how can we mine it?

Set an RPC Username, Password, Port, and IP in the conf file. Connect your miner to it. You can use any open port you want, as long as the conf matches your miner

What is the name of the conf file supposed to be?

Vary.conf

what should I write into?

Compiling on unix server, blocks move to fast to sync.
It keeps a ~1500 blocks distance, they move to friking fast to catch up

How about a roadmap so we know what objectives you are going to tackle. And how about hiring a team because the coin doesn't have that much to offer.

He is just replacing the pool we used when we were mining GorillaTeeth to move the chain along from the stolen coins, so the previous stats are from that blockchain

I highly doubt pools will make much of a difference until block 100,000, though
