. Sending emails to info@parkbyte.com will likely just be ignored, we receive hundreds of emails a week - The community are here, on twitter and other public media outlets - instead of thinking the Dev team are the only ones that can help why not start posting in public, building the active community the community desire so much.....

My apology for suspect ParkByte in a scam, I was wrong.
I feel much better now, looks like ParkBite really alive:) Thanks a lot for quick response and explanation about key import! As well, I contacted coinomi before, and actually they told me completely different story! They are blaming ParkBite and say that Parkbite without any warning just cutoff service with the coinomi! If the coinomi gives users warning few days before stop Pkb, I can just transfer my funds to the exchange, but they never did it!
Also, thanks for info about coinomi not open source anymore! They never inform users about it and I was under the impression, that it is open source, like it was when I start use it.
I appreciate your help and looks like I will be able to recover my ParkBite funds, I thought I lost it forever.
Can you imagine what I feel, when the coinomi screwed like this and I can't get my funds for months!
A will appreciate additional info about funds transfer.
Ver. 1.0,1 somehow not work on my comp, but qt1112 Appears to work (start sync, but going slow)
I found console commands.
There command importwallet, so I am curios are this same as sweep wallet? or I have to use command importprivkey only?
I mean is an import only option to recover my funds or I can do something else?
Thanks in advice.

After 3 days wallet synchronization I tried to import the key, but wallet show amount as "stake" instead of "spendable" also instead of transfer from comparing to address key, it only works after I try different key from address m/44'/36'/0'/0/0... to  m/44'/36'/0'/0/7
In recovery tool there 20 addresses, so I tried about 10 keys and nothing works...
After I typed importprivkey (my key) enter, wallet froze few times, no responded.
There no sweep function, end I no Idea what to do Sad
Looks like my Pkb "unspendable" and I can"t use it, same like I lost it.
Looks like this wallet not works properly or to complicated to use...
Is anybody can help or better idea just to quit with Pkb ?

Please help with Park Bite Wallet!( qt v 1.1.1.2 experimental)
I was ready to delete wallet today, but when I start it is magically shown all my Pkb in "spendable"!
I do not understand why it showed yesterday all in "stake" !?
As well, under "transaction" it show some PKB as "mined"!
I did not mined any! So I don't understand what is going on at all!
I mean, Yes, looks like I am in possession of my coins now,
But I am afraid to mess up and no idea how thinks works with this wallet!
I know that real wallet like this can actually be used for mining, but I no Idea how to do it and I don't turn on any mining, but it shows me some "mined" coins!
As well, I already use my private keys online, so I think it was compromised, but how to change address and key without sending coins I no Idea, or it is safe just to keep coins in wallet after I import keys?
I am trying hard to learn all this stuff, but I am disabled senior, and need help.
I will really appreciate if someone spent a couple of minutes to answer my questions!
Thanks.

The QT wallet is Proof of Stake, so if you unlock wallet for staking you will earn coins.

You can find the staking in "settings"/"unlock wallet" leave tick in the "for staking only"
This will then generate coins.

There NO ANY "unlock wallet" option on "setting"!
There NO ANY option "for staking only", not on "setting" not anywhere I can found!
I never set any locking on this wallet, there option "encrypt wallet" under "setting" but I never use it.
There not any Guide or instruction about HOW TO USE this wallet anywhere!

Just to let all know, because no guide or support, and Pkb traded only on one Russian exchange (Yobit) and bittrex, (both suck) I decided to dump all my pkb and go with more stable coins without all this headache.
Thanks for no help Smiley already dumped all.
